Michael Bailey is the manager in the location! Always so helpful! His personality is so fire! 🔥 everytime I come to this location he always helps customers with no attitude. Always over explains and is so patient! Those are the type of mangers you want in position! I’m telling you, because I coupon and sometimes things aren’t correct or I’ve misread human error stuff, and he always maintains his composure! Keep staff like this around and you’ll continue to have customers like myself! We all work hard for our money and we all want the best bang for our bucks! Thank you Michael for your hard working! You are valued by us the customers!!!

Pharmacy is terrible! My doctors office had to call in my prescription twice because the people here claimed they didn’t get it the first time. Then once it was finally ready I arrived to pick it up. The lady rang me up and didn’t even ask if I wanted to use insurance. After I realized she charged me as a self-pay patient I requested a refund and for her to run it under my insurance. After my refund was processed the lady then told me that they didn’t take my insurance. I ended up leaving paying out of pocket for my prescription. I have BCBS insurance and I know for a fact Walgreens takes it. All of my other family members use it with no problems at others locations. The staff here seem to be lazy and obviously don’t know what their talking about. Do better!

I wish I could put 0 stars, the pharmacy team is the WORST I have ever seen. I got married and I changed my last name, they could NEVER figure out why my medication was under a different last name. I have called, I even went to the store to explain with my insurance card and my new DL with my new last name many many many times. Last night I went to talk to someone to get my meds because it is not possible to order my meds in their app because I have a different last name. The person who talked to me said that my meds were going to be ready in 1 hour. When I came back my medicine was not ready. They told me that my meds were going to be ready the next day at 12pm, today I went to get them at 3pm ….guess what??? They were not ready, when I told the person that I have been there the night before to fill the prescription, she told me last night’s pharmacist was from a different pharmacy and did not know anything!!! Don’t waste your time … it is very frustrating!!!!

The pharmacy team either need’s customer service training to adjust that attitude over there or just throw the whole team away. This was just me experience over the phone. Will see if they are just as rude in person as they are over the phone. The rating is only due to them having what I need in stock and they answered the phone in a decent amount of time.

JAZMINE!, a girl with a REALLY BAD ATTITUDE I used to pick my medical prescription at HEB PHARMACY or at CVS, commonly, the people that be in DIRECT CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS, must be NICE, KINDY, or, at least, EDUCATED, as they are in any CVS and HEB PHARMACY, but, I saw a really good deal 3 months ago in a WALGREEN, and I tried it, MY BAD!!!, I came to pick up my insulin, and a was attended by a girl named JAZMINE; She was Harsh and hateful, short-tempered, moody and rough; Well, everybody could got a bad day", but, I came again today, SAME GIRL, SAME ATTITUDE!!!, I asked for the manager, and did a complaint, IF YOU CANNOT BE NICE WITH PEOPLE, JUST, DONT WORK IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS, is it so hard to understand???, please, "manager", do something about that, it was a real BAD EXPERIENCE, the big majority of people mistreated, just go away to never come back, without say anything, you must to give value to the few amount of people that write or tell to you, what is going wrong, to let you correct the issues.

The pharmacist has a bad attitude and is on a power trip. She refused to fill my prescription after surgery. The hospital sent everything over properly, and she is being problematic for no reason other than to be mean. I will definitely be speaking with my lawyer after her actions.

There has been two occasions where a pharmacist named Wendy has told me my prescription insulin they order me is to be given on a first come first serve basis. If I am expecting to pickup insulin and it is not there I can die. My prescription is ultra rapid and will have to be reordered each time it is given away to a different person. I am posting anonymously and hope management fixes this. It is not ok to give away personal prescriptions to other patients than who it is ordered for especially when they are life dependent on the medicine.

If I could give no star I would. There was a family coughing and no masks. I asked the cashier ( who was wearing two surgical masks and plastic gloves) if I could sanitize the area they had touched ie card reader and teller just stared at me. i said i would sanitize with my own wipes if not. She then told me to move back and she sprayed some non labeled chemical (which is against OSHA policies to have a non labeled chemical) then said there you go. She didn't wipe the area or anything. This is disappointing considering she was protecting herself only with these gloves and actually transmitting more germs than washing her hands or sanitizing between customers. Also this is a pharmacy!! I would think the employees would be a better example to the public. I also couldn't tell you the name of the employee due to her having her name covered.

Visiting from Tennessee, came in expecting great southern customer service as I have found in most southern towns and cities I’ve visited and the other farther Walgreens here in Houston but in this store, the pharmacy was closed on a Saturday at 5pm. It’s a PHARMACY......it’s SATURDAY.....it’s 5pm! I had a couple of other things to get and ......The only person who acknowledged my presence was the elderly lady who was stocking while the elderly male employee just kept walking right past me, knowing I was checking out. Someone mentioned a Ms. Buck, in another review, at the regional office, she might need to know that this particular store’s employees do not care for their customers

The pharmacy staff needs serious training. A major mistake was almost made regarding my prescription and it was only because I did the necessary steps to get it fixed was it actually avoided. There was no sense of accountability, a complete lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of medications and dosage. I honestly can’t believe the guy who I dealt with is a pharm tech. Really scary stuff.

You would think that a manager would know the law before quoting it. Every time I go in to purchase cigarettes I am given a hard time. Waiting for my new driver's license I presented my one that just barely expired. If the manager would have scanned my driver's license it would have come up valid. I am not ignorant and am tired of some of the employees treating me like I am.

I mean... it’s overall a clean and nice pharmacy and store but the elderly employees make it annoying to check out. They never understand what I ask them to do or what not to do.One asked me did I want to donate I told him I’ll donate $6. Why almost an extra $12 of donation money was put on my final balance.Hiring more younger employees might help your store out.

Needed to print passport pictures taken by my husband, Ms. Claudia the night shift manager refused to help my to print the size needed saying that the picture has to be taken there only and they don't print the passport size. She had a horrible attitude and was completely unprofessional, left me without even saying execuse me!! She needs more training on professional Customer Service. I will go to CVS from now on.

I was VERY disappointed by this location and it was only because the woman that was behind the counter first had me wait while she spoke to the customer she already finished checking out. Then she couldn't get the price on one of my items and when I tried to tell her where I got it she ignored me and took her time going to look elsewhere. I get my receipts on-line to not waste paper and when I was asked to take the survey I clicked the link but it said I had already done it when I had not. I will NOT be returning to that location to waste my time and money on rude employees, I work in customer service and that woman has selective customer service.

I ordered pictures for my daughters birthday party and when I went to pick them up the idiot at the photo center said he couldn’t sell me MY pictures because they were professionally taken. I spent a good 5 minutes telling him I’m the one that took them and they were not done by a professional and he still refused to sell them to me. I showed him to pictures on my phone and even showed him a selfie I took with my daughter from the same time and day and he still said they were taken by someone else. He had a horrible attitude and was completely unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager but then Mr.Avila (the actual manager) walked up and helped me get my pictures since THEY WERE TAKEN BY ME. This assistant manager needs to be fired. I have always gone to this Walgreens but now that he is working there I will go to CVS from now on.

First of all 2 of the female pharmaceutical ladies couldn't help my husband with tampons and pads. They told him they have no idea what the difference is. Please check your pharmaceutical help before hiring. How can you expect them to handle pills if they can't even help my husband pick pick out tampons. Then the regular staff refused to come help him in the feminine products. Very unprofessional. By the way they don't close at 10 they close at 11. Wouldn't even let us through the door at 9:56 and it clearly says on the website and door closes at 11.

The pharmacy here is the worst. If I could rate it 0 zero stars, I would. My cat is diabetic. His medicine is $300 a bottle and we have to give him a shot twice a day. Which means we spend a lot of money there and we go through syringes on a daily basis. Every single time we have to get syringes. We call them in. They say we don’t need to call them in. They always have them. Then when we go pick them up. They don’t have them, then they ask why didn’t we call them in? Then they give us a pack of 10 which doesn’t even last a week, and they say, “come in tomorrow, and we will have a full pack.” So we do go the next day, and they don’t have them, and they are confused why we are upset. This has been going on for 3 years. Today was the last straw with them. We are going to a different pharmacy. I would rather drive farther, than go somewhere that can’t do what they say they are going to do.

I called the pharmacy this morning and the automated service told me they did not have prescription. I then called the doctor to confirm he called in the prescription, which he did confirm. I called the pharmacy back to speak with the pharmacy over the phone. They kept putting me on hold for about 20 minutes and then they finally hung up on me. Terrible service!

If you receive a particular time to pick up your prescription, do not show up even one minute prior and maybe not even 15 after the specified time. I arrived 12 minutes early and was told I had to wait 5 or 10 minutes. There was no long line or anyone else present! So, I recommend waiting until the next day because they aren't in the courtesy business or the prompt business or the get-stuff-done-ahead-of-time business. They are only in the pharmacy business and that's that.

I scheduled a PCR test online. Arrived early and waited an hour in the drive thru line to be told they don’t have anymore test. I did not receive any cancellation emails or a phone call. Wasted an hour of my life.

The rest of the store I would give 5 stars to. However the Vietnamese guy Don Nguyen at the pharmacy is absolutely horrible and needs to be fired.I told him a few days ago that I was diagnosed with celiac disease and had low iron on my latest blood test and needed to find a gluten free iron supplement. He proceeded to tell me that "All" iron supplements used gluten as a binding agent and Walgreens didn't have any without it and I wasn't going to find one anywhere. I told him that taking gluten could cause me to get cancer and if Walgreens didn't carry one I couldn't buy anything. He obviously didn't care and said "ok then".I went to look myself and after about 30 minutes of reading labels I did find one labeled "no gluten." So he was wrong and just didn't care enough to help me.Today I went in and asked the ladies at the pharmacy if they could update my file to show that I am a celiac and that medications called in for me need to be checked to see if they have gluten before they are filled. Unfortunately they called over the same guy as before and he proceeded to tell me that gluten is "unavoidable" and they can't check for that. He even tried to correct me on my pronunciation of celiac. I reminded him that if I take a medication with gluten I am putting myself at risk for cancer. He didn't care and made that obvious. I let him know I was taking my business to another pharmacy that will take care of me.

IC3 IN THE PHARMACY!!!! The Pharmacy is constantly backed up inside and outside the store, and the store employees and managers do not go help at all. Keep up he crappy work and people will be calling Ms. Buck at district to speak to her specifically about this store.

Poor service. The manager sent us to the store where we purchased an item for a refund. Apparently they couldn't read the receipt. Sad thing was the manager at the other store was able to read the receipt. Lazy store manager.
