I have probably been going to this Walgreens for nearly 20 years, mainly for medication pick ups. I pretty much know everybody in the store by sight and in the pharmacy in particular, good people, very friendly and welcoming because they know me.

Customer service is not where needs to be employee was pouting and throwing a tantrum as she checked me out and rolled her eyes at the fact that people were coming in store. Just killing the vibe was on a snack run enjoy the beautiful cold front.

Pharmacy drive through has been "temporarily " closed for over a year,fix it already. Pharmacy messed up my wifes prescriptions and lied about it instead of admit screwing up then were to lazy to fix their mistake and left us to sort it out.

I went in to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy (pharmacist is awesome!) with my two year old. I was also recommended to get an off the shelf eye drop. It happened to be behind a glass case. I asked the tech behind the pharmacy counter to have someone unlock it for me.I’m standing in the aisle waiting and up walks a man (other than the name badge, i couldn’t tell that he worked there). He stands in front of me and looks at me. Doesn’t say a word. I think I’m in his way so i move to the side. He rolls his eyes and says “What do you want?”I thought i was mistaken because I’m so out of it with my sinus infection and headache. I’m drowsy, etc. So i ask him to repeat himself. Again he says “What do u need?”Not “How can I help?” Not even so much as a smile or pleasant greeting. Completely rude. Dismissive. I even asked if he was having a bad day. To which he replied “No. How much? *rolls eyes* for the eye drops?”He doesn’t need to be in customer service at all. Being that he holds a key, i assume he may even be a manager.I asked the tech for his name. He had a man bun and the tech said his name is Mickey.

The manager Mickey was rude and unprofessional. There was a lack of customer service and understanding. I asked very simple questions and he responded with an attitude and walked away. If there is a listed price that price should be honored. I worked as a manger in retail before and if we listed a price & the price tag was incorrect, or expired , we honored the price. This was a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Overall store is great but the pharmacy staff is horrible starting with a young lady named Cache. Cache gave me a run around saying my son's insurance didn't cover his prescriptions when just a week earlier I picked up the same prescription with the same insurance. I called my insurance company to see what the problem was they said they did cover it. I now go to a different Walgreens it may be a further drive but at least I don't have to see her or her ignorant managers face again.

The people over at the pharmacy are rude, short and seems as though they do not enjoy their job. Went in today to pick up a prescription and the lady behind the counter said your total is 100 plus and we don't have the other prescription. I'm thinking did you ask for my Inssurance information? No. You did not. Then she proceeded to say we don't have this prescription and can't transfer. Might as well go to the other location. Very rude people to be reprinting health care. Highly dixiuragw people from going to this location off 249 and bammel north Houston.

The pharmacy employees at this location are among the most rude that I have ever encountered. Every time that I have been on the phone with or picked up medication in the drive through, I have been met with an attitude by employees.

The store itself is great and the employees r wonderful but, as for the pharmacy!!! A holy terror!! Every time I had prescriptions call in from my doctor's office could be 3 to 5 they would say they haven't received it from the office, when I told the lady who calls in the RX to speak to pharmacy staff because they always say they don't have it. Then when I get the text stating it's ready I send my daughter to get it they either say, that don't have anything from my drs office, or they only have 3 of the 5 n said that was all that was called in!!! Then when my daughter get home n tell me they don't have it, I called n they say it's there....GAMES OR STUPIDITY!!! I am disable n don't get out much so I rely on my children to do the running around for me but, to have a pharmacy not knowing nothing from nothing is a waste of time!!! I have been using the same exact Walgreens for about TEN YEARS!! N all of a sudden they can't find a darn thing, for the last 2 yrs or so this has been happening. I can go with issues every now n then but EVERY TIME!!?? ITS CRAZY!!!

I thought Walmart was bad. These people are horrible. You call and while one technician is pretty good, the other answers in a series of "yeahs" and "umhhhms". It is so sad that pharmacies which make hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, don't splurge on people with an actual vocabulary.

The WORST. The pharmacy here, is hands-down, unequivocally the WORST. There has not been ONE time where they have gotten anything RIGHT. That is in no way an exaggeration. Horrible, lazy, uncaring, ignorant, trashy, rude people who have no idea, and never will have an idea of what doing a good job entails or means.

This Walgreens location never get my medication orders right. I stopped going at this location for my medications, but as far as buying items from the store part, that part is great. Always well stocked and friendly employees.

First i dropped off seizure med andcwas shorted. Was given enough to last me until the 11th of this month. Called to get it filled...floating pharmacist had her head in her ass. Took me forever to get thru. Tonight. Ugh!!!!

Horrible Customer Service. The manager helping in the pharmacy area gave me attitude and refused to help me with finding tge brand of medical tape I was looking for . I'll never return to this store!
