The entire personnel is outstanding, they assist you, they are always ready to serve you, and they have a be positive attitude.Same for the pharmacy staff, they have empathy which is an attribute they possess, and I appreciate.However, the waiting area in front of the pharmacy is completely and absolutely a disgrace. The floor, the chairs, the door and the plaque on the floor is full of dirt, the wall separating the filthy counter has disgusting stains. The displays are full of filth. There is no sanitary liquid on the counter and no wet paper to sanitize your hands on the standalone tower in front of the station where they vaccinate. No wastebasket.I used a cart since I always purchase a few things and I noticed that the wheels on the carts are ALL full of hair, strings, threads and perhaps a million bacteria.Shameful & not to par with a pharmacy such as Walgreens.I encourage everyone to evaluate from the dirty exterior signs and sidewalk to each counter, check out, photograph - I’m so sorry that it has deteriorated. Walk around and see for yourself.

Store is ok. There’s a guy who usually works the counter/register with a lot of tattoos and he’s usually very nice. The other night I was rushed out the store before they even closed apparently because something happened in the area ? but I wasn’t aware and I didn’t get to grab anything that I needed because they were closing way earlier than they were supposed to… that I didn’t like especially because I’m not from the area. It’s a weekend and you’re scheduled to close at 11 PM rushing people out before it’s even 10:30 PM is absurd especially for a pharmacy.

The pharmacy changes your prescription quantity without informing the patient at all. When called to inquire about the quantity change, she informed me that they don’t inform customers when they change things. I don’t need a pharmacist to pretend to be my physician. The customer needs to be informed if the pharmacist feels like playing pretend that day.

The pharmacy department is terrible it's really sad... on the app I received a notification that the Dr didn't approve my request for a refill of a painkiller! Here's the kicker I NEVER REQUESTED MORE something about that rubs me wrong and seems suspicious! This Walgreens in particular needs to be investigated for all the bad shady business it conducts thereUpdate 03/13/24So I had to call cooperate and put in a complaint about this terrible pharmacy and their practices and now they don't have my meds is unsure if they ever will this is hilarious I really feel like lawyers and some serious actions need to be taken THIS IS INHUMANEUpdate 03/22/24So I finally received a text that my meds was ready from the prescription I but in on 3/12/24 I went to get and noticed the date said 3/12/24 however it's the 24th so I called and recorded asking when is the sticker and info paper printed to be sure I wasn't being dramatic and the women who answered told me it is printed the day it's filled! Sooooo here's my problem I put in several complaints and I think my meds was held to simply be funny so I'm putting in a new complaint I'm SICK OF THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR BEHAVIORS

I like this Walgreens on Long Point @ Bingle. The store is clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation. Like many stores, the inventory of paper products is low.Walgreens prices are high on regular retail items. They run a good weekly sale with discounts on dozens of items. The ad is available online or in the Sunday newspaper.

Great location, just in the corner of Bingle and Long point. The pharmacy there is awesome, staff is friendly and welcoming! Francis is really kind and has great customer service! Place is organized and clean! Keep up the great work Walgreens on long point

THE MANAGER WORKING TONIGHT DOES NOT NEED TO BE EMPLOYED THERE AT ALL!!! You have a MASSIVE lawsuit coming to you sweetheart. Skinny, slightly taller guy named Andrew. First things first, you're getting a theft charge. The black Maserati was my husband you stole from after locking him in the store. You'll be hearing A LOT from our lawyers. Watch the way you treat people. You never know who you're dealing with. Furthermore, NOBODY should have this type of treatment EVER!!

Very bad experience DO NOT COME HERE pharmacist Ngan was very unprofessional, rude. Told me to shut up, tore my mother's insulin prescription in the trash, raising her voice in front of other customers as well. She was using racial slurs against me, making fun of my mother’s last name since she has two. She made comments like “I have five last names” and Store Manager did nothing. I am very disappointed in Walgreens staff, I have been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately it has come to an end today.

I'm happy to report that this location has been listening to it's customer complaints and making changes. I have lived in Spring Branch for so long that I remember when this location was a bowling alley. So that tells you how long I've been a customer. I even saw an employee cleaning up the parking lot, which sorely needed to be done. Thank you to management and staff for caring about your customers shopping experience.

My last experience was bitter. This is my local Walgreens and they have always closed at midnight. Last time I went a blonde lady yelled “two minutes!” at me and my mom. It’s not my fault these changes in closing hours happened, it’s not like I knew- until that day. Long story short she gave us the death stare for the short time we were in the store. The young woman with the glasses that was checking us out was tapping in the counter for us to hurry up while the blonde lady was standing at the door giving us the death stare. Very unprofessional. I’ve worked retail before and I always asked everyone if they need assistance finding anything while gently reminding them that the store is about to close- I don’t yell at them “TWO MINUTES”.

The pharmacy staff including the pharmacist do not care about patients at all! The staff have the worst attitude I've ever witnessed & their demeanor is nasty. They will see you standing at the checkout, casually walk past you 3 or 4 times & never acknowledge you're waiting to be helped. The pharmacists favorite saying to the customers is "if you don't like it, you can take your prescriptions on down the road" as they rudely yell over you while you're trying to ask a question! I've witnessed them do that to a customer on the phone. Recently, they told my daughter that. When I called back 4 days later, a different pharmacist told me the same thing! They refused to fill my pain medicine after surgery that my surgeon sent them! They knew I was postoperative. Then, they got mad and canceled my prescription from their system!

I went there at 9pm to buy candy. There was a girl at the main register who was very Ill informed of what time other departments closed. I asked if the pharmacy counter was still open and this long nailed girl did not know ANYTHING.Maybe all of her brain was in her long fingernails.

Used to be such a good location. Recently there is a lady up front name Maite who is extremely rude and seems to not care about her job. Every time I enter my number 2 names pop up mine and a complete different person. So I asked if I had any points I could redeem and without even looking at the computer screen she said NO! I explained to her the situation with the phone number and she rudely told me to put my number again, I showed her which one was my account and she rolled her eyes and said I had points to redeem. Seriously it’s part of your job to ask. I understand if I would have yelled or have been rude to her but that was not the case. She always seems to be in a bad mood unless she’s at the counter talking with other employees.

The service was awful. I ordered a set of collage posters for my sons birthday and the time the posters were suppose to be ready was 9 am. I walk in at 11:30. No posters ready and the girl was giving me excuses that the other people didn't check. That they didn't receive a notification. They are at the counter chit chatting when I walk in and my order was not ready. This is so upsetting and I cannot believe how they handled it.

I’ve had so many issues with prescriptions at this Walgreens location. Some of their pharmacy staff members are amazing, others are tragically rude. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

The pharmacist are rude and slow. The automated notifications for prescriptions either call 20xs or don't call at all.. And it says they open at 7am and it's 7:10 and nobodies here so I'm sitting here writing this review. Worst drug dealers on the block!!

Close to home. A big plus. No longer 24 hrs is due to the fact they was robbed too many times after 12. This sucks but i think its for the best. But i still love. Good friendly ppl willingly to help. They know who i am and i know them. A very close community.
