Found this shop on google maps and thought i would give them a try. Very glad that i did! Upon entering, i was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member with a large genuine smile. She was very helpful and got me squared away quickly, she even helped me sift through some of the juices they have and gave some very good flavor recommendations. They have a decent selection of juice and gear and good prices (including discounts for veterans). Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!

Excellent experience. Right when you walk through the door and till you walk out, they treat you like family. If I could expand my rating past 5 stars I would. The owners don’t only treat you like a valued customer, they treat you as one of their own. Very appreciative and well mannered individuals. As a retail manager myself it’s always refreshing to experience good customer service at other businesses.The coupled owners assisted me while I shopped. They are well informed about how the products they cary compare to what I’m currently using, and informed me of the negatives and risks associated with particular items. I believe teaching your customer is one of the best things you can do, and for that reason alone I’ll return.The best way to end the transaction was to get me signed up for the rewards program of course. I love my points. Apparently they do fun stuff on the holidays too. Check em out!

Best part is they have a deal with the daiquiri place next door were you can bring your receipt for a free Jell-O shot! Oh… and they have a snake!!

I was visiting Houston a couple of weeks ago and passed by Viper Vapes. I had to stop in and get some juice. The place was the cleanest and friendliest smoke shop I have been to and I have been to many. The owner was very nice and we struck up a fun conversation.
