I had another photo emergency and this was the closest place to find what I needed. I was on the hunt for a micro SD card for my drone and wasn't up for driving all over Houston.Saturday is the worst day for shopping no matter where you go, so the parking lot was packed. The store traffic inside wasn't too bad. I quickly found my way to the electronics area and thought I was in right spot.A young man noticed me looking at the locked cabinet and came over to assist. After a few questions, he got me in the right area. I was able to find what I needed and get myself back to my project.

I came 12/23/23 and bought Samsung earbuds and came home last night and there were no earbuds in there, I go back to customer service spoke to Joel and said that they were not at fault , that they didn’t trust my word for it , now I’ve been coming here for a while ever since I was a little girl and I have never ever had a problem here and the day that I do they won’t try to fix it ?! I will not fight for money but what I saw, the action that they did I will never forget that . Please always check before buying, I didn’t care to check because I trust the company but never AGAIN.

This Walmart store is incredibly well stocked with a great selection of merchandise. The aisles are clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. I love how clean the bathrooms are- spotless! All in all, I'm very happy with my experience at this Walmart location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient shopping option.

Poor customer service towards customers. A certain worker disturbs customers about a little disturbance due to their own opinion which does not matter at all since it’s the customers own option. Also observed that there is no unity within the workers and clearly need to brighten up as anyone can see that their emotions gets the best of them.

I came to this walmart the other night and had to go to the restroom really bad. The restroom stalls were disgusting. All of the bathrooms were dirty with toilets that hadn't been flushed and toilet paper everywhere. The only stall that was clean enough to use I entered and realized there wasn't even a lock on the door. It's crazy that not one employee took the time to check the restrooms. Just nasty. I do love the counter and lighting in the restroom though! Would have been really nice had the restroom been clean!

Always have a hard time buying formula here. Since it’s behind glass sliding doors, someone needs to go and open them for you however it takes over 15 minutes for someone to come help. That is, if someone comes to help. I’ve had to ask other Walmart employees for help with getting what I need yet no one is able to because they don’t know who works that department. Such a waste of time and some employees act like it’s not their problem and shrug it off instead of helping.

I hope management reads this because the way Ms sharon was speaking to us was not acceptable and not only me and my husband but the customers in front experience this as well I understand when people are having a bad day or are lazy and don’t wanna come to work but its not the customers fault…. She should off called off and take the day to her self if she was coming into work with that attitude

If there were negative ratings, this Walmart would get about a -1,000,000. Each time we go inside that location it looks like a tornado went thru. Merchandise is everywhere. The staff hate working there. They hate the customers I think.I feel like I should have a member of HPD escort me. The customers are very sketchy. Definitely not the same customers as Rice Avenue in Bellaire.Close the location and move on to someplace else.

It was great but some of the workers do a lot of screw ups they misprice items and I make em honor the prices I got some $80 chairs for $20 the night manager was mad he had to honor it cause the whole shipment of chairs were in the wrong spot but he gave them to me and ran to change the pricing properly other than that the customer service is great

Would give five starts if they start selling produce too.. other than it’s all good. Customer service is decent. They got a pharmacy, bank and McDonalds too.They have 12 regular counters and 7 self service. Parking is huge. Only new water bottles. No refills

This Walmart is rather different than other Walmarts you’ll find, it is most notably not a SuperCenter.I did have to finish my shopping elsewhere, as there was not a frozen section or a refrigerated section in the groceries. They did not have even close to the selection that other Walmarts do, which is fine and potentially strategy for this specific location. In the moment it was frustrating, as I was in a hurry, but it ended up being all right. They did seem a little short on staff. It was also very busy and because it’s a smaller Walmart, it was rather crowded in many of the aisles. Not a bad experience, if it’s your closest Walmart then it will have a lot of the things you need, but definitely not all of them.

This was my first time here in about. Maybe five or six years last time I went there it was because my Walmart close to me on rice and West park didn't have what I needed anyway. The people here are very super nice. I feel a lot better in the parking lot. Then I used to be before I used to hear bad stuff about this location but no complaints. I found everything I needed at this Walmart. And it might be my go to walmart from now onToday is Sunday March 17th.2024, Came to this walmart because, as usual minds didn't have what I needed and i'm very satisfied

So today I was checking out and I gave the man my cash and he asked me was I paying with food stamps card but he did not ask anyone els in the line that but me and he was so rude about it and I only had two things that was food the rest was home things and items I think that was the most horrible thing that ever happened and I think y’all should watch all the people that work there and make sure that they are good and nice and sweet for people that come there just to get things from the store!!!!!!!!!!. Think you and I am 14 years old.

I usually feel very uncomfortable here. From the time I grace the entrance, I am being watched and followed. I tend to take my time when I shop (sometimes, a couple of hours-)especially if I see that there are only a few very long lines open. If I have time, I go down each aisle, making sure that I see everything I might need. I usually have no urgency to be anywhere else. This Wal-Mart is not exactly for quick shopping trips either, so pack a lunch.One thing that really gets to me, is that someone there is saving all the wine I like for themselves. The only time I can find it at this Wal-Mart, is an open container. It has been this way for several months.On the other hand, I do get excited to see all of the cool Halloween stuff they have. I will be there promptly, on November 1st, for the sale😁😎

I AM APPALLED BY WHAT I JUST SAW!! I was at the self-checkout, and I overheard a conversation where a black woman employee (I believe her name was Casandra, judging from the receipts I received at 12/01/23 - 18:12:36) was telling a young man that she would check out for him because Mexicans shouldn't be able to check out for themselves. I can't believe Walmart would allow such a person to work in this supposedly safe environment. Furthermore, action needs to be taken regarding this employee.

Like any of their outlets, you get all in Wallmarr. However, the layout of this shop in particular is different wheren't you see clothes on right side rather than on left. I could not find the item i seeked. As usual, wide parking lot and lovely McDonald's. You will see a nice lake close by where you can feed swan and ducks. I bought a packet of bun from here and fed them, cool and relaxing.While you do shopping with walmart, always look for clearance tag in yellow color. You will see some cool deals, secret 😅

This Walmart needs to be remolded or upgraded. It looks so old on the inside. It was hard to find certain items. Compared to other Walmarts I’ve been in, it felt weird. My first reaction upon entering was yo leave, but I only needed a few items. Once I did find them I headed straight to the cashier to checkout which was very friendly.
