This Walgreens on Broadway is clean with good merchandise presentation.Walgreens everyday retail prices are a little high, but they have weekly sales with hundreds of items on sales. The ad can be found online or in the Sunday newspaper.Store associates are friendly and helpful.

I just got off the phone with an employee named Kevin and he was so super helpful in helping me get a prescription straightened out. First time having to deal with them originally coming from humble so far so good. Thanks Kevin!!

Terribleeeeeeee service. And I mean terrible. Asking for the bare minimum in professionalism from this pharmacy is a huge ask. They for some reason pulled my rx from the pharmacy I actually wanted it to go to (not sure how this works, this is how it was explained to us by my preferred pharmacy). It seems they're able to behave so poorly b/c people needs their medicines, its unfortunate this pharmacy uses people's health as their leverage for treating customers poorly.

I’ve tolerated this store because it’s convenient. No more. Just sharing so you know and don’t waste time like I did.. Placed a small online photo order 22 hours ago for only six 4 x 6 prints. Was wondering why I’ve not been notified that they were ready. Called store and was told by Ingrid that they don’t print online orders until you are in the store because so many people don’t pick up their orders. That’s a first for me and I’ve used many Walgreens locations to pickup online print orders. Why don’t they tell you that in the first place? I would’ve done that instead of placing the order for pickup. But then that defeats the purpose of an online order for easy pickup.

I was on the phone on hold to talk to the pharmacy since the app does not let me update my insurance since I am doing self pay. They kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold. And I understand they are busy. But after 20 minutes of being on hold they just hanged up my call. Ridiculous

This is one of the worsts Walgreens ive ever been to. The pharmacy has been taking forever to fix their pick up window for months now. So now if you have a prescription to pick up get ready to wait for about an hour. Their is people sitting in chairs on their phones waiting THAT IS RIDICULOUS! And the pharmacist take their sweet time to attend you, knowing very well their is a long line taking up the isles in the back. Very unprofessional, they don’t even put the effort to keep the line moving. I really don’t even think anyone who works there cares. If I could give 0 stars I would but I wanted to leave the review so anyone who walks in there knows what their walking into.

I have lost my faith in all Walgreens in the whole state of Texas. My son has fought of the flu and ended up with a nasty earache and swollen lymph nodes. I took the prescription in at 9 am, we literally watched them roll up the metal window covers. Then the cashier went to help a person in the drive through as I am standing at the register. I finally give her the prescription and I came back 2 HOURS later and sat in the drive for another 20 min. She took my information and then I waited and watched TWO cars in the other lane drive off and I call her, what is the hold up I ask. "Oh we don't have this medication at this location" I said why didn't you call/text and say that 2 1/2 hours ago!! I got my prescription back and will never go back again, because I'd this were life saving medication, or time sensitive my baby would die fooling with them.

I went to the Broadway Street Walgreen to get a prescription and the pharmacist and everyone there was so helpful patient and friendly and the manager was also very passionate and helpful it’s hard to find a team like that so keep it up team you are Awesome

dropped off prescription and was told to come back back in 1 hour, 6 hours later and still not ready. dont know how this walgreens is still in buisness with all this bad reviewswent today to buy cigarretes lady behind counter starts screaming for key nobody came, tells me not asked me to wait while she takes care of other customers , she was on her personal phone while attending customers

You go and it’s STILL not ready so unprofessional I don’t even know how this store still has these unprofessional females working in the pharmacy going back to CVS

Be careful at this Walgreen's. My card was run through twice at the front cash register because they added a "coupon" I didn't ask them to add. I thought they were being nice but 48 seconds after my checkout, several charges were put on my card. The store manager I spoke with after my bank called to inform me was super rude and accusing the bank of being stupid - very unprofessional. The store is a mess, there are prostitutes bothering customers inside and outside of the store and the security was stalking me instead of them. The pharmacy did a pretty good job but they're way overworked, even late at night. There was nearly a 3 hour wait for my prescription and then they did the generic instead of the brand even though my request was for the brand. I had to then wait even longer to get that filled and they left the first transaction open on the register there until I said something. This store needs a corporate visit and to be cleaned up. It doesn't matter what part of town it is in - high or low crime, rich or poor - they are providing a service and it needs to be well run. For the safety of the employees and the customers, this place needs more security and also to show the customer a better face. I could say more about this experience but am trying to be nice. Don't go here late at night unless you truly have no other choice.

Pharmacy needs help. Corporate Walgreens need to provide this pharmacy location with more hours to schedule the help it needs to support customer demand. Waited 1.5 hours in line from 6 PM to 730 PM for a prescription that was electronically sent over at 1230 PM. Pharmacist did not fill the correct amount for my prescription and asked me get back in line while I was in the drive-thru line. Does that make sense? Something is not right here.

Pharmacy ladies very helpful and hard workers during the hard tims of virus im a little late for this review but great job ladies. I also want to mentioned from all the pharmacies i been this is the best one that treat seniors with patience and dignity plus answering their question and helping out the majority of seniors come alone and they even try to help out when customers dont speak english..may the Lord bless you allHelping others is good but best when you surrender to the Lord that has love you first. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to or ever experienced for that matter stay on phone on hold for more then an hour and then hung up on me did call back and some young girl kept putting me on hold so I drove over there stood in line for 35 mins then she told me my insurance would not pay for my meds I told the young lady my name and date of birth and said I had to pay I told her caniseethe meds and that wasn't even my name I'm like what the heck she said ma"amthats your prescription they just misspelled it really I had 2 prescriptions and she said I was wrong I said I'm done spoke withdrew send my meds somewhere else never will I ever go to Walgreens they are really slow they had6 people in that pharmacy and for themtojust be going in circles that is ridiculous. Don't waste yals time and energy with this pharmacy they are rude and helpless. Ha Walgreens on Broadway n Bellfort they are tooo slow .

Is there anyone that manages this store. I went to drop off my fed ex and none of the employees knew how to print a label off of my QR code but instead told them they don't do that here. I've gone to multiple Walgreens in different states and have had no issues having my label printed. Can someone here tran these employees on how to print fed ex labels? You clear have the label maker sitting there. Frustrating

Don't trust their automated system for prescription. Received multiple calls from Walgreens about a prescription being ready; however no prescription was ready when I arrived at the store. It is not the first time this has occurred at this store and not the first time it has happened at a Walgreens. Try a different pharmacy altogether for better service.

I HATE going to places like Walgreens! They tend to discriminate against people who wear backpacks and automatically assume that one’s trying to steal! Most people with a backpack aren’t trying to steal! We wear it cause it’s convenient for us to have whatever items we need on us! If someone has to leave a backpack at the front, customers with large bags including large purses should have to leave them in the front as well!

Not a great place to have photo projects developed. I like to experiment with canvas and wood panel prints but this location's photo department doesn't have it together. Once my order didn't seem to go through although I had the text notification that the job was completed. I reentered the order and took a screenshot of the confirmation. Same thing but the 2nd time around they found where my canvas print was at.Some time after that I gave their wood panel option a try for an art print. Did everything through the app, took a screenshot and waited for the text confirmation, then went to pick it up. They had it as a photo and needed me to confirm the size before putting it on a wood panel. Honestly, I don't think that was necessary but I confirmed that it was correct and then found they didn't have the size wood panel for my print. They said they needed to order that size and this was almost a week after I had submitted the order. I went back almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. I just get the impression they don't have it together and this is the closest Walgreens to me. So that's that.

It was a horrible experience!!! I live on north Houston and i needed to have some pictures to south Houston, so i sent by the Walgreens app that pics that i needed quickly, they were gonna be ready by 2:35 and i arrived there by 3:00 o'clock and my pics weren't ready!!!! The employee named Norma was checking the printer and it didn't have paper😣but while it was printing my pics, Norma was checking the printer and putting more paper in it, MY PICS WERE READY, THERE WERE JUST 8 PICS and the lady didn't gave me my pics'til she finished with the printer paper 😣😣😣😣....i was on hurry and my pics weren't ready when they should be, and the customer service was really bad....

Been here before and it was okay, but most recently I was trying to get a coke and use the restroom, but I had a backpack since I take metro everywhere. I'm not here to steal, I'm not a lowlife like some other people around here. But I was informed that the restrooms close at a certain time and I had to leave my backpack by the front door. After all that, I just picked my stuff up and left, I'm not going to give a place money if they're going to treat me like a theif and think I'm going in there to shoot heroin.

Horrible!! I used to get my prescription there but will not do so again. My information is in the system but still they got it wrong. Then they tried to tell me it's my fault and that my insurance won't accept it because my birthday is wrong in the insurance company... which it was not. They correct my name and i got everything I the bag and the new sheet with my name. Only to get home and realize the bottle still had the name wrong. The label had not been switched out. I go back to tell them and they act like it's not a big deal when in fact it is a controlled substance. And if stopped I could have been in a lot of trouble since it was not labeled to me. So just don't go there they don't care!

This has to be one of the worst Walgreens in the family of Walgreens stores. Consistently out of everything, in the pharmacy it’s just horrifically run. We go out of our way to go to the Fuqua one because it’s 100 times better. And for last minute needs caused by at a pharmacy we go to the CVS across the street and would rather pay more and find what we need and just not deal with the unsafe feeling of that store.

Please read the reviews of this place before you use this pharmacy. It's been over a week, they don't check their faxes, tell you your doctor hasn't send the prescriptions in. It's been over a week and I'm still unable to get prescription for my three daughters. They just have me running around. This is unacceptable last time I'm getting a doctor to fax a prescription to this Walgreens

How about no stars. I called pharmacy 7:40 pm recorder said 3 callers ahead of me should not be long. Wrong On hold for 1:35 minutes really curious if someone would answer getting close to 9. Oh wow they dropped 9:05pm really unprofessional. I called to speak to store manager automated connected me open line heard an on going conversation with someone else never came to the phone.

Their pharmacy department is probably the WORST in Houston! They are always very, very slow at helping you, whether it is in person, or on the phone! If you can, switch your business across the street to the much better CVS pharmacy. CVS is much faster at getting you your prescription, and answering your questions! At the very least, find another Walgreen’s pharmacy, because this location’s customer service is terrible!
