I rarely visit this location when I'm in town. When I do it's to use the FedEx drop off services.In regards to those services, you have to wait for someone to come to the area. I don't expect anyone to be there standing and waiting (that would be ridiculous). I do expect someone to show up within three minutes once the alert has been sent.Other than that the prices are decent.

Do not choose to substitute an item while purchasing online because they will give you whatever they want. I had to do a refund because I couldn't swap it out anymore with another similar item. I had clipped a coupon and lost it after doing the refund. Had to pay full price. By the way, the cashier had some kind of attitude. I will not be coming back here again. There is another Walgreens a few minutes away.

The customer service for the pharmacy is horrible the lady was beyond rude, normally I don’t write reviews but I work with patients daily and it’s horrible that when they are prescribed medication that’s the type customer service they have to deal with. If you don’t like your job simply find something that best fits your needs

On 4/22/2023 during the times of 9:55p.m.-10:15p.m where manager at the time of shift manager almost fought with a customer and just really put a bad name on this walgreens, this use to be my go to store but what was supposed to be a quick purchase turned into me breaking up and preventing a physical fight between a customer and manager. This is definitely not the field of business manager needs to be working in if she can’t handle customers like this better than what was handled. I literally was very shaken up(literally shaking) from the experience and left the store in shock, numbness, disappointment, and disbelief. Definitely need a better staff and better management.

The WORST Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. on 10/21/22 i dropped of a prescription at 3:06pm. I was told to come back at 5:30pm. I came back at exactly 6:27pm. I waiting in a long line outside. When I got to the window it was 6:55pm. The lady in the window, that took my prescription. stated there was nothing here for me. I told her I handed everything to you. Check again. She goes to the counter, grabs the prescription (it was never filled), and told me to circle around and wait for them to fill it... I couldn't believe she told me 2 hours. i gave them 3 hours, and it was never worked on. She wanted me to get out of line and wait again... O and they only filled half my prescription, never notified me that they were giving me a partial. I found that out when I got home.Only for me to call for the 2nd half to be filled today. Its been 4 hours and its still not filled. I will never return to Walgreens. I will now fill all my prescriptions at Walmart.

Worst walgreens experience ever. I use walgreens for photo pick-up. First time in this store, says my order is for the same day, but picked it up the next day. When I came, it was printed in a wrong material. Told me to come back after 30 mins. When I came back, it was printed correctly but not gift wrapped as I have ordered. The staff already saw me waiting but no one came to assist.

I actually had this complaint made online the day of when it happened which was 9/3, accidentally had the wrong walgreens selected at first but the issue happened here. Hopefully it gets addressed.‐-----------------‐------------------------------9/3I left an hour ago and was dropping off a script. I waited in line behind 3 people , 1 person with a drop off , the other person was picking up, and 1 person had questions about her meds. Both customers that she helped were handled very well BY HER , as she got their information and thanked them. I'm within ear reach, just checking my phone as I wait being patient. When she gets to me she asked was I dropping off, I said yes , she takes my paper and walks off. No information of mine was asked, no courtesy gesture of wait time, just plain rude in my opinion. I asked the young man where did she go otherwise how would I be notified for pick up? When I saw her again she asked have I dropped/picked up before I said yes. But mind you I'm not on any maintenance meds this was a one time pick up prescribed by my dentist which was a mouthwash. She tells me I'll double check in the system and laughs a bit like it was no big deal yet come to find out the phone number wasn't even correct and she didn't apologize not once. At that point I was very irritated, I gave her my correct number and she let me know I will get a text.. Thats it...She was rude to me for no reason but yet nice to the others . And to be honest I was going to let this go but the more I thought about it , I got more upset because of how I was treated vs the other customers. Not cool.. I know her name began with an A maybe Antica I believe, not sure but she had dreads with blue tips in her hair and wearing glasses that I do know.

This is a review for the pharmacy. My husband has Medication for ADHD and got his prescription sent here. The 1st time he picked up no problem about $30 for a month's worth of adderall with his discount. Next month he goes and his prescription is canceled no explanation no phone call no reason at all.He ended up having to go up there and they couldn't tell him anything, They told him they could do the prescription in about 30 minutes. So we wait, and when they call him up the lady is trying to charge him $75... I explained to her that he usually only pays about $30, She tells me some lame excuses why it's $75 even with his insurance and discounts. She says that the medication he needs is not available so they're going with a different type, That makes sense but the fact that she asked us to wait for 30 minutes and they didn't even have the right medication and she knew from the beginning and that it would be a Significant amount more didn't occur to her to communicate that to us. She tells us she can't send our prescription to anywhere else because she already accepted it or whatever so now my husband had to wait a good 2 weeks to get ahold of his doctorTo get a new prescription sent to Walmart. Walmart was fabulous about it and was even cheaper at only $20. Also the 1st time they filled his prescription it took Almost a week for them to get the medication ready... It just seemed like it was problem after issue, we should've just went to Walmart to begin with.

Terrible customer service. Excessive wait times to speak to pharmacy staff. As a medical provider there is no way to effectively, quickly talk with pharmacy staff for prescription issues or concerns. Totally unacceptable in the medical field. Recommend that my patients find other pharmacies outside of Walgreens to use.

This walgreens is so trashy. They have homeless people leaving trash all in the bushes and at the side entrance to the store. Reported it to the new manager and he's useless. Pretended to act as tho he was going to take care of it but days later the trash is still there. He was so nonchalant i should have know. I am writing the corporate office.This is probably one of the reasons they only have 2 stars. Don't deserve that.

Horrible service. Came in for my flu shot and they told me I did not have age eligibility and to call my insurance. I called my insurance and they confirmed that I was covered at no cost to get my flu shot. I waited an hour and a half going back and forth with them and they did not care or do much of an effort. I went to another location and had no problem getting my flu shot. Just lazy people not wanting to work.

DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! waste your time on this pharmacy... They will make you wait... A long time!!!!! And they will charge you for the prescription FULL PRICE....even if you have insurance.... They act as if the insurance won't cover it but I went inside and waited for over and hour and the guy acted as if he didn't know the insurance covered the prescription..... This is the 5th time they do this.... They are insane.

Pharmacy waited 5 hrs to tell me my medicine “Did not exist “. .My dr sent over the prescription at 11am and instead of telling me upfront what the issue was , they just kept saying “ Be ready in 10min “ Coming to find out they didn’t have nothing ready . I called around to the other pharmacy’s around the area and they all knew exactly what i was talking about . .

I really wish I could give NO STARS. This Walgreens has THE WORST customer service. I waited at the photo center for 15 minutes for someone to come. As soon as someone passed by, he looked at me and just walked away. I had to raise my voice for him to hear me while he was walking away. He turned back and while walking and said “okay”. What kind of service is that? I am a customer. When someone finally came to help me the lady didn’t greet me. She just rudely asked what my last name was. And when I told her, it seem like she couldn’t find it. She rudely told me, “I don’t see it, did you really order it today, because it’s not here.” I pulled up the order on my phone to show her, she snatched, SNATCHED MY PHONE out of my hand and took it with her to search it up. You could’ve kindly asked to see my phone OR since it’s MY PROPERTY, KINDLY wrote it down yourself. She was lucky I was trying to be nice. I really wanted my pictures. If you hate your job so much, leave it. Or if the manager of Walgreens reads this, have your employees take an etiquette class to have better service.

I wish I could give ZERO stars because this is the worst pharmacy and my worst experience. I used to go to CVS across the street for about 20 years and amazing service but insurance changed so I had to go to Walgreens. Over the two years my prescriptions were never ready. I'm transfereing my prescriptions. HORRIBLE experience.

Fast, efficient and courteous. Easily got prescription transferred from pharmacy 200 miles away with their help. No difficulty on my end. Transfer completed by the time I walked out of store and got into my car. All I had to do was hit the drive through and I had my medications. Effortless transaction.

My mother went to pickup Medicine from this pharmacy's drive thru after dropping off the prescription 2 hours earlier. At the time she decided to pick it up, the pharmacy technician, who can be described as a Hispanic male was working the shift (at or around 8pm March 12) proceeded to give her incorrect information concerning the prescription that she was waiting for. As she tried to explain he began laughing at her this is all after a 30 minute wait. She eventually ended up parking the car and going inside to get the medicine. This is in complete contrast to the service that I had received a few days earlier from Beatriz R which was very good. I would hope that management would address this situation as a grievance with the board may be in order

If i could give zero stars I would.I took my 1 year old to doctor next door and got his meds sent her for ear infection and flu. So they tell me they are working on it to give them 20 minutes, them knowing I have a crying baby in the car. I came back at 9 waited for 10 minutes for them to tell me that they could not find his medication. What kind if service is this, specially when its a baby who needs the medicine. Worst service ever.

Consistently awful pharmacy. If you call, you will be on hold for at least 30 minutes. If you drop off a prescription, there's a 50% chance it'll be actually filled in the time they state it will be filled, otherwise you have to go back and they'll admit it is not filled yet. There is one technician who is great, but he's just overwhelmed with the constant volume and bad management of the pharmacy.

I really dont like to complain but the first I checked with them to see if they had my daughter needles in stock. They were out and that's all they said didnt offer a solution so I went to other Walgreens, CBS and walmart but they didnt carry the correct gauge. So I call back to my Walgreen's I was told they were still our and the vendor hadn't sent them anymore. Still no suggestions this is my second week so I called my daughter's doctor's office and informed them I buy the needles by the package and i ran out and the Walgreens hasn't had any in stock for two weeks. This is a message i left that evening the nurse called said she called Walgreens and she said they will order them they needed a prescription. All someone at walgreens had to was tell me that 2 freaking weeks ago. Yes in two days when the needles come in I'm tell them about their poor customer service.

Walgreens is located off of West Orem and South Post oak across the street from CVS Walgreens is nice and friendly family environment place where you can go through the door and you don't have to wait in line long and go shop bras look around see what you need if you need medicine the medicine is in the back by the pharmacist if you need water paper towels accessories they'll be in the front by the photo shoot on two hours whole food and drinks it's in the cooling box on the last hour but it's a nice place to go get all the things that you need from medicine Tylenol milk cookies chips accessories and other things birthday cards soda perfume cologne etc etc things for your phone radios and cars picture department when you need picture develop the staff is friendly kind and lovable they help you are in any kind of way and take care of you.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world they don't transfer your prescription and when they can reach the place they are transferring from they say hell with you. The worker Diana is so rude, this pharmacy has some unprofessional uncaring worker's. The don't care if it's life or death sorry as pharmacy I can't believe them.
