Finally, a store just for the cats! Proud papa of two “curious scientists” always looking for the next adventure. I live in an apartment, so letting the boys outside isn’t always the safest option. Luckily, we have the wonderful Kitty Bodega near by to not just stock up on items and get an outdoor tent, but also to get books on cat care, review specialized foods, medicines and more. Awesome owner, love the vibe. #catlife

If you love cats or love people who love cats, this store is a must. They have a wide assortment of snacks and food. There is also an adorable four legged associate who will help you pick out the perfect toy! It's a small store with a big heart and everything your furbaby could ask for. Highly recommend!

Cutest little cat store in all of Houston! Has unique handmade toys, high quality foods, vitamins and cat trinkets for all your cat-and your needs. This is a cat-lovers paradise and they have Chembawamba cat pawtrolling the store. My cats are never disappointed in the toys I bring home.

I am so delighted with the move of The Kitty Bodega! The shop is fabulous, and has even more good choices to help me help the kitties in my charge—ranging from my own brood (including several elderly kitties) to the youngsters I foster. Angela (owner) is brilliant, chock full of information about kitties and ready to provide a super alternative to big box store anonymity. Great toys too! Angela knows my kitties and me, our needs and preferences. I am so glad The Kitty Bodega is here!

I come here frequently! At first it was just to get some toys for the cats, but one time we were talking to the owner about how one of our cats couldn't stop throwing up. We'd tried everything: vets, tummy sensitive cat foods, a calming environment; but nothing was changing and everyone said she was incredibly healthy. The owner recommended we try out this test for food sensitivities, and turns out our cat had a lot of them. She was able to use her knowledge to help us figure out foods our cat could eat, and now she's more energetic and happier than ever. Besides that, the owner is really cool and friendly and I love coming in to see the new stuff they have.

The store makes me wanna spend my check on the whole place but I gotta chill 🙏 I love the service and the white cat that is always there. I only get my cat related stuff here now and they sell items for anyone’s price range :3 Safe to say it’s the best cat related store and most knowledgeable. If you are a cat parent, make sure to check out this local business!! I have been coming to The Kitty Bodega for about 2 years now. It is one of my favorite stores to go to, because of the selection and staff. It has so many unique cat items, good variety of food/treats, and fun toys(I can always find something new). Angie (the owner) is amazing, she really cares about your animals and has a lot of knowledge. I am a first time cat parent and Angie has taught me so much. Her recommendations and advice has definitely enriched my cat’s life. So thankful I found this store! <3

I am so excited that there is finally a cat-centric store! I’m impressed with the selection of fun toys and yummy snacks they offer. This was not a Petco. There was definitely a ton of unique items.I wanted to surprise my cousin who lives in Houston and frequents the store. It was her 2 kitty’s birthdays. I live all the way in CA so I needed some help facilitating this. I had a feeling my cousin was going to visit the store the next day for Foster Sundays, so I sent the store owner a message on Instagram… I asked if they would be willing to help me surprise my cousin by picking out a few toys and giving them to her when she next stopped in! They immediately responded and were SO helpful! They were just as excited as I was, which made it even more fun. They sent me photos of their toy aisle and offered suggestions too. When i had questions about how a toy was used, she even sent me a video! At the end, we had picked out a bag of Nulo mixed variety treats and 3 awesome toys!The next day when my cousin stopped into the Bodega, the store owner had the surprise present waiting for her behind the counter. The way they presented it to her was creative and sweet, too. I had SO much fun creating this little surprise. The store owner made me feel like we’d known each other for years. I highly recommend this business :)

This place is great! We were on the look for new toys for our cat and decided to check out the kitty bodega. We loved that everything was for cats! We were recommended the ripple rug and some yummy treats for our Benito and he ended up loving both! We will definitely be back for more.

Angie is such a delight and so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your fur baby. It's so nice to have a place that's gear towards cats. My picky and oh so needy kitty made herself right at home inside the store. The selection is small but the quality of products she carries is really great. And she really takes the time to research the products and companies. I really appreciate that extra efforts she puts in making sure all her products are safe and a healthy choice for your kitty. Big box chain stores can be overwhelming with choices but half of them are trash products. If you want something more personal and someone who cares about cats this is your shop for your fur baby. I looked forward to our next visit!!

If you're a cat owner, you must visit the Kitty Bodega. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it feels like dogs get all the attention, but this place changes that. They are cat lovers themeslves, and know how to handle cats. We got a lot of good tips on how to handle our rescue cat who suffers from anxiety. They have tons of cool stuff for cats. Their cat grooming, Bella Mio (Lynda), is incredible. We never thought that our cat would do OK with getting her nails trimmed, let alone getting groomed, and she absolutely loved the experience. We also got nail caps for her front paws, and she's super comfortable with them! Thanks Kitty Bodega.

I love this store! I stumbled upon The Kitty Bodega when my local pet store stopped carrying the brand of cat food that my cats like. Angie, the owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable! She has a nice variety of high quality food brands and treats. She also has a variety of cat toys and accessories. I highly recommend her shop to all local cat parents!

My special needs boi, Romeo, has both diabetes and skin sensitivity (severe), so a friend recommended expertise of Kitty Bodega. Angie is so great - knowledgeable, empathic, patient. She recommended UCARI sensitivity test to see what he had intolerances to and he had a lot. But Angie help me interpret and find some food solutions to help his skin and keep his blood sugar closer to normal. We are 3 days in, but she has offered to continue advise to make him feel better. I love her store - her catnip toys are fun and potent - Romeo has never show interest in toys until I tried some from Kitty Bodega. Overall, I can't praise Angie and her store enough and I'm excited she is has moved into the neighborhood. Thanks Angie!!!!!

What a lovely little cat lover's paradise! The owner was attentive, helpful, and kind. You can tell she loves and knows cats! The store is tiny, but it is jam-packed with goodies, and well-curated ones at that. I loved her selection (and so did my 3 kitty girls)!If you love cats, it's worth a visit! Angie is the REAL DEAL! She knows her cats. She has been such a wonderful support in helping my kitty Willie Nelson try out some holistic solutions for his chronic IBD. Angie is easy to talk to and will always point you to the right direction when finding the right cat food, toy or litter.
