Nice shop. Was greeted with a standard greeting. Would have given a 5 star but I had to randomly roam the store for quite a while looking for a specific item and no one asked if I needed help I had to go interrupt the staff having a conversation to get help. But once someone helped they were very friendly and we're able to find in a matter of seconds.

I have bought many products from this company , I recently purchased a body tech protein powder no later then a week ago and they were running the buy one get one 50% off second product I wasn’t aware I did need a second product from the brand . When I called in to use the other 50% I was denied by the so called manager -which turned out to not even be the manager so I was lied to from the beginning . I have shopped with many stores where they would honor the promo if it’s current (which it is) I was given attitude by the second so called manager a female attendant and refused to make additional revenue by having me buy more . Poor service and very disappointed.

Very very impressed by the friendly staff service when I got in earlier in the morning Christina welcomed me and I asked for couple of things and she was pleasantly showing me all the items I asked for , very neat clean and organized, location is very convenient and visible from highway I-10 must visit this place for all your health and vitamin needs .

I've been your customer for several years & I've spent a lot of money with your company. Today I was denied a bag for my purchases unless I paid an additional $.50 for the bag. What? I don't care what mindset you think is correct for your company but your customer service sucks now. When I spend money in your store, put my purchases in a damn bag. And don't think it's ok to get more $ for a simple, common thing like putting purchases in a bag so I ( the customer) can conveniently leave the store. There are hundreds of other stores to buy vitamins from. You are seriously making a huge mistake charging for a bag. Really? You just lost me as a customer. And you are about to get plenty of negative publicity on our Neighborhood app. Big mistake. Insulting.

I always find what I’m looking for and haven’t had any issues.I love the option when you can get your supplements ahead of time on the website and pick them up afterwards. Saved me time doing so and the employees are very nice and welcoming. Only reasons why I keep coming back.

I bought about 7 different supplements, but when I stepped outside the store I remembered that I forgot to buy one more. I immediately returned into the store (after being outside to half a minute), but the employees said: "Sorry, we are closed. Come back tomorrow". I just left the store, and there were other customers leaving the store when I came back in. I explained that I knew exactly what I want to buy, and that I didn't need time to look, but they were adamant - come back tomorrow.If you are not interested in me as a customer, I am not spending another 30 minutes tomorrow to make another round trip to the store. Thank you for teaching me how to use Amazon to order my supplements.

Had everything I needed and more. I went here for ginger chews. I particularly went here because they offered a good sale in them. Here they were $1.86 at HEB they were $2.17. This shop had so many varieties to chose from and well displayed so they were easy to find. Also they must stay on top of their job because on the website it said it had a certain amount in stock which is why I went there and sure enough it was there and when I got home and checked their site that night the stock was updated. I was impressed because Walmart's stock alerts are sometimes horrible and way off. Lastly all the workers offered great customer service.

Very nice store. You can find very good products there. Well organized. You can get samples of kombucha. This store is focused is healthy lifestyle and the products are amazing, is not cheap though. Also they have this program for regular customers with good discounts. Employees are very nice.

I went on Sept. 7th to the Katy location and was not greeted. I am 75 years of age and have problems with my bladder. I tried to wait but couldn't asked the manager where the restroom is and she said "the customers are not allowed to use the bathroom". I was never treated like that with the previous manager.

Went in with a knowledge of what I wanted but knew I'd also need to pick someone's brain about some specific needs. Allow me to preface this with these statements: I have been using supplements, vitamins, etc for several years and, more often than not have had poor experiences with this chain. I had been utilizing Super Supplements in Lakewood and Olympia, WA, where the staff are absolutely AMAZING!! All that being said... The staff here, at THIS store, are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The young woman who helped me readily sought out the advice from a more knowledgeable staff member regarding MY needs vs. pushing a product "that really works". She was also able to assist me with finding a safe alternative for an "energy booster/supplement" for my son. What she suggested was effective for him. These staffers made my shopping experience enjoyable and hassle free. It was good to hear/know that the staff utilize the products they sell, too, not just sell them. THANK YOU! Y'all are AWESOME!!!

Not the very most variety, but it's a great place to get uncommon brands like Alvita Tea.For main brand varieties like Yogi tea or Muscle Milk it's better just to stick to general stores.Great specialty store though, all things considered.The place is very clean and well organized.

Not impressed with this location. Wife is on a new protein diet and needed certain items. Found our product , purchased and left. Got home and 4 bags were past expiration date and stale. We should of checked the expiration date but feel its employees responsibility to check that. Not satisfied or impressed with this location.

Great selection, but I like the more diverse line they use to carry. More choices. Sometimes they are a little high, but when you are the only one who has the product you can set your own price.

Pretty good place. Was strangely remodeled a while ago and now it is weird in there, plus they dumped the Pet section. I never bought anything at the pet part but was amused that it even existed. Anyway, it was better before, but despite the world's lowest checkout stands and also you don't know where to set your stuff down, as the checkouts are really odd, they do have everything you ever thought of in the world of vitamins and supplements, plus they aren't as expensive as most other vitamin places. They keep moving stuff around for some odd reason, maybe so you think you are going nuts and will buy some supplement to slow that down or something. Overall worth going in there if you are looking for vitamins or supplements.

Just reminding myself to never shop at this location again. I was not greeted when I entered. The guy who finally acknowledged I was there ignored me at first and then both sales clerks working didnt care one bit that I left their shop to get my vitamins from another location. No effort was made to really assist me. Nope. Not shopping here again.
