Such a great little pet boutique! The staff are always so friendly and sweet. They make cute pet friendly birthday cakes that are so cute! They also always offer, right in the store, to put our dog’s name on the little cookies we buy!

I went to this bakery to get my dog his birthday treats and he loved them. I got a few extras for the rest of my pups and they also enjoyed them. I definitely will be going back for more soon.

My dog enjoyed the baked bone marrow that I purchased from this bakery. When going to the baked cookie section, I noticed they put attention to detail and really liked the ideas that they are transparent with the ingredients being used.

I took my pup in to get some special things for her first birthday. This was our first time at the heights location. We were greeted by a very friendly and personable staff member by the name of Sierra. My pup is a little nervous and slow to warm up. Sierra was very patient and kind with us and won my baby over. She answered all of my questions about various products and gave me recommendations on which birthday treats would be a good fit for my pup. Wonderful experience! We will definitely be back! 🐕🐾♥️

Love this spot because it’s one of the only places nearby that sells Fromm dog food. Just so happens to also be a really cute bakery for pets! The employees are always so kind and helpful.

This place is really cool and glad it was recommended for my pup. The staff is knowledgeable about the treats. However I gave it four stars because the girl that was working seemed like she was rushing me to make a decision and check out. I was only in there for 5 minutes and never had been there before so I was wanting to look around and see what they had. She appeared preoccupied maybe having a bad day, but she asked me a min 4 times in 5 minutes of if I was ready to check out. I probably would’ve spent more if it hadn’t been for that.

Everytime my husband or I go into the Heights 3 dog bakery we are treated lousy or have a bad experience .The ladies at the counter are less than friendly or helpful .We go In monthly to purchase treats for our two dogs .One time very recently , I bought a birthday cake for my pup and when we got it home it was all smashed up because of the way it was packaged . I said something the next time I was in and all they said was oh sorry .Today I came in but did not bring the “dogs” because my hand is badly injured. I came into buy their monthly treats and get them their treat of the month. However , i was told they can only give one treat of thr month per customer even though i had two cards and always been getting one for each dog as you could see on each card i asked if this was new and she said NOI mentioned this was odd as I had been coming to TDB for years including the West U location and always get two TOTM, one for each dog .Today I was told no only one per customer .I also noticed that my TOTM card had a line through April and asked her what we do as one of our dogs turns 3 in April and we come in monthly to make a purchase .All she said was well you can’t have the treats next month because someone put a line through it . I said well yes, but as you can see it was a mistake as it’s not even April yet .She said sorry there is nothing she can do .We have another birthday celebration for Charlie in April and I will not be returningThis is awful customer service …Especially since we are regulars who go in monthly and buy treats and cakes and hats from there . Along with Stella and chewy freeze dried food .Needless to say with this kind of customer service I won’t be going back . Nor will my husband. I will also be telling our dog group and a few friends at the shows of the horrible CS we experience at the heights store .I am only giving this buisness a 1star because our dogs like the treats .

Absolutely loved it!! Cute little spot. So many desserts and treats to choose from. Went in for a cake and they even wrote Happy B-day on it. Definitely coming back and recommending this place to all of the pup parents I know.

Every time I come to this particular location, the people who work there seem to not wanna be there, or are rude. There was a young girl working who just seemes like she hates her job, asking her questions was like pulling teeth. West U location is so much nicer and friendlier. Really weird, considering that the Heights is known for its friendly communities. Great store and selection, but customer is lacking severely.

You need to post your corporate policy in the front of your store also in the store videos informing customers your chain stores are not allowed to write in lower case letters. On cakes special orders etc; seem's YOUR SHOUTING !!!!!

I like this place to pick up toys, and treats for my pups. Sometimes the service is hit or miss. I've made two visits where the associate wasn't attentive and on their phone.

Friendly staff and great selection of very adorable baked dog treats including decorated cakes and cookies. They take Apple Pay so it’s easy to pick something small up on our way home from a walk. Great addition to the neighborhood.

Been there a handful of times, so far so good..... the people there seem genuinely friendly..... items are a bit pricey, but mostly seems better quality stuff than other places. If you love your li'l ones check it out!
