This location is awful. The young people they hire really need training in customer service. They don’t do what they promise and don’t have the medicine ready when they say it will be. It should not take 3 hours to fill a prescription and if they are that busy then hire more or better suited people. And they really don’t care if you get your order today or tomorrow. While I was there there was also another person there that came back because they gave him the wrong medication…that speaks for itself.

By far the WORST pharmacy! The “system” is ALWAYS down. Now they experienced a “cybor attack”! The jokes write themselves. They are illiterate, incompetent, ignorant, with THE worst attitudes. Coupons aren’t honored, online, express PAYMENTS aren’t honored. I was told to pay again, for a second time since their “systems are down”and I would be refunded in 5 to 6 business days. Consumer relations/claims couldn't believe what they have been telling their costumers!

I really feel like these people(Nichol) get paid extra to be rude. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve never said anything but today when my eye was killing me they caught me at the perfect time. Do better.these people just need their meds, they didn’t order an attitude to come with it… and yes obviously I’ll be using a different pharmacy

Price says 2pcs for 3 use. At checkout they said, that they didn't change price. And now it's 6 usd. Of course, my baby held it in his arms and I couldn't throw it in the face of seller. So I had to buy it. In Europe if price of tag and checkout price are not the same, store has to adjust price to lowest or even give it free. But not here

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREEN PHARMACY! , I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this Walgreen location. The pharmacy technicians are not professional they were arguing with each other and they are unorganized. I booked an appointment online for two vaccines and when I arrived on time, they took forever to put my information in the system even though I had an appointment and my information should be in the system, making me wait on the side assisting other costumers while filling in my information , which was unprofessional. After that, I payed the amount due and the pharmacy technician printed the proper papers for one of the vaccines and handed them to me. One of the vaccines I wanted was not in stock which was ok. I sat down waiting. A whole HOUR went by and they tell me that they DO NOT HAVE the second vaccine either !!!! They also told me that they only had one left and another lady who wanted the same vaccine checked in AFTER ME !! and they will give it to her because they said “her information was in the system before me.” They made me wait a second time while assisting people who were behind me before they refunded me. I felt very disrespected. This would have been avoided if they didn’t take forever to put in my information especially that the pharmacy technician told me that they had the vaccine.

I don’t normally leave reviews - usually only good ones for great service. This place was terrible, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessionalGenerally, going to a pharmacy is never a fun experience. But, interacting with the staff helps because they’ll be professional and try to assist you. However, at this Walgreens, at around 2:30-3:00 PM 10/29/2021, one of the pharmacy technicians treated my family with absolute disrespect and an incredibly rude attitude. We went to get our vaccines, and it was clear that this pharm-tech did not want us there, did not want to help us, did not like us, and was actively trying to get us to leave. I don’t know what her prejudice towards us was, or if she even had any prejudice at all - maybe she was just plain mean. But, this is not how you treat a person. This experience was very demeaning and distressing. We will certainly never be going to this Walgreens again, and we will definitely be telling all of our family and friends to avoid this location so that they do not get insulted like we did.I wish I could give negative stars. Seriously, just horrible.

The guys at the front are usually pretty nice and friendly. The store is cramped now that they moved everything around to put in the clinic. The pharmacy techs are super rude. The girl that was there on 9/14/21 around 10:30 am needs to understand that her attitude affects other people. If a supervisor sees this, please have a convo with her about this. I was there to get a COVID test, already not feeling great (duh) but the customer service could've been better. You're dealing with sick folks! Have some manners

This Walgreens made so many mistakes and wasted my entire day. They forgot to have me sign a document for my PCR test and then called me hours later to come back in and redo it because they forgot to have me sign something. Then when I came back in they would not take blue cross blue shield insurance which they always have taken. They could have told me that hours ago and I would have gone to CVS instead. It’s ridiculous to waste someone’s time and then they made me go home again because they couldn’t wait 2 minutes for me to call my insurance despite them taking 15 minutes to roll their drive through window down.

Of all the Walgreens in the area. This is the worst. Sadly they are very unorganized, the pharmacy staff is great when they are not arguing with each other. The front clerk has no filter at all. The store manager is rude and unprofessional and seems to only favor his female staff. This is one store corporate needs to look into.

Tiffany in the pharmacy was one of the rudest I met. I’ve done self-administered covid tests before, and I know how far it’s supposed to go. Tiffany wasn’t happy with how far I was going, told me “I can see you’re not doing it right. If you won’t cooperate I won’t submit your test and you’ll have to make another appointment.” Well, I waited 4 days to get this appointment, so I know I won’t get another one anytime soon. So, I tried to please her and shoved it farther up my nose. She got annoyed and told me that the test would come back negative because I wasn’t doing it right, and to just give back the swab. If this is how covid testing is being done at Walgreens, I won’t be trusting them anymore. I’d rather pay $200 at a clinic and have someone who’s trained to do covid tests, swab my nose.

These girls that work in the pharmacy are awesome I normally don't write reviews but I felt like I should comment on their amazing customer service skills. Hollis, Doris, and April really seem to love their job they are enthusiastic, very sweet and respectful. It really stood out to me that they took time to learn the names of their customers. I will from now on go tothat pharmacy and definitely tell all of my friends to go there as well. Customer service really is everything!

First off, slobs behind the counter in the pharmacy. They keep food and drinks back there with them. Second, manners. They lack them. I get better customer service at McDonalds. Third, they, specifically the pharmacist are liars. If you ask for a COVID the they say they cant do it, but while they tell you this, they are walking someone back to take a COVID test. You can have every symptom, but they will lie and turn you away. The clinic is useless, and it would be interesting to find out the background of whomever it is that runs the clinic. As it is, they turned a person away who had symptoms, and that person tested positive the same day as the visit and basically that person and their coworkers got a two week vacation due to this Walgreens laziness. Never had an issue with Walgreens, but this wall greens is subpar. Better to go to the one on NASA road 1.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel obligated to do so. I have been coming to this Walgreens for a little while now, and recently, a new lady named Marcia was hired and I honestly want to walk back out if I see her working. She is friendly, but she does nothing but comment on every single thing you are buying. She has commented on my appearance before or the clothes I am wearing and it's extremely annoying. There is nothing wrong with simply ringing up someone's purchases, telling them their total and moving on with the next customer. She does nothing but small talk and I've witnessed people in front of me look really irritated with her. From now on, I am going to just go to CVS.

It's not perfect but the staff do try, the pharmacy can be hit or miss but at least they send my medication to the correct location. I've had problems with an employee flirting with me but he has long since been terminated for other reasons . Bathroom is pretty well kept.

Help staff at the print area is useless and No one greets or talk to you. Four associates talk to themselves in Spanish and never asked if we can be helped? Also our print was ready 10 minutes and sitting there and we were standing waiting. These help is incompetent and not up to the Walgreens standards.

i chose this pharmacy over another because it had 5 stars. I have tried to obtain prescriptions for my husband and myself for 3 months now. Even though we are on auto refill and have been for over 1 year for the same drugs, I have had trouble with THIS location... every time. They don't have the drugs, they don't have a full 30 day supply, have to order it, insurance wont pay, they wont cover it all, they aren't here yet. They don't know how to file a coupon from the manufacturer. SO GLAD we are moving out of the area. I will never go back to this location again. No trouble at any other location ... even in other states.

Worst pharmacy ever! I got a message that my sons allergy meds were delayed yesterday. All day today no phone call from the pharmacy. So I call to find out what is going on because he now has NO meds left to take. The staff couldn't even tell which medicine I submitted for refill. Then they told me that his meds are on extreme back order from the manufacturer. I had to call them to find this information out. They didn't even try to find a solution. Their recommendation was to by the over the counter medicine with the same active ingredient. 😤

Christmas Eve and closing in 15 minutes. Their pharmacy went above and beyond to get my son's prescription filled when a different pharmacy would not. Fantastic customer service.

The medical clinic took hours to gst in just for a tb test. There was only 2 people before me. After the staff member (not sure of his title) saw 1 person he walked off and was gone for 20mins. After the next person he agqin disappeared on a break for a long while. They charge way more than the health clinjc and arent even worth it. Unless you have to have services over the weekend i would never recommend this option or location. Also when you call for hours and details the pharmacy at walgreens cant even give you the hours of operation
