I came here today to get the flu vaccine. The pharmacist and staff were very friendly. I also did a little shopping. The store is very clean and organized. This is a busy location so they tend to run out things quickly lol. They had my favorite moisturizer so I grabbed a couple.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever seen. The pharmacy staff put me on hold for 16 minutes the first day and 22 minutes the second day. When they stop putting you on hold since you can hear every time they do, the staff is rude and won’t provide any help or assistance even though they kept you waiting.First they cancelled my order without calling me, when I called to understand the reason they changed the status to delayed but still charged my insurance immediately even though they didn’t have an ETA for my medication to arrive to their location.Lack of customer service skills and charging insurance before having the medication or even knowing when the medication will arrive caused delays and a waste of time for both parties. Do better.

Don’t order curbside pick up here, Cashier and Photo department don’t care about your time, I literally had to walk inside waited in my car about 15 minutes after I had called and confirmed I was outside, after I walked it went straight to cashier no one was in line, so he could’ve got my order but no, then he still says ma’am curbside pick up is on the photo department, walked there and there they are 2 guys chitchatting one name Chris was fixing the copier machine the the other was changing the trash bag, I’m guessing a trash can is more important then a customer, and pretended not to see me, he was even talking about cleaning the restroom🤷‍♀️like come on now

This is by far the best Walgreens store ever. I'm very lucky because this store is close to my house. The employees here are very dedicated and customer oriented. One employee however stands out, Alisa! She's courteous, patient, and well informed about the products and services of the store. I have lost count on how she has been very helpful not to only me, but to other customers. I hope other employees can emulate her commitment to excellent customer service delivery.

Would be 5 stars but the website changed the phone number on my balance rewards points without any authorization from me the day after I set the online account up. Now I'm getting the run around from customer service while I try to get them to resolve this issue. Otherwise we visit this Walgreens often because it's my preferred pharmacy and it's located right across the street from our house. The in store service is fast and efficient plus friendly at the same time.

Drive thru pharmacy is a joke, they are so unprofessional. Speaking with them left me with the impression that I was bothering them. Also as I was asking them a question they cut the mic off as she's looking me in the face.Ok, that's ffg ine this will be the first and last time.The inside store associates are always kind and helpful.9102021 at 4:25 pm

We've been going to Walgreens for decades for our prescriptions. But this year something changed. Every prescription is automatically set to auto-refill, even when it's unwanted, and when you try to cancel, next month it's back to auto-refill. After complaining numerous times, it still continues. Time to switch to any other pharmacy.

I have been coming to this walgreens for 6 years. Today, after leaving the emergency room, Jymmie in the pharmacy humiliated me.I almost passed out waiting for my prescriptions. Jymmie as soon as I finally got to the counter 30 minutes later, told me that my prescriptions would not be ready until tomorrow. Thank God the pharmacist heard her and said we will get it ready today. I felt like I was racially discriminated against by Jymmie. I have never had terrible customer service at this walgreens until today. I am very disappointed.

The staff is awesome one of the pharmacist she is very rude Black!!! Very unprofessional an getto.Also the store manager hanging out in the pharmacy with her being rude an getto supposed to be on the store floor.Why she hanging out in the pharmacy???????? No reason.Very disrespectful to me i was confused cause i never been through that before at any walgreens.Been coming here for over 10 yrs.never again!!!

Drive through very unprofessional. Who ever answered the phone in the morning was very unprofessional as well putting me on hold without telling me anything this will be the first and last time going there. I still have to go back because they are in lunch mind you the paper said they go to lunch at 2. I went at 1:30 and i didn’t even understand the lady and she said something and hung up did not wait for me to ask any questions.

Pharmacy is horrible people who do not know how to speak English very well are filling your prescriptions waited in line for 20 minutes to pick up a prescription I re filled online..... If I were you I would stay away from this store and go to one of their competitors CVS or sams or even Walmart
