I love this place. The staff are friendly and they have so many supplies for sugar gliders. This is where I got my first of 4 sugar gliders. I would definitely recommend coming here to get a sugar glider or to get supplies for sugar gliders.

From the sales staff to the people who have been answering all my questions after I received my gliders (shoutout to Shannon and Debby!!!) , everyone has been amazing. I highly recommend this group! I came across The Pet Glider after researching quite a few different sites and reading a lot into everything. I've been wanting a pair of sugar babies for so long, but I wanted to do my research and didn't jump into anything before checking everything out. I watched their videos and read everything on their website at least twice. There were a few negative reviews but mostly good ones, and reading into each review I still felt good about choosing TPG.I wound up calling them and talking to someone about how everything works, the shipping, care for the gliders, etc. I found two Best Friends and decided these were going to be my babies! I purchased a mega cage bundle online, and told them which pair I was interested in, received my invoice promptly. Took a couple weeks before they could ship my gliders (due to weather, it was middle of June so temps were too high to ship from Texas to Washington). But once I got them everything was great. The male mosaic warmed up to me right away and is so friendly and curious. The female black face was very crabby but just needs some more time to get used to me. She's doing well now. They were healthy and seemed well cared for.

This company is the best! Any time I’ve ever had any minor issues they’re always right on top of it! You can tell they really care about what they do and I refuse to purchase from any other sugar glider shop out there. Can’t recommend them enough! I think my little fur babies agree! 😊

Friendly people who know there stuff.Love the products they sell. I have 2 gliders from them and there are still so adorable almost a year old now.Are thinking of getting one more! I adopted a pair of best friends and had them shipped to my state. They arrived healthy and safely as per guarantee. Their customer service was very informative and really helped me prepare for their arrival. They even make themselves available to answer questions even after my gliders arrived.I watched a lot of their videos before purchasing from them and they seemed to really care about their gliders and want the best future for them so they take the time to ask all the right questions when they call to confirm the order. They do advertise their own products but also they are not pushy.I will definitely continue to by products from them!

I’ve had my “babies” for a year now and have been a frequenter of The Pet Glider website. They’ve been very happy with their TPG diet and we’ve all been very happy with the treats and enrichment products. I learned in the spring that ordering the yogurt treats without the insulation was a mistake. Over the very hot summer the insulated treats came perfectly shaped. I thought I’d be safe to order them without the insulation in the cool fall, but was wrong. The yogurt drops came as one big yogurt brick. Still edible just not easy to break of an appropriate sized piece. I’m guessing some of the delivery vehicles must be pretty warm. Lesson learned for real this time, I recently came to the site to order the yogurt drops, with the insulated packaging. But then I saw some other tasty treats available for a limited time. So, of course I also had to get them some PB and cherry drops! It was frustrating to have to pay $10 to insulate each bag of drops, but I’ll do anything for those little critters. Well, imagine my surprise when a day or two later I got a $20 refund from The Pet Glider. At first I thought something I ordered may have been out of stock. But then it clicked. Just good ol’ customer service. A company that quickly makes a refund on unnecessary charges, WITHOUT even being asked, is pretty damn good in my opinion. The drops and other purchases all came yesterday and each drop was in perfect shape. There are some very happy gliders at my house right now!

Making the online purchase went well. I appreciated the follow up call to make sure I had everything I needed for my gliders before they arrived. That’s where the good experience ended though. The gal that is charge of booking the flight would call me several times minutes apart with no recollection of just speaking to me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided she probably just had a lot of phone calls to make and she mistakenly called twice. But then it happened two more times and she called me by the wrong name. At this point I’m growing a little concern that she seems a little scatter brained and unorganized. I finally get the shipping information and drive 5 hours away to pick the gliders up at the airport. No sooner did I arrive at the airport did she call and say they didn’t make it on the plane and there was an issue with the airline. Okay, not her fault. I drive 5 hours back home. 30 minutes after arriving home, American Airlines calls and says they have been at the airport for several hours ready to be picked up. The lady shipping the gliders swore my gliders were in front of her and said she didn’t know who’s gliders made it to the airport. She proceeded to joke and say “but since you’re there, did you just want those ones?” I’m in no mood for joking at this point having just drove 10 hours and I’m very concerned because these are live animals! She says she will call the airline because they must have made a mistake. She then calls back and admits she mixed up the paperwork and the crates. She had my papers and those were in fact my gliders. So, I drove a total of 20 hours because of her mix up and total lack of organization. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.

I purchased a neutered male glider, Berferd, as a friend for our female glider, Pancake. They are wonderful, and the Pet Glider has been a great help with things, but I really wanted to review the Raptor Wheel. Our babies LOVE it! They already had a silent runner from Exotic Nutrition (and it's fine) but the Raptor Wheel is a whole other level. They play in it constantly and when they're not running in it they actually play in it together, using it as a teeter-totter. If you don't have one, get one.

I always buy my gliders vitamins from here and a couple times I’ve gotten a basic toy for my babies. I love the quick shipping service and personal attention. My most recent package was shipped timely and the package seems to have been lost. They were timely in responding, showed me pictures of my exact order proving that it was shipped, and made a claim. While the order hasn’t been resolved yet, they have done all they can on their end to go above and beyond. Every order has been more than satisfactory and I will continue to order from them as long as they are in business, which I expect will be a very long time with these spectacular business practices. :)

I ordered two sugar babies from here and had them shipped to Iowa! They arrived in perfect condition! I also purchased a cage and quite a few accessories that got shipped to me as well and everything was in great shape!! Very happy with the customer service I received as well, very friendly! I recently bought a couple of female Gliders for my daughter from The Pet Glider. I called to ask a few questions and decided to put a deposit down on one of the females my daughter had found in the website. Stephanie was very helpful and patient with our questions, as were a few other members of their staff. We were very impressed at how spotless their facility was during our visits. All their cages were clean. Water bottles topped off, which is important for me to see. I couldn't have done a better job myself. They're such a knowledgeable group of people, with an impressive and well organised system. I found everything we could have wanted for our new Gliders in one spot. I never felt pressured to buy anything, from a cage to cage accessories, but I bought everything my daughter could have wanted for her new friends. Stephanie even answered some questions we had after work hours and was very patient and informative, which I greatly appreciated. Our new buddies are doing really well and we are enjoying every minute of their presence in our home! I would highly recommend The Pet Glider to anyone interested in purchasing some Gliders or accessories. Well done guys, and Thank You!

They sell sugar gliders here, the selection of accessories was great, also high quality cages. Staff was excellent. Worth a look if you have gliders.Update - We purchased a pair of gliders from them and it was a great experience. They helped us make the introductions to the gliders we already have and it was a smooth transition. Highly recommended .

This company is an absolute fraud. We paid $600 for one sugar glider then they tell us it's required to have two gliders after taking our money. Scam. Avoid at all cost. The manager also had a terrible attitude. If she had have just been calm and polite then we would have spent the additional $300 with them. Nasty nasty attitude and she should be fired. In Reading past reviews I am actually glad that they canceled our order. This place sells sick and dying gliders for a premium price. They should be shut down. Keep sharing this folks I'm going to share on all social media now

Absolutely terrible experience with this very rude and dishonest business. I purchased a glider on their website with the pickup option, it said to call and arrange pickup. I called and got a voicemail that they were closed for the week and not doing pickups, information which was strangely not posted to the website. After several hours trying to contact someone I finally got a text which said the glider I purchased was not even old enough to be sold. So why was she available for purchase on the website? I expressed the fact that I felt swindled and this lady just texts back “Ok.” After which we had a very short phone conversation where she was extremely rude and dismissive, not even entertaining the possibility of purchasing a different glider or arranging a better time for pickup; when I asked why the same glider was still available for sale on her website she got very upset and hung up on me. This was a very frustrating experience and really impressed upon me that this is not a legitimate business that needs to be selling live animals to the public. “I’ve been doing this for years” is fine to hear on the phone but you would think you’d be better at it if that’s the case; maybe you have let your standards of service slide? Regardless I have spent several hundred dollars here in the past on supplies but I will never again spend a dime at the Pet Glider, your rudeness is completely unforgivable.

The Pet Glider is literally the best company toBuy your sugar gliders from. They were so helpful during every process and would give me updates about what was going on. Due to the weather temperatures in my area all animal shipping was prohibited until the temperature cooled down. The pet glider company literally went out of there way to come and deliver my glider by hand personally. You will definitely not find this kind of amazing customer service anywhere.

I am an experienced sugar glider owner. I currently, as of tonight, have 2 sugar gliders. I recently bought a 3rd one from here, after getting my others a few years ago and being impressed by this facility. I bought a 4 year old white female, Yoshi, and tonight she died. When I first got her, I noticed she was incredibly dirty and brown, from bad hygiene and diet. I was able to fix that over that past 2 months. My Yoshi suddenly died for no apparent reason, and I blame this facility. They took horrible care of her, causing her a horrible premature death. Sugar gliders can live upto 15 years. I am very good with my gliders, I make them a very healthy diet and make sure they have daily attention and activity, my vet even noted that they are the most socialized gliders she has ever seen. This place abuses their animals and they should not be allowed to sell sugar gliders to anyone. Please, don't support this business.

I adopted two pairs of sugar gliders from the store along purchasing two cages. The customer service was top notch and they were with me every step of the way! :) My suggies were flown to me in such a prompt fashion, even going out of their way to get my suggies to me sooner - regardless of heat (they travelled north to ensure they would be able to be flown to me). I definitely recommend them and will continue my business with them. They’ve been fantastic on the after adoption support, and have been prompt in answering any questions I may have. If I ever add more to my colony, I will definitely be looking to them. :) Shout out to Stephanie, Angel and Jessica for making this experience amazing! ❤️❤️

The staff are friendly and I will be coming here again soon! Anyone who says it 'smells bad' just doesn't understand the glider scent in mass lol. It was a beautiful location with amazing setups, clean cages, and happy, chunky little gliders wall to wall. My new glider loves his new home already and is acclimating well to the house, I'm excited to begin bonding him to my other neutered male! I did not see any flaws in their facilities, and was impressed at the ventilation in the glider room! I personally like the scent of a sugar glider, 5 stars!!

I discovered this site by accident looking for sugar gliders for sale but I'm glad I did! Bought two beautiful sugar gliders named Raymond and Cullen from these people along with supplies for a great price. The woman who helped me named Stephanie was very informative as well when she emailed me when I was asking a lot of questions since I'm going to be a first time glider owner now but she stuck with me to the end and helped me pick this beautiful pair. She even sent me information on how to care for them, what I need, and even a special diet recipe they recommend for their gliders. What great people I highly recommend these breeders they know what they are doing and love all their gliders and want to see them go to good homes. These people now have a new permanent customer. 5 stars all the way!

HORRIBLE people, don't care any about their gliders. Bought a pair of best friends from them 3 days later the female died due to their neglect, they refuse any type of responsibility, doesn't want to fix the 700$ worth of vet bills they've caused after 3(three) days. They then proceed to block me so they can't have me contact them about the false advertising and lies they have all over their site. Have been told by numerous employee's that they only take them to the vet to get neutered but their site lies and says otherwise. Dirty business will be in touch about my loss.

I give 2 stars, because they have some nice toys, but I would never buy a pair of gliders from them again. I have 23 gliders in total, and the o Ku pair I have from this place, are the only ones I can’t even look at without being attacked. It has been impossible to bind with them, and unfortunately I just can’t with them anymore. If you can’t socialize the animals, then soot over breeding them. You are only pushing people to abandon this animal, since when you do research is all about how sweet the are, and then you are given two little cannibals.

This place is a joke. They had a decent reputation for gliders in the past but then they started clearing house last year and selling them all for dirt cheap. Year long sales for $199 pairs. Pics online show the gliders in poor health. No wonder they wanted to start over! Then all of a sudden they had a "breeder's corner" page with a bunch of older piebalds for sale and then they listed a hundred joeys out of the blue in November and completely removed their breeders page?? Inconsistent business choices happening over there. Sketchy place for sure.
