i usually fill at cvs but as an emergency i filled at this location, i had a really good employee! I believe his name was Will, He spoke spanish which is a plus, he was able to get me out in a timely manner when i was dropping off!! He also recommended me to get a vaccine and i was able to get a coupon with it, definitely one of the nicest people i’ve ever met! GET THAT BOY A RAISE!

Couldn’t call me and tell me that they’re out of Covid tests, showed up and they didn’t have any available after being able to book and appointment online, incompetent pharmacy staff if you ask me

Made an appointment for my Covid Booster. Young man behind the counter was super friendly and wonderful with all the customers. The pharmacist who gave my shot was very professional and helpful. I haven’t used the pharmacy by my house in years. If they had a staff like these two I would use them!!

Does not follow the law HB 2174 indications e-prescriptions of controlled substances do not require verification. On 9/17/22 requested verification and a customers release paperwork from the hospital to fill a controlled substance e-prescription. Also violation of FERPA. This is not the last you have heard from the patient! They lied and blamed it on the hospital and said they did not receive the diagnosis code. Continued to call the hospital but never reached a person. Only after I asked when did a pharmacy have the right to deny filling an e-prescription did they fill it. The person was sitting in excruciating pain after being released from the hospital and they did not care! This is by far the worst pharmacy in the world! The person was not red-flagged yet Walgreens independently decided to violate the law.

Worst place to take a vaccination.The two ladies at the pharmacy were rude, unprofessional… and of course did not prepare the vaccin though the appointment for it had been confirmed by email and text message. They even ran in the back to laugh at me and everybody could hear them. The worst experience at Walgreens ever. I will NEVER go back to that particular one. If you need a vaccine just go anywhere else, it can not get worse than that.

The lady in the pharmacy was so rude. I waited in line for 30 mins because she took forever with one customer. By the time she finish it was about 9:05pm. Yes, they close at 9 pm but if a customer was already waiting, their suppose to leave after their finish the last customer. Not to meant my daughter fever was 104 and she really needed her medicine. The lady close the outside window in my face, so I got out my car and went inside to see if she would help me since I had been waiting. To add to her rudeness, she says with a attitude, they have other pharmacies you can go to. I was told by several people that they don't go here because of how rude the staff is.To add insult to injury, I went in this Walgreens again to get something out the freezer for me and my kids. Long story short after we ate the microwaveable meal we got sick. I went to check the food box and the expiration date was in November 2016.

I have been trying for 3 days now to get the second shot of the vaccine at this location. These Pharmacy employees as well as the pharmacist act like they could care less if people get the shots or not. While the media talks about people not wanting to get the vaccine… dealing with a staff like this has to be a major reason why people just don’t want to deal with it. They do not deserve a single star but there is not a negative star option.

Horrible is all I can say! I do not deal with Walgreens it was a mistake by the doctor. It's been a headache 😫 just getting a prescription first they sware it wasn't there then doctor verified it was now it's the insurance spoke with the insurance it's no issue. I sware walgreens hire pill heads cause it's funny to hear folks saying if it's a certain type of medicine you will get hell getting it. Seems like the Walgreens that used to be on Antione and little york. Stealing of medications etc. they will eventually close just as that one did. Thank God for cvs!

The service here is horrible. I rarely do reviews but believe that quality service is important. My mom went to purchase some meds, over half of the meds on the shelf was already open. We went back to tell the Manager. He was sitting down on a register, with a horrible attitude. I asked if he was on break, he said he wasn’t, just a a Manager. He was acting tired and listless. We asked about the Red Day donation and he said it was “Nothing, just another way to get your money”. This store reflects the leadership.

Had prescriptions called in to this location. The doctor's office had not called. The staff followed up and I was out with my meds in about 20 minutes. Very quick and professional staff.

I’m only giving a star because I have to in order to give a review! They have the rudest people working here. The woman I was trying to talking didn’t even give me the time of day. I was not rude at all. I walked in to buy a drink and decided I needed to use the restroom. I patiently waited while she chatted with someone. She walked right by me and didn’t even ask if I needed something. So I followed behind her and nicely asked for access to the restroom. I thought she didn’t hear me so again I kindly asked. She just turned to me and said in a rude manor “just stay there someone will eventually come to help you!” I just said “thank you”, returned the drink to the fridge and left the store. This was the first and last time Inshop at this store!

If I could give no stars I would. I went into the store on 12/16 and i had two different purchases I paid with a 50 dollar bill and the cashier holds it up to the light which is standard and i have no problem with that but then she takes another 50 out the register to compare it to. i was so embarrassed!!! At this point the line is long and I purchased my other item and gave her another 50 and then she calls the manager for him to check my money. He checks and said yes and I was soooo pissed off. I told her they need pens and she said they didn't work and I am thinking if they are having problems with counterfeits then they need to purchase a special machine. But I was mortified over the lack of service I received!!!

Poor Poor customer service, I filled my subscription at this location and I was always left to wait and wait even when no one else was being handled in person. Once I called in the perception and the automated system told me it was ready for pick up. When I show up to pick up I was left to wait as usual then after 15 mins I was told that they did not have my medication in stock. It would have been good to know beforehand!!

Would just like to let everyone know that this place is purposely selling old more than likely expired products. Found the product in what usually is the clearance area which the products clearly looked from last year. Asked the manager about the pricing and she said she wouldn’t put it pricing because Christmas was coming and those items would just be put up in the shelf for full price. In the end future customers will be buying a product that is more than a year old

Pharmacy is usually slow but helpful. Today after I did my purchase in pharmacy I stopped to look at some thing else I forgot, manager walked by me and said if you already paid can you put your bags in front?? Rude!! 😲 I said no I just paid for this in pharmacy Good bye

This Walgreens service is slow and disappointing I literally called the phone 6 times today to get a price on my daughter medicine and I was on hold for all together around a hour JUST TO GET A PRICE if someone would’ve at least greeted me when I called instead of just saying “hold one minute “ and what’s makes it worse is that it was men and woman answering the phones (multiple ppl) and none of them had the decency of asking me what I was calling for I could’ve been out there hairs in no time I really don’t understand why they won’t hire extra ppl so service can be better this is so sad and makes me not want to come ever again DO BETTER !!

The pharmacy dep definitely needs more work , it takes about 30 to 45 mins if there's only 2 vehicles ahead of you, once I'm done with my pregnancy I'm definitely choosing another pharmacy.😔😔😔

Does your company keep expired products on the shelf without rotating and marking out if expired ? Just asking because Family Dollar does the same thing including taking back defective items putting them right back on sales floor to resale to customers.

I always have a good experience at this Walgreens. Of course there is the occasional snafu, but not that often. I know (by sight if not by name) many of the employees and I like that.

Manager and associate doesn't greet or thank customers. Standing around just talking. that is why i havent beem here for about 6 months. Came in Feb 25.2018. Same as always.
