I have come to this pharmacy for many years and have always been impressed with the speed, attention to detail, and quality of care any time I have been helped by Joseph the pharmacist, or Claudia or Jorge. They know their jobs very well and do their jobs very well and they CARE. Any time I have been in a bind like on my way to the airport and coming from a doctor’s appointment with a sick child needing a prescription before the flight, or issues with insurance, or needing general advice, they have always gone above and beyond. So often when trying to get help these days, you get the runaround. I have built up a great deal of trust in these three and am especially grateful to have them working at this Walgreens. Thank you.

Walgreens is one of my favorite stores but this one was fatal, I placed an order online and when I went, no one knew how to respond to my article, which to make matters worse were my children's probiotics, which made them sick and when I entered the email again that my order was ready it said that the order had already been lifted. That is to say, they robbed me themselves because without identification they do not deliver. order

Very poor customer service. I understand everyone has to go to lunch. I walked in at 1:29 PM. Just turned 130. They were already helping two people on the line just had a question. She looked at my face and said I’m sorry we’re closed. These are the last people I’m dealing with. Thank God it’s not an emergency, but people need to think especially if you’re right there and still open. At least ask the question to make sure it’s not an emergency, I will definitely be changing my pharmacy and I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 20 years

If I could give this store zero stores, I would. The store itself is sufficient but good lord the PHARMACY is by far the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I can’t count how many times I’ve been there during hours and no pharmacist on duty or had to wait in in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy which is the biggest hassle because this location is so close to my house.

I would give this Walgreens 0 stars if possible. I was told my prescriptions were in stock and ready to pick up. When I went they told me only one was available and I’d have to wait 3 days for the rest. When I asked why I was lied to the male pharmacist became very rude and said if I really needed it I could pay $60 because my insurance won’t cover it. Im extremely uncomfortable and have been struggling for a few days now. The lack of compassion these pharmacists have is extremely disappointing DO NOT COME HERE!

Worst place to start get prescriptions sent to, have been waiting 3 weeks and my medication is still not filled….in another week my prescription will be expired which means i Just lost money paying for a doctors office visit for a prescription refill. Big mistake having prescription sent here!!

The staff here is EXTREMELY sweet and kind hearted. I haven't met a single person on the team that wasn't a good nice. Mrs. Iris (I think thats her name) is the best for sure! Always a can do attitude and positive person with everyone. She's never had a bad day there!

Not a very reliable store. Any time I try to get in touch with pharmacy or call no answer or they’ll keep me waiting till the end and answer and then hang up right away. If you’re avoiding answering any calls, and doing any work. just get a different job. You’re just being lazy at this point. I guess that’s why cvs charges more cause they know customers are leaving Walgreens and going to competitive stores.

I found it really unprofessional and honestly rude of the cashier Carmen to be gossiping so loudly as she stood at register and I on the other side of the store could clearly hear her complaining about a customer who returned a phone charger. Her stating she “can’t stand people like that” excuse me but working in retail part of your job is to process returns and to talk so rudely about a customer who had left, with MULTIPLE customers in the store is not okay. When in line a woman entered her number and mentioned about a discount and she replied it had been applied if there was anything else she bet that lady would want that to- the customer didn’t respond negatively to Carmen but i personally felt i was such rude and a little demeaning comment i left the store as soon as i could. She needs a training in professional and appropriate communication/customer interactions.

Wish I didn't have to leave a star to leave a review cause they don't deserve any stars, the Caucasian lady who work the register at night make me feel so uncomfortable, Everytime I come here she's has a snotty attitude, and it's the closest store near home for late hours so I come here , couldn't give me change for no apparent reason it was only 9pm store doesn't close until 11 so I'm not sure why I couldn't get my change... didn't even give me a receipt or ask if I needed it. they follow you around the store and the store every chance they get. Stop making normal shoppers feel uncomfortable hovering over them & work on your attitude in customer service customers are the reason the store is up and running. Terrible hire new people.

I don't know what it is about Walgreens but the customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. They will not help you or make an attempt to help get an issue resolved. They leave it up to you to find out why the insurance is denying a prescription. Customer service goes right out the window with them. CVS at Target has literally the best service ever. They explain why and will work with you if there is any issues. They even called for a coupon for me to make it cheaper.

The cashier is rude. When I checked out, I have to take all my stuff by myself. She just give me a receipt and walk away, no smile, no thank you. Forgot to see her name. If you dont know how to service people, you shouldn’t stand in front door. Company should review how they train their people when there is CVS pharmacy located opposite the road.

Careless pharmacist tonight. My husband is having major asthma issues and the pharmacist wouldn't fulfill his prescription even though they were open 30 more minutes. Thankfully there was a pharmacy open til 10pm filled it. We would have ended up in the ER otherwise because his breathing is really bad. Incredibly disappointing.

I would give them a no star.. the Oriental Pharmacist at this place is a the.. I handed him my RX good discount card on meds that that was $16.00 should have been $8.33 with RX good discount card and he has the nerve to give me a $1.00 discount and charge me $14.83 for the med, I went back and brought it up to there attention and the techs were kind enough to give me back the rest of the money he charged me. Don't do business with Oriental people.. they are thief's.

Just went to the walgreens close to where I live. Total deuce bags working there. I was looking for an over the counter ointment couldn't find it. So, I had the bright idea to ask the pharmacist. I was ignored for about 5 min then the cow that was there comes up to me with an attitude as if I were bothering her or something. I asked her for the ointment I was looking for and immediately before looking she said " We don't have that." I said my wife just bought it here last week. She rolled her fk eyes and got on the intercom to call a manager.... (whom never showed up) I blew them off and went to look for it myself ( which is what I should've done in the first place.) smh. Went to check out and there was no one at the register. After a while some heifer showed up also with a mega attitude. It almost seemed as if I were going to ask for a handout or something. I handed her some sort of coupon and asked her if I could use it for the item. She proceed to read it to me and then exclaimed that that WAS NOT A COUPON and that it was expired ANY WAY!!Jesus Christ people, a little courtesy would go a long way. If y'all don't like your fricking jobs find something else to do. Don't take out on the customers.

The worst Walgreen's pharmacy ever! Usually, every other one in the city is nice and kind. But a pharmacist named Jasmeet Kavr assured me my meds would be ready on the 2nd and I had confirmation via their cite. When I went to pick it up she had written a note saying to release it on the 3rd. I never received a curtosy call to notify me of the change. I am writing this because if I do not have my meds, my risk of seizure is high and probable. Unkind people do not need to work at a place where they are in charge of your meds. I would highly recommend people to avoid this woman and save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

this place is HORRIBLE when it comes to customer service i waited 3 days for my appointment for covid testing i even recieved a reminder email that morning i arived 20 min early to be told my appointment was canceled how many people show up early for a canceled appontment.

Much better experience than most Walgreens in Houston. I guess all Walgreens in Spring Branch area are better.Coming here is a trippy one. GPS tells you to go around from the back. But I found an entrance at a dangerous intersection right before Hammerly on Blaclock. Otherwise, after a left turn to Hammerly, it will take a lot longer to here.
