Unsure if its this store or all Walgreens but its the worst. Because insurance wenmust use this pharmacy but the Website is always wrong when it comes to ours refills etc. The service especially drive thru is awful. You wait extremely long for service.

Placed a same day photo order. Never received notification of them being completed. I called and was given a message that the phones were down. I called the next day to check and was told they didn’t have enough frames to complete the order. Don’t waste your time with an order here.

Went thru the drive thru today 12/26/23 and didn’t receive professional service by Isiah. I asked if he could apply my discount which is on file to my prescription. I was told I’ll have to come inside to do that. I have never had this issue before. It made zero sense for me to come in so he could scan a card that’s already in the system. It’s very frustrating to feel I’ll then have to deal this nonsense. He wasn’t very helpful at all. He should work on his customer service skills.

When I say This was the best experience that I had with a pharmacy in my long time. Now don't give me wrong. I love CVS Target, but because of my insurance, I had to transfer my medicine to walgreens. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews that I read about the pharmacy. Don't know if that was a long time ago but my experience was terrific. I called on the phone and spoke to a young lady, who was very helpful and friendly. She got all of my medicines transferred from CVS to Walgreens. It was a seemless process, no problems. Then the next day I came. I met with Dawn and she helped me get the medicine I needed. She walked me through the system, and it was great. The store is nice and it's clean and the people are friendly. I definitely recommend.

I went to this pharmacy to get photos for my passport as the cashier was busy, she asked another colleague to help me take my photo, the assistant with her name on her badge "Jen" arrived with a bad attitude since she was on her cell phone attending to personal matters during work hours in an unfriendly or courteous manner which makes her look even uglier, and without any greetings she asked me if I was ready to which I replied, she did take the photo of me and transferred it to the computer and walked away without saying a word and she left me standing there not knowing what to do or what was next. She went to serve other customers who were ready to pay and I asked her what was next and she rudely answered that I had to wait a few minutes for the photos to process, I wonder, if they are not happy with their work, then why are they there? Her name on her badge says Jen. By looking at her face, I can understand why she is unhappy, but we have to accept ourselves no matter how we look, and the people around have nothing to do with that.

The pharmacy is slow and they do need improvement, but other than that the new location really makes up for it. Nice parking lot, clean restrooms, all the times I have been everything is really well stock and the staff are always welcoming and have great customer service.

I was told by Bridgett the bathrooms close at 9:30pm when I asked to use them at 9:23. When I told her it's only 9:23 she replied with, well we already cleaned them so you can't use the bathroom. When we were checking out a few minutes later my husband commented, why are you so lazy that you can't let someone use a bathroom and clean it again if necessary. She then says, oh you can use it now. Umm what? Okay. To top it off the bathroom wasn't even anywhere near clean!! Ridiculous.

Walgreens is always severely understaffed. This is ridiculous considering how much Walgreens makes every year. The staff are wonderful people but clearly the management doesn't care to properly staff the stores so customers don't have to wait 20mins to an hour every visit, no matter the time of day.

Don’t bother coming here.I came here again at 8pm 4/25/23 right after leaving the emergency room to fill some pain meds and a muscle relaxer for my lower back. I’m driving myself and I’m in a lot of pain and I’m told that my meds could not get filled until tomorrow after 2pm. So don’t come here if you have an actual emergency and need meds fast.I waited outside in the car over 30 minutes and watched as the pharmacist attended everyone inside and ignored my vehicle.Awful service.They need more help attending people.This is ridiculous.

Arrived at 9:50 pm to get to pick up some over the counter medicine for sick child, I stood at the automatic doors, while the cashier rang up the pharmacist, and they said they were already closed. IF YOUR BUSINESS HOURS ARE UNTIL 10PM then you should honor those hours!!! This is very unprofessional!!

I worked for walgreens for 20 years,Having a customer what was not an option.I had to give fast, great and friendly service and know what I was doing.This is not what I get from this people,Longer waiting time and half of the time can't find my order. I give them plenty of time to fill my prescriptions, I am aware what it takes to do this job.But this is too much.They lost my prescription again and had to redo it againWorst service ever.

The pharmacy called to tell me my prescription was delayed. I was disappointed, but a lot of things are low in stock or take awhile these days so I understood. A couple days later they called me to tell me that it was ready. So I asked a friend to pick it up. When she gets there, they would not give it to her until they could call my doctor to verify my diagnosis! Since they could not get hold of my doctor right away, my friend left. So, I went up to the store myself and had the same experience. Fortunately, I had my doctor's cell phone number and could ask her to call the pharmacist. Then, the pharmacy took even longer because they had a problem with my GoodRX coupon. Finally, after an hour and a half, I left with my prescription. It is wrong of the company to have this policy. What business is it of the pharmacy to know my medical diagnosis? Isn't their job to fill the prescription as the doctor ordered? I have never had this happen. I don't understand. The drug is not a controlled substance. It is a common medication. This is not the Walgreens that I used to love and trust.

If I could give this store 0 starts I would ! Horrible customer service! The manger JENNIFER was super RUDE , disrespectful and useless. She didn’t want to assist to find items and stereotype me of stealing not knowing I make 6 figures. Stay away from Walgreens and don’t give them a dime! They need to learn how to treat customers right !

I've had bad experiences here before, as far as wait time to pick up a prescription. Last week though I had just gotten out of urgent care and I had my prescription sent somewhere they couldn't fill it I just had it sent somewhere else they weren't contracted with my insurance, with 10 minutes before closing my prescription was transferred to this Walgreens. Ruby was so sweet and went above and beyond to fill my prescriptions so I would have it that night. She has no idea how much I appreciate that, as I was in severe pain. Because of her I'll be back.

I went to get tested for a rapid COVID test and they didn’t provide results blaming it on rebooting the system. Called to see if they could give me a paper the lady said no. Called a couple of hours later and a guy said that they were having a problem in the system because of the bad weather (common guys I called before the storm) but they could give me a paper so I could check my results, but it had to be the following day because they were about to close. Common guys! Share the information with all the staff, so you can be in the same page. If we are there is because we have a need and we need help!!!

Their phone tree is incredibly difficult to navigate if you need to speak with someone. Pharmacy charged me $200 two times for prescription I should've gotten for free. I've seen one tech who is competent and caring but the vast majority of pharmacy staff seem to have no idea how to handle any one-off insurance issue and are blatantly rude. If these are growing pains from a new store, they need more training.

This walgreens pharmacy has the WORST service I've ever encountered. None of their employees seem to know what's going on!! When I first arrived, I was told it would be a 5 minute wait. While waiting at the store I received a phone call that my prescription was ready. When I went to the counter to pick up the prescription, I was told there's no way I received a phone call becuase my prescription wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. I then proceeded to show the lady my call log and voice mail. She still told me I was wrong!!!This isn't my first bad encounter. Let's just say I'm not coming back here again.

Very Lengthy Pharmacy wait time. The guy did tell us about the Walgreens reward plan( something like that) so we saved money during that process. Thanks! ( But you still get 3 Stars medicine was supposed to be ready in 10min I came back in 1 hour & it still wasn't ready -_- )

This is one of my favorite Walgreens I usually shop late night but from the minute I step in the store Leslie Ventura always has a great attitude she's very professional,she always greets all the customers once you come in and if you don't know where an item is she will guide directly to the product you need. Hopefully this Walgreens recognizes her for time and dedication because she shows great professionalism to her work ethics I been to several Walgreens and none compare to this one it only takes one great employee to make your day so I recommend all customer's to stop by and shop here.

This was my first and last worse pharmacy Walgreens location I ever experienced! First off i was told they would call me when my prescription was ready 4 hrs later they called and told me to bring my insurance card and that my prescription was ready. When I got there they claimed my prescription was ready but never was they kept saying my insurance would not go through which was another lie! I got my rx paper back from them and drove right across the street to cvs had no issues. They keyed in my information told me it would be ready in 15 mins had no issues with my insurance. The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location is the most inexperienced staff ever. They have poor customer service and are very slow. This Walgreens location has lost me as a value customer. Walgreens will never ever get my service ever again all because of this one bad experience from this location!

Avoid getting an injection by the pharmacist- she clearly does NOT know how to properly administer a flu shot. She must’ve hit a nerve because right when she injected me it hurt so bad and I bled SO MUCH. that has NEVER happened before. I asked why or if that was normal, and she of course said it was rather than saying it was HER mistake. Now I am bruised, have a lot of swelling and can barely move my arm!

Every time I go here I have a problem. Because they are so slow to put your order together I will put in on Tuesday that I want it that night and go on THURSDAY!! But still they didn't have my prescriptions ready! If you try calling on the phone they will just constantly pick up and put you on hold, without saying anything. I sat on hold for 10 minutes to see what was going on with the prescription they didn't fill only to have her tell me she would get it ready.... Why wasn't it ready two days after I ordered it filled?!?! Only one of the girls behind the corner is nice and seems to work fairly quickly, while the others are too busy having their own conversations to deal with either the line in front of them or the long line of cars that builds up in their drive. Horrible work ethic! They either need to get some new people or get them to do their jobs right.

This is the most trash Walgreens I have been to. Customer Horrible. Then unorganized. Then places you on hold when I’m watching them have personal conversation while I’m calling. I walked in to see it was just me. They always have some excuse for something. Find another place to go to because this one ain’t it!

SLOWEST WALGREENS PHARMACY EVER!! Then you get text saying your prescriptions are ready, wait 45 minutes in the drive through(3 cars) and then they don’t have any of it ready. Transferred my scripts to a different pharmacy.

I called at 6:15 pm and they told me my medicine would be ready in 30 mins! Welp it was 845 pm and my medicine was not ready!!!!!! It’s 9:20 pm and I finally had my medicine ready! It’s crazy to me! At that the pharmacist was so freaking rude! You honestly need to get better! I can honestly say I’m never coming back!!!! And I wasn’t the only person who wasn’t happy a lot of unhappy patients

If you need a prescription, the same day do not use this location. If you have some flexibility it may work. If you're sick and need meds right away, this is not the place. Employees are pleasant enough but that doesn't make up for the horrible delays.

I tried waiting to post a review to give Walgreens the benefit of the doubt. Now that I'm waiting two days getting meds I have lost it!!! There not telling us that a lot of employees here are clueless to working this job. Then they'll make excuses to the mistakes that are not true. I have four children, 3 been on meds since 1 yrs of age. So I know the system. Just not this Houston location and their failure to satisfy our needs to proper, fast, convenient healthcare. I had another Walgreens call them to teach them how to access my meds so I could get them. This location is hoooooorible!! If you want to be heartbroken looking at your sick kids in pain and have sleepless nights. Come here they can accommodate you perfectly.
