This location is my go to for photo processing. The last project I created was a birthday banner for a family member. It turned out so well, and added a special touch to our occasion. The 2X8 banner is a great value for the product, and it's something you can keep forever. Thank you Walgreens for exceeding my expectations!

This Walgreens is in a good location at the intersection of Maxey Road and Woodforest Boulevard.The store is clean with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks.I see several negative reviews for this store. Many times if a pharmacy cannot fill your prescription, the problem is with the insurance company and not the store.Walgreens prices are high, but they have a good weekly sale ad. Many items are offered at a substantial discount.

I have never really had much of an issue here but today’s phone call I had with the Pharmacist Roxana was Awesome!!! I loved her sweet soft voice she was very understanding and patient with me. She got all my information correct and she has outstanding customer service. I loved this phone call thank you for all the hard work you do especially during the times we are all facing today ! Words cannot express how grateful I am for the service I have received from the pharmacy. When I need help they have made extra efforts whether it requires contacting the Dr or Kroger pharmacy. I always seem to have problems on the weekend or closing time. Most pharmacies would not have even attempted to help resolve a problem near closing time on Sunday. This pharmacy staff got done what I didn't think was possible . THANK YOU

I went here today to buy some cosmetics and my vitamins. The cashier refused to check me out because I did not have my mask over my nose. I have a medical condition that prevents me from covering my whole face. I informed her that she had a mask on, a huge plastic shield between us, I was 6ft away from her and I had it covering my mouth. But yet she refused to check me out. I have never been treated this way by a cashier before. I truly believe I was discriminated against due to my health condition. She was extremely rude not only to me but the lady in front of me. I hope the manager retrains her on the laws of physical and mental discrimination and how to treat customers better. And this is after the governor of Houston totally opens up the town.

Worst pharmacy ever, they need to train their people to have better customer service skills and be quick. Not everyone has all day long to be sitting in the drive thru to pick up their medication, and deal with rude pharmacists who don’t care about the customers. They have zero consideration of you being sick needing your meds. Don’t come here to fill up prescriptions. You will be there forever. This Walgreens needs new management ASAP. No coming back ever again.

This is not only a horrible pharmacy, it is an unsanitary place. They have sick and inform people coming in here for their meds and can’t even provide a public restroom. How is this place still open?

My husband went into this store looking for some wireless ear buds , and the manager helped us look for them . Turns out they don’t sell them anymore the manager asked us to sit tight went to his car and came back with the ear buds he purchased before they where discontinued and just GAVE them to my husband !! He is always so nice when we come ! that’s what i call going above and beyond

This company as a whole, including, and exemplified by this very location, is going the completely wrong direction when it comes to gaining, or even retaining, market share. Customer service has gone to poop, and the continuous process of trimming away the store hours, with the only reason being "maximizing shareholder value", because they are posting record net profits, year after year. They needn't cut costs in such a manner, and by trimming away the hours when Walgreens used to be open while the other stores are all closed, does their base a huge disservice. The aforementioned eliminates what differentiated Walgreens from other, similar and dissimilar retail establishments. Always open and available was their draw, the primary reason their loyal customers could justify paying such ridiculously high prices for products they could get elsewhere. And the customer satisfaction oriented customer service policy, now sharply rewritten along the following lines, "The customer is always wrong, most of the time", will only serve to guarantee the trajectory set by the above-mentioned, short-sighted, profit now/future be damned, policies, is permanent and will seal the company's fate, and ignominious demise.

I went in Walgreens tonight to pick up a picture 8X10 as I waked in I asked if I could get assistance at the photo. Since there was two people a girl and the manager I believe he was. The black guy/manager was very disrespectful from the start. Well long story short. I walked to the candy section with my photo he then fallowed me to snach the picture out of my hands and say I’ll take the picture to the counter so we make sure you pay for it. In my head that was very rude of him. I’ve gone in several times and walked around the Walgreens with the photo and graves other stuff then pay all at the end. So as I walk up to the counter I ask the girl if I can purchase the candy and my 8X10 photo. She says what photo I said the 8X10 photo that the manager brought up here. She was like NO your lying I said NO why would I lie... She then told me that she scanned it and some lady walked off with my daughters picture. All because the stupid manager took my picture and put it on the counter. NEVER GOING TO THIS WAGREENS AGAIN.

I have lived on this side of Houston for about 2 years and this has been the main Walgreens I go to. I totally understand people have their days we all have. I have been in this Walgreens sooooo many times and all hours to pick up meds or photo, makeup or simply something to drink and have almost always had a great experience the only time it was bad is when the line is long but then I hear them call I C 3 and noticed help comes. I have to say Kevin Williams has always been so friendly and helpful. Everyone has but today was extra. I was a little short on my purchase and embarrassed but Mr Williams pitched in the rest letting me know it's ok and that I didn't have to put anything back. I am so thankful he didn't mind at all. Thank you so much again Mr. Williams for your sweet kindness. Loyal customer

The pharmacy was a great help very customer friendly. So no complaint to them great team keep it up.I did have an issue being followed by the (male) manager lol like just ask and stop stalking even followed me out of the store and when I asked if i could help him (since it was so obvious he must of beleaved I stole something or why else would he follow me smh) he was so offended lol he could of answered me with respect instead of grinding his teeth with attitude I didn't ask him with attitude I wanted to know if he needed to ask me something or why he was following me smh rude ass man. Make sure you know for sure if someone is stealing if your going to follow them all the way out the store go check them cameras or if not then help your employee welcome US customers and assist.

This was my first time to get my medicine here it be the last. I pulled up in the drive through. And the guy started to ring my medicine up and lady walked in and he left to go talk to her. Had to repeat myself 3 times. They asked me the same question 3 times.

I spent 20 minutes waiting to buy a pregnancy test and asked for help from the customer service if name is Jeff and what he did was to treat me arrogantly and I had to wait as if what they were going to take, they will give it to me I do not recommend this pharmacy at all if they can go to a CVS there are more professionalsEspañol:Esta es la peor farmacia que e ido estuve 20 minutos para que me atendieran cuando pedí ayuda en de costumer service su nombre creo que es Jeff su trato fue arrogante y poco profesional les recomiendo que no visiten esta farmacia cambien a CVS son más profesionales es mi opinión personal

The pharmacy drive thru is horriable!! They take forever . It should only take 3 minutes max! You drop off or pick up and pay!! You guys need to handle your business and get people in and out!! Some people are sick and need to be in and out quick.
