I lost a receipt that I needed for my expense report the manager took 3 days and diligently searched for the receipt you can only imagine how many receipts they recieve each day anyway. He looked and looked and with the limited info he still took time to look. That's Amazing Customer Service! Another mediorce manager would of sent me on my way the first day I asked, not this manager thank you and please keep these standards I almost thought I was back in time. Give that whole store a raise not one employee was nasty to me. When they could of easily dismissed me. Again Thank You and if you do something for that store then rethink your reward program if don't hace one for your employees GET ONE! THEY ARE AWESOME!

I feel like being a pharmacist is probably a thankless job. You get yelled at when the drug is not in stock. You get yelled at when it is not ready when the customer expects it. You get yelled when the customers insurance won't pay for or cover more of the cost of customer's drug. Oh and lets not forget about the thousands of prescriptions they have to get correct with 100% accuracy or it could negatively affect your or your loved ones health. Put all that stress into a VERY busy location as it can be a no win scenario for these hard workers. So with in mind, let me offer my review of this location. 1. Yes the drive through could you use better management. That is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5. And while I agree this needs attention, I have to laugh at peoples anger at it. I solved the problem by going inside. I was in and out. 2. While inside I saw the staff bending over backwards to take care of everyone. 3. On my last visit I had a wonderful gentleman go the extra mile for me and find a coupon from the eye drop manufacturer that brought my prescription cost from $125 to $25 (roughly). He didn't have to do that. He was slammed! It meant the world to me and during this time of the year where every penny matters, it was appreciated! 4. While all pharmacies are having trouble getting certain drugs in, I feel like this location works extra hard to meet the consumers needs the best they can. They are great about communication! I have two prescriptions that I need for my kids that are on national back order. And while this stresses me out, I have faith in the staff at this location that they will do all they can to fill it for us."Do on to others as you would expect to be done on to you." And try to give a little grace to those people working hard on your behalf. Cheers!

This pharmacy needs to be shut down expeditiously and should remain ONLY a Walgreens store. The “drive thru pharmacy” is beyond ridiculous when it comes to efficiency and time management. Not to mention that the line is JUST AS BAD (IF NOT WORSE) if you park your vehicle and go inside like I’ve done many times. Everybody working in the pharmacy needs to be re-trained or replaced. It’s like this every single time I’ve been, but I’m not returning anymore.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Service (mainly pharmacy) has always been sub par and takes FOREVER!!! But ive lived n Katy near this pharmacy for 30 years and was a creature of habit, But today took the cake for me, im DONE!! Hisham the pharmacy manager was incredibly rude and tried to stereotype me. I draw the straw here and will be taking me and my family's business elsewhere and will be sure to spread the word to ALL of my friends and family!!!

Pharmacy drive thru taking forever to move. Almost stuck for an hour for 3 cars, called the store manager to raise my concern but he was very rude and defensive making it sound like it's my fault to not wait any longer instead of finding out what's going on in the pharmacy or check on their staff. Now I don't blame the pharmacy for not keeping the line moving as it's in every other locations as long as they got a rude manager to get their back and not worry about customers. Horrible experience at this location.

This is ridiculous. I gave them my prescription more that hour ago, and it still not ready. This is ridiculous. If you have any other option to pick up your stuff, it will save you a lot of time. It was the worst service I've ever had in my whole life.

Generic store found all over the states. With Their pharmacy you can get your doctor prescriptions. Almost every neighborhood has one close to them.

This store used to be good.... but this new manager (the lady with short hair) is so incompetent and rude. She overcharged my photo prints, she charged $16.99 even though it is NOT a passport photo (my photo size is totally different for visa) , and I did NOT take a picture there. I asked this was not charged this expensive before (I have just charged 40 cents last year here), she said ' Oh yeah, it used to be 5 bucks 20 years ago!'. How rude!!! KEEP AWAY from this store please, it's gone worse.

No clue as to why they put rookies to man the pharmacy counter when they have no idea what they're doing or what they're talking about. I had a guy attend me on 9/15/23 and he couldn't find my insurance because he typed in the wrong information. I know this because I got serviced at a different Walgreens in Houston and they had no problem and found it without any issues. To cut the guy some slack though, he was new and his superiors should be absolutely embarrassed, they gave this guy poor training and had him deal with everyone at the counter. Such a long line and it could've been avoided if his superior(s) were watching over him and helped him. To think I was about to pay $182 for a vaccine... when I have insurance.... terrible experience. I say go to a different Walgreens and make sure you don't let them try and have you pay because if you have the money they'll try and make you pay a hefty price all the while you have insurance and they just don't know how to properly service you...

If I could do no stars, I would. I have been waiting to pickup since Last Thursday! Now all of a sudden, I dont have a prescription. But funny thing is, my doctor sent a brand new script over at the beginning of June for a full year. I rec'd one month's worth of my medication. They entered my script in their system with an end date 1 day after the receipt date!!!!SMH

Every time I have a RX called into this pharmacy, it’s never ready when I go in to pick up. The doctor who writes the script says give them about an hour before going in. I always wait at least 2-3 hours or longer. Only to be told when I get there it’s not ready and it’ll be an hour before they can get to it. Such an inconvenience. I don’t know if it’s just my luck or everyone else experiences this also.

DONT COME HERE !!!! Walked in after a 10 hour shift to grab something to eat seen 2 meals on sale attempted to buy the items didn't ring up as the sale price , the manager KAY who was extra rude said he could not adjust the price even though I told him it's a sign back there he then rudely said "look at the date" which isn't my job to do , all I wanted was something to eat now ill never return to this store again ! No wonder they have a low rating just disgusting customer service

Love that they have all my medication needs but feel that the techs sometimes do not know what they are doing when processing claims via there data base. this is now a second time i have paid for a prescription and was given a partial and then came back and was recharged for the rest of the medication when the original claim was already paid for and all they needed to do was dispense the medication at 0 cost.They sometimes even change QTY CT from 30 day to 31 and have issues with insurance approving and causing several issues. But they are my network preferred and closes to home address.

This is the absolute worst walgreens for pharmacy and prescriptions. They keep you on hold for hours just for them to hang up on you. Then when try going in person they have you waiting in line for 40+ minutes.

Absolutely horrific! Went to pick up a prescription because I had surgery a couple hours before. THE LADY WAS SO RUDE! She kept saying my doctor clinic that I go to, filled out something wrong. When I asked her what was wrong. She said, and I quote, “You wouldn’t understand. We can’t give you this. You need to contact your doctor.” The lady completely blew off my question. I went during the weekend, around noon, the lady was oriental, not sure of her name. She definitely needs to go back to training or something. I am not pleased at all. Will definitely be taking my business somewhere more friendly and helpful.

Go somewhere else to get your prescription filled. Walgreens always says the same thing, we are under staffed. I called in to fill both meds at the same time, when I got there they said we only have 1 filled come back in 30min for the second one. They also told me what the prior Walgreens told me to do is to go to another Walgreens that is open longer.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Every time I have called this location the staff sound like they hate their jobs and my call is an inconvenience. When I needed medications transferred they told me I had to go to another pharmacy to transfer. When I would go to the other pharmacy I was sent right back. The pharmacy manager Chris is very unprofessional and spoke to me as if I didn’t have a basic education. He had me on speaker phone (privacy issue) the entire time while I spoke about my multiple issues and specific medications for staff and customers to hear. He dismissed all of my claims and told me I could “go to another pharmacy”. In the beginning, despite the terrible reviews at this site I gave them a chance. I was very very disappointed on how unprofessional the staff and the manager have consistently conducted themselves. If you are unable to work in a career that includes customer service then don’t make our lives miserable by working there. I will now be switching to H‑E‑B pharmacy.

I was refused a refund on a product that is still in a box and within 30 days.Grace the cashier is a sweetheart and tried her best.Mr. Adebo can use some training on how to address customers as a manager. He looked at my receipt and said maybe I have already gotten a refund suggesting like I am there to steal or something.The refund in question is only for $11.99.I have purchased other products the same day to ease shoulder pain. I have not asked for refund on those even though they did not work and ended up in urgent care.I would like Walgreens to keep my refund as donation and use it towards employee training so the next customer can get better treatment. I will be going to HEB across the street for future purchases.

Rude African and Hispanic dude. I went to take advantage on a 24/hr deal on detergent. They wouldn’t honor the sale even after inputting the Walgreens card. Also screamed at me and told me it’s a limit on the items and who do I think I am and I need to leave products for the other customers. What does it matter I’m spending my money also you have nerve to raise your voice and scream in my face also the Hispanic dude was rude as well I asked him about the weekly ad he told me Walgreens don’t print ads any more and I’m just gonna have to take what rang up because he’s not honoring the sale price. I should have listened to the Walgreens employees on 3120 fry rd they told me this location was rude but they was sold out of what I needed so it forced me to come here with these rude jujus and burritos

This is my local walgreens and last night I went with my paper prescription@, she told me they didn't have it at any walgreens and to try HEB the next morning Iwent to HEB AND they told me my insurance already charged other pharmacy for it...well Walgreens failed to communicate that ...they sent it 15 mins away to another walgreens!!! Waste of my time!

Pharmacy manager very in accommodating when trying to resolve issue of the pharmacy refilling a prescription a month after it had been canceled then refusing to reimburse me the cost of medication I can no longer take. I’ve notified customer service to see where it goes next. Very upsetting experience for a 72 year old retiree on a fixed income.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE, IMPOLITE AND UNFAIR PEOPLE!!!On March 5th, I went to this Walgreens to print my own design photo which the printing price was $0.36. When photo was printed, the employee told me this is passport photo and you have to pay $14!!!I told him you haven't done anything on this, if I brought the kid so you take the picture and prepared the photo, the cost might be reasonable and valid, but when I did everything and you only printed, you can't charge me $14.00.I asked for the store manager, they told me he/she is not here and I have to go back there on Monday. I was in a rush having appointment with passport center and preparing everything for getting my kids passport so she can fly in few days and this is the kind of play they have done to me. At the end they didn't give me my baby's pic and I asked them to shred it, instead the rude impolite guy started cutting my baby's pic with scissor!!!

Great customer service! I just think it's ridiculous that Walgreen's does not give the option of getting both kinds of whatever is on sale but ya have to buy 2. If Snickers candy bars are on sale 2/$1.25...ya have to get 2 of the same kind of Snickers...NOT 1 Snickers Almond and 1 Snickers Peanut butter...you have to choose which one or the other and then buy 2 to get the sale price! Pay attention to the price that rings up during your transaction each and every visit!

I had recently visited this store to do a little shopping. Once I moved through the aisle to collect some items, I was quickly followed, by this young white lady. I noticed the pattern that is mostly used by many stores including Walmart. The pattern is to follow behind people of color, and pretend to be scanning items on the shelf while keeping an eye on someone they may consider to be a potential thief. I have worked in retail for many years, and I found out that people of color are not the only ones that have the potential to steal. Very uncomfortable experience!!! It is a sad situation for that kind of treatment for people who works hard for what they have, and makes their money honestly. Once it was noticed that I displayed the kind of behavior and didn’t give the impression like most of us of color are viewed, I was treated with a little kindness. I don’t know if I will come back to this location, and will spread the word, about the kind of treatment you can expect of you enter in at this Walgreens location.

Worst customer experience! I went in to get some items I needed and noticed there was a sale on all of the summer items! Yay right? Wrong! In the back of the store there were coolers listed at 90% off. There wasn't just one in a spost there were 4 coolers lined up under the sale price. I grabbed one thinking, yes I'm never this lucky! Even a shift lead came by to grab one for herself! Only for me to get ready to check out and the manager not want to honor the price. Claiming someone put them in the wrong spot. Like really someone put ALL of them in the wrong place?? The sad part is I used to work for Walgreens so I know the rules! If an item is missed marked (especially the way these were) you honor the price for the customer then go correct the mistake on the sales floor. Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Never shopping here again. And Rick Patel will definitely be hereing from me!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had a prescription called in. I called to check on the status of it and was put on hold for over 45 minutes periodically someone would answer pretend like they couldn't hear me and put me back on hold or hang up on me. Finally drove up to the pharmacy to talk to them in person and wouldn't you know it while I'm waiting in line they decided to tell me it would be an hour before my prescription was ready. I've been waiting in line 15 minutes this morning with one car in front of me to pick up a prescription and I am just now moving forward. Choose a different Walgreens this one's a joke.

Terrible service went here today to get a prescription refill. Had the original bottle/printed labels. Was told by Kristine Ordonez that my perception couldn’t be refilled because it had been 6 months. It hadn’t. My original prescription was done on 12/18/2019 & It states that I could obtain a refilled on or before 06/15/2020 WHICH WOULD BE 6 months. As I continued to tell Kristine Ordonez that I had never gotten a refill she repeated asked me as if I was lying to get meds. I then went in & was treated extremely horrible by Chris Nguyen. Who did not have on a Walgreens uniform, but was working behind the counter. When I asked him if he treated all paying customers the way He was treating me. I was ignored & told in a disrespectful, nonchalant voice to go sit down. I then asked Bruce Codd if he was the manager of the Pharmacy area, he said no. I said well, are you a manager for this store? He replied yes & then proceeded to ignore me, completely ignoring the fact that I was having an issue. My experience at this Walgreens was unpleasant & disturbing. The amount of profiling & RACISM I encounter was so off putting I’ll never step foot in another Walgreens EVER AGAIN. If you’re not a person of privilege I suggest you go to another store.
