Please give doctors time to approve refills before you call the people with a negative text there are holidays and bad weather to think about before you start stressing patients out and please call with complete orders not half orders!! Stop the stress...Can you please get all of our medicine ready at same time before you start calling and texting with premature news...it's just not so what you are telling us they already called me and stated he had refills 6 of them..you are only adding stress to people's daily lives when you acting likeThat....then they never answered theirPhone and of course they take a lunch break just when you need them the most...someone should always be on call this is medicine we are talking about and business also but it is also people's lives as well ... please do BETTER ...seriously they were rude when I first went there and rude when I went back to Kroger pharmacy I deserve respect and someone talking down to me

Thankful for this pharmacist and the staff! Walgreens on long point & bingle was the worst they changed my script and shorted my meds! They got tired of me reporting them and refused to serve me! So long point sent my script to the Wirt location and I'm happy they did my script was filled correctly I've received all meds and was not disrespected THANK YOU

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They never answer the phone or they answer and immediately put you on hold for eternity. They’re rude if they do answer the phone. If you request refills through the app they just cancel them and don’t put them through. I can’t even switch my meds over to a new pharmacy because they won’t answer the phone. Just don’t even bother.

When I was checking their computer system froze I stood there for 10 mins and the manager takes the person behind me to the phot check out instead of myself. I had to go behind 5 other people. Waited over 30 mins to check out with two cards. What kind of common sense is that to take the person behind me. Make me go back hehind everyone else???

This Walgreens on Westview @ Wirt Rd has a nice spacious floor plan with wide aisles, shiny floors and good merchandise presentation.Everyday prices are a little high, but Walgreens has a weekly ad with hundreds of items on sale.The cashier. Who assisted me was friendly and helpful.

The worst pharmacy ever. I was waiting in line for a drive-up pharmacy pick-up for 30 min, past their hours. After they shut the window. I begged them, but they didn't listen. Inhumane.

The store is very clean and well organized. The is great variety of things/products. I gave three stars for those reasons, but negative two because customer service is very horrible. Although, this establishment is in a convenient location; I don't think I would want to visit a second time.

Very bad service. They intentionally pick up your phone call without talking to you,then put you on hold. I waited for 40 minutes to call in a prescription for a patient.

The pharmacy section of this location of Walgreens is very friendly. Especially the pharmacist of this department who answered all my questions at the opportunity and tried to do her job efficiently despite being very busy. I needed help from a pharmacist to get my medication covered by insurance. She took time for me and did my work perfect. I have to thank Walgreens for having such conscientious employees.

This location is probably fine if you only have a couple of medications and you can still function when you miss a week or two of them. Had me on hold for a while just to pick up the phone and hang it up once their lunch break started. Online express refill requests don't work 50% of the time with this store anymore and many of my doctors have to send them prescriptions multiple times in order for them to say they got them. Poor communication at this location and most of the time I have no idea if my prescriptions are ready or not. I wish they had some sort of chat function so that you didn't have to wait on the phone forever, only to be hung up on before you ever talk to anyone sometimes.

Pharmacy is lazy. Apparently the online system does not communicate with the store so they do not receive online orders. They do not send status updates on your scripts. You will have to wait to find out if they will fill your prescription when you go in person. Staff is argumentative, unhelpful, and will speak over you. They cannot tell you what their policies are with regards to communicating prescription status updates. If you need a prescription go literally anywhere else because you will not receive the medicine in a timely manner if it all at this Walgreens.

We've had so many problems in the past several months with filling any and all prescriptions here The final straw was they misfilled a medication that we can't even take because of allergens and didn't even know they traded out from the kind we were supposed to get and now we're out a lot of money yet again because of another mistake that we can't get our money back or get a perscription filled correctly or in a timly manner so yea im done with this pharmacy. And it like a 50/50 chance if your going to get good customer service or completely rude interactions there seems to be no in between

Never drop of your FedEx package for shipping here. I drop off an express next day delivery at 1:30pm and it did not go out until the next day. If I knew FedEx does not pickup on the same day I would have drop it off somewhere else. Walgreen please let your customer know if FedEx is not going to pickup on the same day.

Note the recent reviews. Have been going here for a couple of years and the most basic tenets of clear communication and customer service have been lost recently.Three stars because not all of the staff are completely clueless and I can occasionally pick up a prescription without some issue. My wife hasn’t been as fortunate.Update 6/26/23. Dropped to one star due to recent experience with an early refill for travel (with a Dr.’s authorization in hand).

I called to ask this pharmacy to transfer a necessary asthma medication to another Walgreens location which is much closer to me, and the woman who answered cut me off before I was done explaining what I needed, said she'd cancel the refill at that location so that I could request it from the location close to me. I said ok, and she hung up without saying goodbye. I resubmitted the refill request at the other pharmacy, only to be told the other pharmacist at Wirt Rd. had never cancelled the refill request, and so I'd either have to drive far away while having an asthma flare up, or wait from Friday until Tuesday to get my medication and possibly die or be rushed to the ER since I didn't have my medicine.These people are rude, incompetent, inattentive to their work, and obviously do not care that their mistakes could literally kill someone. Avoid at all costs.

Believe me when i tell you this, I am the least picky person ever, but this pharmacy is the worst! Very unprofessional from the staff to the "Doctor". They are super loud talking about their business so everyone can hear, I wouldn't be surprised if they talk about patients outloud also. This pharmacy should be evaluated by OSHA. This pharmacy location needs either training or swap to a whole new crew. With all this being said, I truly belive they dont care about reviews, since I am not the only one complaining, yet nothing gets done to improve.

Unfortunately, because of various prescriptions, I am a "twice monthly customer" there & have been since they opened this location. I can only say positive, complimentary thinks abut the Pharmacist & the Pharmacy staff, whether I am waiting in the store or in the drive-thru lane.Regardless of how busy they are, the Pharmacist & associate(s) always make me feel that I am their most important customer and they always take the time to ask if I have taken the particular medication before. Also, they always ask if I have the Rewards membership, which adds to the value of each purchase that I make.I will stay a loyal customer to this Walgreens location!

The pharmacy at this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walgreens or anywhere else for that matter. The pharmacists and staff are rude. They don't refill prescriptions off the automated system. Prescriptions are rarely ready on time. Don't bother complaining to the Pharmacy manager, Will, about these problems because he doesn't care! My advice to you is to fill your prescriptions at the Kroger pharmacy just down the street.

This is the worst and most unprofessional pharmacy of all. They don’t have the courtesy to even ask you to hold for a minute, they just keep you on hold as long as they want to (just lifting up the phone and yelling hooold, or laughing) and when they finally answer forget about being treated with respect. No wonder why they’re a 2.7 rating pharmacy and declining!

I was in line and the cashier Toya opened up a register and even though I was next in line she decided to ring up the lady who was behind me which was African American ( like her ) I’m more than positive it was because she was RACIST. She had long dreads. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be taking this matter to HR. I hope doing that and making me look dumb was worth it TOYA.

This company, and thus this Walgreens, are now so poorly run they can not even sell the products off of the shelf to their customers. Systems are always down the drugs you need are never on the shelf. Prescriptions are never filled when their job as a drug store is to fill the prescription you call in. And their management is completely inept and useless. This last visit was the worste customer service expirence I may have ever had in my life, and I am done with them. Like one of the other posts I will now drive out of my way to not give them any more of my money. I recommend you do the same.

This place is a joke. If you call they just hang up on you. I was calling because we urgently needed syringes and they would not even answer the phone. The pharmacy employees should be ashamed of themselves. No one this place has a 2.4 star rating. Just go to CVS.

I really adore the variety of products available, but my problem lies with customer service. I've had repeated issues with Esmeralda over a very short amount of time as this is my nearest store, and today someone walked through the door right as I was walking into line and she walks away from the register helps that person and checks her out before me. When I stated I needed to be at work she stated the woman had been there before me. Never mind that the woman was parked next to my credit where the lot had previously been empty. I don't appreciate that level of disrespect in a customer service position.

The staff is great, but I went to pick up a prescription and the Pharmacist was eating in the pharmacy. I watched her stick her fingers in her mouth then type on the keyboard and had to ask her to use hand sanitizer before she started touching the bins where the medications are sorted and waiting for pick up. It was disgusting! !

This Walgreens is definitely the typical “neighborhood pharmacy”. The pharmacy usually has my prescriptions and is typically fast at filling them. Walgreen’s store’s staff is always welcoming and very friendly. Visiting this location the most often, I recommend shopping at this Walgreens.

PHARMACY IS TRASH!!!!!!!! You will wait and wait and no one will answer the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I waited on hold for 15 minutes and someone kept picking up the phone and wouldn’t say anything and put me right back on hold. That happened 6 times before I decided to hang up!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!
