I recently switched from CVS to Walgreens and this Walgreens (out of about 4 others in the area) is absolutely hands down the BEST one I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The store manager, Greg, is tremendous. Not only is he easy to talk to, he also went above and beyond what he needed to in order to make sure I would have my issue resolved. If only the word had more “Greg’s”…😊

It is very rare for a big chain pharmacy to have such personalized customer service like this. I don't just feel like a number here. Stephanie has never made me feel like a bother when I have questions. Pretty much any person I've had contact with has been kind and knowledgeable. They get to know their patients and it's really a hometown pharmacy feel. If I could give more than 5 stars I would it's definitely deserved.

The worst customer service for phone calls, I've been living by this store since it was first built, but cannot get anyone to answer the phone or when they do keep putting you back on hold for 30 to 60 minutes, your not that busy, just lazy.

The employees are helpful and friendly, which is a plus when looking for items in stock or asking questions. I only use it as a store though, I get my monthly prescriptions filled at a different pharmacy. I hesitate switching over to Walgreens bc the customers seem upset with the pharmacy side of the store. I'm not trying to put myself into a problem by changing pharmacies.

Based on other reviews it seems my experience was not a one time thing. 30 minutes to get through the drive though pick up is unacceptable. With one car in front of meIn each lane, there’s no reason it should ever have taken so long. Get your prescriptions anywhere else!

Not good at communicating with my clients regarding their anti-depressant and ADHD medication when there is a problem or a shotage from wareouse. Many clients out of medication for months and then told their prescrition has expired so they need new one which cost them more money. Please help our MH community by communicating more effectively please and thank you.

40+ minute wait times are a regular occurrence at the drive thru pickup line. My daughters prescription was sent here by accident and I remember why I avoided this location when possible.

Staff has recently changed, and it’s been noticeable. I went to pick up my routine medication to only be told it was too early. So I waited until it was time. Arrived today to be told by the pharmacy tech, there was nothing filled for me, then to be told “we don’t have your prescription”. Once they found it was filled and more expensive than what I had paid. After questioning, I was told authorization needed by my insurance, oh and the brand I was getting was not available. When asked why... both tech and pharmacist response was “I don’t know”. My face: 😐. These are the experts I’ve trusted with my medication for 8 years! If I hadn’t questioned anything my insurance would not have been used. I was left with lack of customer service and lack of answers. Needless to say requested my prescriptions back and found a new pharmacy. My new pharmacy was able to use my insurance, I didn’t need an authorization after all. I also was educated regarding the old brand. Thank you Walgreens for being unhelpful and unpleasant this experience has sent me to my new favorite pharmacy!

Honestly if I could give zero stars to the all of the staff, I certainly would! Had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago, they prescribed me the incorrect medications causing me excruciating pain and lots of bleeding. I stopped going there. Store manager didn’t open up a case to look further, admitted it’s happened before and just said sorry. Sorry doesn’t cut it when it comes down to prescribing incorrect medication. I work in the medical field and filling the wrong medication doesn’t just “happen” multiple times. Fire the pharmacist? Fire the technicians? Grandma still gets her medications filled there which we pick up because she doesn’t drive. She got a phone call the medications are ready, so we immediately go pick them up. We get there and we’re told nothing is ready for pick up and we have to wait 20 minutes? Why would they call if it’s not ready? Not to mention, you’ll wait a good 20 minutes with one car ahead of you in line... This Walgreens is complete trash, I won’t ever return. How hard is it to realize you’re doing something wrong? For god sakes the reviews are at 2.1 starts, hopefully my review brings it down even more. HEB is the place to go!

Customers are way too hard on the pharmacy. I've been there several times and the customers in line were meaner than the technicians. One man walked up to the register and because the technician mispronounced his name he started yelling at theEntire pharmacy...give me a break. The customers here are bullies and rude. I've been to other Walgreens and this pharmacy is good. The pharmacy manager is great. I honestly don't know how she does it but she always have a smile. Walgreens keep your head up and ignore the trolls reviewing you. Someone complained about being racially discriminated because she's white...are you kidding me! No wonder the staff is constantly changing because the customers are rude.

Worst pharmacy in probably all of the U.S . They constantly give me the wrong medication, give you incorrect filling time windows. Drive through line is always slow. I’m assuming they find these employees from indeed. Furthermore, every time you call them you get thrown into a waiting pool and after 5 min someone picks up and asks you to hold again and again. If I could negative rate this location I would . I NEVER write reviews but I made time today to save someone the headache I’ve experienced .

The service when you go inside is good, except that they are evidently understaffed in pharmacy. There is usually a long line, a long wait for prescriptions both inside and outside at the drive-thru. The clerks are courteous, but either don't follow through or don't have the right equipment to follow through. I have had to go in three times over more than a week to get a prescription, being told each time it would be ready "by 8 am the next day." They have all my insurance information on file, but were trying to charge it on a coupon I had used while in the "donut hole" the month before. They weren't telling me that was the problem, just that it wasn't ready.

I went to Walgreens on El Camino Real with my boyfriend for a flu shot. We walked in and in about 10 minutes the registration paperwork was completed by a variety of diverse staff. The staff in the front was very polite and had us sit down. The actual pharmacist was notified that we were there. She was a middle aged African American lady who came to the front and was given the info and paperwork. The process in previous years has taken 15 minutes from start to finish. This time however,-once the manager saw us- she seemed to be uninterested in giving us the flu shot and went to the back dissapearing from view. We waited for almost 50 minutes and I had to get up and ask what is going on for her to come to the front and treat us!! Just because you have a job that keeps you busy (as we all do)does not mean you can choose to ignore customers who are not similar to you!! We felt discriminated based on our race (white). Customer service is for EVERYONE- not jsut for people who look like you!!! I urge Walgreens to train their employees to treat everyone as if it were their mothers!!! No excuses!!

Wife came here to pick up prescription and was obviously anxious to get it due to her discomfort. The pharmacist staff told her to wait 30 mins they will call her. Forty mins later she goes inside impatiently, turns out it was ready they didn’t bother to call.Rude staff, don’t go here.

My family has used this pharmacy for 2 years & it's been one thing after another - they are difficult to call with very long hold times and very long lines to pick up medicine almost any time of day or night. The professional staff, should you be lucky enough to get one on the phone, have always been helpful. But the techs or aides are awful - very unprofessional manners and very low knowledge or desire to assist. Not their fault of course, they should be better trained & supervised. It feels like this pharmacy is always in a state of emergency - understaffed and disorganized. I always see customers who don't feel well standing in line for poor service but no one on the staff seems to notice or care. Time for this family to find another pharmacy.

I've been coming to this location for quite a bit and I must say it's just been a big disappointment lately. The wait is very long even when you submit for a certain time of pick up, sometimes they say 30 minutes and the time will pass and it still won't be ready. This is the third time in a row that my prescription isn't ready and it takes a few days for it to come in which is an inconvenience because I need it for my pregnancy. It takes a few days yet I get notifications that it's ready and of course when I show up and wait for about 30 minutes I just get notified that it's still not available. I will be switching pharmacies and even though this location is more convenient for me I will be going to another one with better services.

I've been taking the same medication for over 10 years. I've always got it filled at Walgreens. It is a controlled substance. My normal doctor is out of the country on vacation so I have to go see another doctor in his office. I take this medication three times a day that's a total of 90 pills. This other doctor accidentally sent the prescription over for one pill a day for 90 days. Because of this my insurance charged me for a 90 day supply instead of a 30 day supply which was you know almost triple the cost. The pharmacist said oh well you have to talk to your insurance. The insurance said no you need to talk to the pharmacy. Whenever I questioned the pharmacist as to why they didn't bother checking my history they said that the only time that they checked their history is for drug interaction which is total BS because even my doctor's office said the same thing has the insurance. So I pressed the matter with Walgreens and I got so totally stupid with me it was constant hang up on me because I said that I was being rude or I was yelling or cussing which I was not. It took over a week for them to fix the problem and to get the refund. But another issue that I'm having with them as every time I send over a request for a refill I always get the same thing " waiting on insurance" but we'll get constant text messages and emails from Walgreens saying it's time to refill your prescription the same one. I'm a diabetic I've had to wait for my insulin refills for a week or so because they cannot get their system straight with the insurance or maybe they just don't want to fill it I don't know. There are a couple of people that work here that are actually very helpful and very nice they won't try force me to by a certain name brand that cost almost $100 like my insulin needles. She found the same amount under generic brand for only $25. This Walgreens the pharmacist manager and her other Pharmacy staff are just horrible people they don't care. Just like them changing from being open 24 hours Dash - this was not made by their corporate office this decision was made by the pharmacy manager.

1 hour wait for a presentation—are you kidding me? Manager learn how to schedule. If you are the only 24 hour pharmacy around—you might need more than 1 pharmacist working. That is just good old plain common sense. Walgreens has lost my business

The store itself I have never had any issues with. The pharmacy is a totally different story. Any time I have called, the minimum hold time has been 15 minutes (I'm sitting at 21 minutes as I'm writing this). They got my prescription from my doctor, but apparently had the wrong phone number in their system (I called my doctor to see what was going on and this what they told her), even though I received a text notification from them verifying they had the correct number, so they never called me when my prescription was ready. I moved to a different state and have been trying to get the prescription transferred. I called the Walgreens I want to have it transferred to, and the pharmacist there informed me I'm not even in the system. Now I have to call them back for a fourth time and I am again, on hold (now at 25 minutes on hold). Not thrilled with the service at all.

Pharmacist manager dispensed the wrong strips/sensor for free style libre to my dad. Denied an even exchange. Will have to pay a double copay which is expensive. The only person who loses here is the patient. She tried to Blame it on the physician. Shows a lack of accountability in my opinion instead of acknowledging that maybe they missed checking the history. It’s the providers job AND the pharmacist job to ensure testing supplies match what was given in the history and if they don’t to question the new meter and strips.

What most people refuse to understand is your not special!There are millions of people getting prescriptions being filled, covid-19 tests,covid-19 shots.And because of covid-19 all businesses are short handed.I got my booster at this Walgreens and it was busy. People were trying to get special treatment. And the women handling it all are Rock stars in my opinion.Thanks for everything.

I went to the pharmacy with my 2 little kids they saw me that I was standing up for about 30 min and never asked me what do I need they was just walking and ignores me then came a lot of people after me and they took care of them when I finally get their attention they say my baby's prescription is going to be ready in about 15 min so I wait but it was one and a half hour more and never gave me my baby's prescription. My baby start crying so I left. They have my contact information and I still waiting for a phone call it was 3:20 pm when I got there. Very disappointed with the service I feel discriminated
