I would have gave 5 stars but after the photo area employee was courteous and friendly towards me even giving me a passport application right afterwards told my disabled brother he couldn't get one which I'm sure is viewable on their own security system. This was on 11/16/2023 about noon. Store was clean and all employees except the one were friendly and courteous. To treat my disabled brother like he wasn't worth the same courtesy I was is kind of appalling.

Josiah is the only reason that I’m giving this store 5 STARS! Amazing customer service & he went above & beyond! Really made my night! Sometimes all we need is patience, empathy, and kindness & he had all 3! Hope that he goes on to be a manager of some sort.. That's the type of person that belongs in management ✨

First thing, the front end employees are great. They always speak once entering the store, even once you have checked out. Second thing the photo booth employees are rude, seems to be always busy when help is needed. Third thing the employees in the pharmacy are terrible, ugh! The techs can never get your information right in the system, less as long as they can even find your information without asking numerous times the same questions. These techs never ask for your Walgreens store card , and are rude when you ask them if you can enter it. It has been over three times the techs have just cleared out the screen while I am putting it in the key pad. Smh! This Walgreens location only received three stars from me because of the front end store employees, otherwise it would have been a one star.

I always come for my prescriptions,The new techs I have never seen before until recently are rude . I believe the girls name was brook i had 2 encounters with her and both were horrible customer care training is needed. I’ve been going here for years and never had an issue until recently. Will be changing pharmacies because this new employee is rude and not helpful at all.

I had an issue with being charged more than the receipt showed. They charged me for an item and cash back but absolutely refused to give me the cash back that I paid for. Instead the manager (Utah) implied that my card was hacked or that it was my banks issue. On top of that they even opted to call the police on me (a black man) instead of work out a resolution. I will never ever go back to this store and I recommend anyone to stay away especially people of color.

It takes a really long time to get your prescription filled and the techs have no sympathy. I came there very sick, and had to go back-and-forth because of a problem on my doctors end but after confirming with my doctor that my prescription should be ready in about an hour, I went back at the designated time and was told that they didn’t have a prescription for me, then, after digging a little bit she said they did have a prescription for me, but they hadn’t written it up yet. And that it would take a really long time to actually be ready. I was already waiting for a long time to get my prescription because the line moves very slow there. I brought up water and juice and had held it the whole time in line while sweating bullets and feeling like I was going to pass out. And when she told me that she couldn’t have the prescription ready, I asked her if I could just pay for the juice and water, to which she told me, can you please take it to the front because there’s a lot of people waiting… But I had been waiting for a really long time, obviously sick and being sent away and told that the prescription would not be ready anytime soon. I left feeling miserable and exhausted and on the drive home I Got a text that my prescription was ready… absolutely horrible customer service.

Normally pretty bad service but I still come here on occasion because it is convenient. Today was literally impossible. I just popped in for a few first aid supplies. Found what I wanted and tried to check out. There were 5-6 employees in the store and 2-3 customers. No one at the cashier. I tried to get someone to come check me out and had no luck. Just some confused people wandering around in a daze. Strangest thing. No one would speak to me or make eye contact. Maybe there was a robbery in progress that I didn't know about? I will check the news. In the meantime, maybe try another place.

I wish I cold be reviewing the general staff because they are very nice. Let me start by stating this in my neighborhood store and I visited it almost 4 days a week for 3 years. However, we had a serious issue with the pharmacy and filing life saving medication prescriptions for my child. The pharmacists here tried to fill one of my daughter's prescriptions incorrectly. We ended up filling it with another pharmacy after contacting our insurance and confirming that Walgreens could, in fact, fill the prescription. I filed a complaint with Walgreens and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Jaimol, the pharmacist, contacted me afterwards to tell me I was wrong and talk over me without ever asking what the issue was. She should not be in forward facing position that contacts customers. She is REALLY BAD AT IT. She managed to make me so upset I have now moved pharmacies and have not gone back since. I hope the pharmacy board fines them for their incompetence in dealing with prescriptions. What kind of professional contacts a customer to tell them off without even asking what the issue was? Please fire her. She's a walking lawsuit waiting to happen. Do not fill kid's prescriptions here. They don't know how to do it as confirmed by my insurance provider.

I haven't used this pharmacy in over ten years, and I don't remeber it being particularly bad, for a Walgreen's.But the people up front are all very nice, helpful, and have pleasant attitudes.No easy feat, given the amount of abuse the public wages on them.I hadn't been here in years, till today, and I don't live in the area anymore, but I must tell you I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism.

ERICA is extremely helpful. There was an issue with my film photos being developed. She remain calm, did not give any sort of attitude, and was very professional. I was extremely pleased with how the situation was handled. I have lived in the area and have been coming to this Walgreens for years. I have never really had any great experiences or super bad experiences, it was just a normal Walgreens! But,, I feel like this was worth mentioning. Thank you, ERICA!

2 separate visits, 2 different associates, -we walk in and they're having lunch right at the register. Are yall not giving them lunch ? Of course this is after we wait a while to pick up some photos. Another associate seemed bothered that I asked for help. Couldn't even check me out at the photo booth, so at this point I'm just hoping the girl upfront is done with her snack.

The worst customer service experience ever. I had to return some items that I purchased two hours earlier. I had the receipt, was told to go the photo counter and the manager will help me. I get to the counter and I literally can reach out and touch the Shift Lead Ericka Thorton , this lady had me waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes until I said is any one going to help me. Her response was you were on your phone. It does not matter if I was on the phone or not as a paying customer you should have acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter. I saw you and she saw me, and I was not on my phone. I think ERICKA THORTON needs to take a Fred Pryor seminars on Customer Service, not only did she speak to me in an unprofessional matter her appearance was unprofessional. Working in a public environment your appearance needs to speak volume. Her vest was to small and her stomach was hanging out her shirt. I don't know if that's how Walgreens allow their employees to dress and represent their company. She was not in I am pretty sure Walgreens dress code. Let me not forget, she followed me out the store. I am not a thief, I had my receipt and it was only $8. For $8 I was talked to as if I was in the wrong, The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for about 5 years now. I’ve always had excellent customer service at the pharmacy and at the front register. The only issues I’ve ever encountered at the pharmacy are with my insurance. And every time, the staff has been super patient and willing to help sort through it.

As I checked out with my merchandise I wanted to receive cash back with my purchase. While talking to the clerk I indicated on the scanner during check that I needed cash back and forgot to get the cash before walking out. Realizing what had happened 10 minutes later I returned and explained I forgot to receive my cash, so the manager patiently sorted the situation out

First and foremost, I’ve shopped at this location for many years. I’ve seen the turnover rate with employees... Now in between the distance of my home to the store is about 5 miles I live in galleria area but always choose this particular location, its near a sports bar that I frequent. I will say for the most part, the store is ok for the urban demographic.I am a retired UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 AIR FORCE VET and a new OPTIMISTIC reviewer. I chose to review this locationSo for the past few fridays I’ve been going in to store a little after 8pm I’ve noticed that the Hispanic cashier towards the front does not greet ALL customers and is not very friendly to ALL customers. To me isn’t truly important as long as1. the sale is made2. The cashier says what the total of the order is..which he did do, but lack of CS does take a lot away from the experience. Carrying on, His name tag was not visible so I asked him his name which he told me without hestitation and turned it around. For that I will not include his name.(ro) He also didn’t ask me for my card number as a matter of fact, he said nothing and it’s his third time within a month. Possibly because a lack of quality customer service or I will even say a language barrier but in that case I blame the company or maybe it was racial profiling which I would be so disappointed if it was the case.I do feel that this location is no longer for me and I will tell everyone I know of color to avoid this location.in conclusion the store was clean but would probably be better ran by 🤖 robotsDonald’s“Security scan cosmetics please”

This is the worst walgreens I've ever been to. 3 hours on average to get prescriptions filled. Pharmacist speaks English as a second language and hasn't understood simple medication and immunization questions on more than one occasion. If they say Rx will be ready in an hour in a half expect it to be at least 3.

This place needs to close down the pharmacy literally they never have any of the medicine that is prescribed to the customers even if the doctors send in orders they don’t have it and refuse to Help you find it instead they tell you that the customer has to find it really nahh they wrong for that also it takes them 20-30 minutes to tell you that they don’t have the medicine … don’t come to this pharmacy because it’s a waste of time

This is the slowest, most poorly managed pharmacy I’ve ever seen. My prescription has been ready for 45 minutes. There’s no one else around, and yet I’m still waiting. I’d do Amazon pharmacy before I ever come here again.

This is the WORST Walgreens in Houston, TX. There are four to five workers in the pharmacy and it takes them 1 hr to 2hrs to give you your meds. It a shame that it takes that long!

Store hours say 8am - 10am, waited 30 mins and at 8:30 they still hadn't opened. No sign of anyone. Older people sitting in cars waiting, I'm assuming to fill or pick up prescriptions and it's a ghost town. SMH Then they arrive at 8:35 slow poking and go in and still lock waiting customers out!!!😠
