This is by far the worst store I've been toEmployees gossiping about other employees and complaining. They don't mark OTC as FSA so using your FSA card here is basically useless. I will literally order from cvs before I ever step foot in this store again. The manager is so rude.

Large Walgreens with wide aisles. The front end is a bit cluttered. Merchandise presentation is good with few out of stocks.Prices are high at Walgreens, but they run good weekly sales. Many items are offered at a substantial discount. Most of the products I buy are sale items.I visited the store on a Wednesday afternoon. Staffing was minimal.

It’s so disgusting the customer service, I’m never see a girl be so rude I don’t want to go back anymore the prescription take like a 3 hours to be ready and it’s just 2 pills it’s so stressful and disrespectful 😡

I’m only at this location cuz the young lady at the dentist sent my medication 💊 to the wrong location. The techs ARE SLOW AF, and don’t know jack about customer service. The line is hella long and they’re moving like remedial turtles. I asked for a manager and they say”can you just have a seat please.” This location should be shut down!! Or get all new employees cuz these ones aren’t cuttin it. Nor do they seem to care to want to do better. I will be moving my complaint up the chain because this is beyond ridiculous!

4/11/22 I went in to pick up a medicine not covered by my secondary insurance. While trying to adjust the supply so I could afford it. The primary insurance rejected it. So the pharmacist looked up a medication covered by both my insurances and compatible to the other medication. There was none in stock so he called other pharmacies to make sure I did not go without a dose for tonight. He returned my call within 15 minutes. I have to say I am beyond grateful and impressed with his service going above and beyond with only my health in mind. I have been coming here for myself and my kids for years due to its proximity to my home. The service has been good. The staff polite and helpful. The longest delay has been waiting in line behind someone who like me was having serious issues with insurance. Today however it was my turn to be helped and they came through for me big time. As for the store itself the cashiers have always pleasantly greeted me and helped me find what I needed. I dont know their names but a lady with a short blondish haircut and a young man who wears glasses have excellent customer service skills. Very pleased i chose this pharmacy for my medication needs.

Lying and saying my medicine isn't available when it really is Alize is the worst. She will try to find ways not to give medicine in the pharmacy. Just wondering why they decide to work in this field because they do not like people it's weird

Is truly the worst service every time I call or pick up my prescription. Today I called to check on my prescription which they have had for a few days in process according to their app.. I spoke to a person by the name of Nancy Arellano, who at first tells me ''there no prescription in their system showing up for me'', I told her ''that's not right because I got the app notification the same day my Doctor office's had called it in, so I know for sure this Pharmacy receive the order''. Her tone in voice changed getting just plain rude and reposed by saying''Well your prescription not in, it's on back order''.I proceeded to speak to her in the same tone. ''So you are showing a prescription order for me''. Then I'm guessing her bipolar disorder kicked in and began to tell me that, ''I don't need to speak to her that way''. The last 2 minutes on the phone going back-and-forth of whom was rude first was completely childish and a waste of time. Bottom line getting any service or answers from any of the Walgreen's in Houston is like pulling teeth. I'm soo tired of dealing with the pharmacy staff. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to CVS or Kroger's.

I wish I could give this pharmacy location a negative 5 stars! Worst service slowest customer service and longest wait times inside store and especially drive thru!!! I do not know if it is a lack of support training or resources. I don’t seem to find this bad long service at other wal greens pharmacies but always this one! The Walgreens Executive Leadership team needs to sorted the need of this store location to support the people and the surrounding community it is trying and struggling to serve! Because it is truly struggling and the service that it is giving it’s customers is sub par at best!

Went into store earlier browsed for stuff I was looking for. While checking out there was a person that just walked out with merchandise in their hands and wasn’t even stopped. I thought I was living in Houston Tx not California. Needless to say this was an inside job because I saw an employee prior to the incident being the lookout for this “ law abiding citizen”. I’m concerned to return to this location because I don’t know who is there to work or there to help steal

Made appointment online for vaccines and printed the paperwork, went to the pharmacy and again they put all the information in the system, they ask again and again same questions.... after 1 hour they call us back to put vaccines, nobody was on line, they take foooorver to do the things, at least they are nice but very slow

This is the first time in a long time I have had a positive experience here. Not that the service I normally get is at all bad, I know the area isn’t an easy one to work in. I’m not one to complain. I wanted to make sure that I gave the young women that was helping me her props. She was awesome. Her name was Allizea H, I’m sure I spelled that wrong. She went above to help me and was kind about it. She didn’t seem annoyed to help me out. I just really appreciate this. I wanted her and her employers to know how wonderful she was. I was having a terrible day and her kindness made such a huge difference. I hope her hard work is noticed. Not that the others working in the pharmacy are rude or don’t try their best to be helpful. I was just lucky enough to see this young women who made my day a little better.

Now charge $399 per prescription to ship or more to ship not free eney more greedy heartless some people don't have transportation to pick up life saving meds why switching pharmacy don't recommend Walgreens greedy 💰💰💵💵Was the best pharmacy in East Houston Handel's and manages my prescriptions way better than old pharmacy CVS on Sheldon road goof offs charges $599 per prescription to send through the mail Walgreens don't charge if your insurance pays for med in full mailing to you free not for medcad discrimination against and will let you know by email or phone call if med need refill or problems with insurance or doctor getting prescription filed staff little slow sometimes because bissy or goofing off so can improve service i have had phone calls hung up on by lazy inployee most her hard workers store huge but like CVS 500%markup not talking about prescriptions better to come in the morning less bissy after noon getting very bissy exspeshaly after 5pm have two drive-thru unlike CVS on Sheldon road only one drive through this CVS best only choice for drive through Walgreens on woodforest don't have drive through i recommend this store

Sat 10-15 minutes at the pharmacy lane 2 while the pharmacist sat and discussed elections with a customer in lane 1… while 5-6 other cars was also waiting. Pressed the call button and it was ignored. Unbelievable. If you want to hold a conversation with a customer tell that customer to come inside or give them your phone number but to have SIX other cars waiting while y’all discuss politics is bullsht.UNPROFESSIONAL

They didn't put my cleaning cloths in the bag when i was checking out. I wasn't aware at the time of checking out but when i got in my car i checked and the item wasn't there. I went back to talk to the cashier about his mistake and to check if he had the item there but he said it wasn't and that there was nothing he could do. I checked everywhere and never found the item. Don't go to this store, they're thieves. Bad customer service.

Just left the pharmacy window on January 28th 2020 at 12:24 in the afternoon. As always they have rude and unfriendly workers working the pharmacy window. They have an attitude when you pull up like they do not want to be there and it's always like this. They need to retrain there associates on better customer service skills. I would not be coming here but it's the closest to my house I hate coming here every time going to have to make that extra drive to find a new pharmacist now I would rather drive a little further than to deal with these attitudes. It cost them nothing to be friendly!And inside theres a rude one named Naomi in photo center terrible business!!!

Not the best place for your Prescriptions, long wait. But if you need something quick like children's Tylenol they do have some or pampers. Makeup wise, they don't have a lot of stuff. Don't waste your time coming here for makeup, they dont have a wide selection, and it's always a mess.

Took prescription into store and gave them all appropriate information. I was told it would take an hour. I then asked if I could pick up item at drive through. My item, a box of glucose strips. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes only to be told that they could not process my order. On checking the next day (they had not followed through and called me as stated) I found out that the reason they could not process my prescription was due to a typical error. My name is two words, they left out the space.

I have a condition that is very painful and embarrassing when people see me go through an attack and it scares people. I call so everything can be ready when I get there and nobody ever answers. Ive sat on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes before with no answer. Another time I started calling 20 minutes before leaving texas city only to get all the way there to find nobody in line, 5 people behind the counter, one chick on the phone and stood at the counter for about 7 minutes before I was asked how they could help me. Was told they would have my refill ready in 4 hours. 4 hours later I go get my refill and its the wrong quantity. Was told it would be another 4 hours to get the other pill. Go back the next day after confirming that i was paying cash because my insurance wasnt covering it and when I got there they said they hadnt filled it yet because my insurance wasnt covering it yet. Wanted to flip the whole store over. Called later to make sure it was ready before I got there and no answer. Called all day, listening to crappy jazz on my bluetooth while I was working. No answer. I dont think in maybe 50 tries have I ever got anyone on the phone. Tried a different walgreens down the road on woodforest in channelview and guess what? Same service with one exception. I got someone on the phone once but they had no idea how to use the computer so it was pointless. Smh. Finding a new pharmacy. Good luck to y'all! lol!!!

Manager there is super nice ,I had gone to several Walgreens and usually they’re rude but the manager here was able to resolve my problem! She’s always in a good mood always pleasant to see her!

Disconnected twice. Once after being on hold for 45 minutes! I drive up there, no one in line, one person on phone for them to tell me I needed to call dr...which probably could have been done had I not waited an hour to talk to pharmacy. Place was trashy and guy and girl behind photo counter laying on each other. Not the place to shop.

Its a good place for a person on the go. There you will find most nessesary items like baby food, drinks, snacks, and medicine and even cosmetics and personal hygiene products. It can be a little pricey if you're trying to save money but you can always get money off on special deals and coupons.
