Excellent Customer Service. Letty helped me choose a microwave and trim kit, with third-party installation. The coordination was amazing! The microwave and trim kit were delivered within 3 days, with installation scheduled for the same afternoon. During installation, we learned that I received the incorrect trim kit, due to mistyping on the Home Depot website. Letty immediately reached out to me; the exchange and reorder was processed quickly. I’m very impressed with Home Depot customer service and installation options. So easy.

placed an on line order for 18 items. received text order ready for pick up. one of the 18 items was ready for pick up. their on line records of inventory are not at all accurate. pick up clerk was rude could not have cared less. she said they can't help theft. gave me refund as a store credit instead of back to my pro account perks.

I ordered custom blinds from this store. It was the worst experience ever. I begged and pleaded for them to send someone out to install my blinds for nearly a week. They were very unresponsive. I have contacted corporate. I am waiting to hear back now.

Great Home Depot experience. They have everything you need in regards to home decor, building, gardening, pretty much anything to do with your house you can find it here. The line was long at the end, yet they had it moving very quickly and I was able to check out in a timely fashion. They are very organized and have everything placed correctly in the aisles and base. I was very impressed and I would recommend this location!

Good place to go for your garden or home improvement needs. However it can be very crowded. Unless you're okay with big crowds it should be fine, but unlike me I'm not a big fan of huge crowds.

Do not buy Home Depot gift cards. I had a $200.00 gift card from my bro-in-law for Christmas. When the cashier scratched the back to get the key number to activate the card it was illegible. It looked like maybe there was a printing issue. I'm standing at the checkout with $250.00 worth of items for around 30 minutes. This went all the way up to the store manager. THEY WOULD DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Without the key it's too bad for you. HOME DEPOT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR GIFT CARDS. They kept asking me if I had the receipt. Duh, NO! ITS A GIFT CARD! I was in possession of the card. It scanned into their system. You mean to tell me in 2023 they can't confirm the amount on that card? There is no plan in place if something happens to that key number? This is the best Home Depot can do? DISGUSTING HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I don't have the option to give them negative stars as they deserve a Negative 10 Star rating.

Great Home Depot experience! My refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve so I went to Home Depot to purchase a small refrigerator for my garage that I could bring home that day. It was already afternoon and since it was Christmas Eve the store was closing early but that did not stop me from getting excellent customer service! Thank you Sam, Keyry, Moses, and Christian for going over and above to help me out!

5 star is only for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“Super Dave” on his name tag.. the other 4 employees get 1 star..Super Dave went from Gardening to help me in the store.. the guy that was working the area didn’t do anything to help.. super dave went and got the ladder on wheels got the merchandise down. Thank You Super Dave for having sincere customer service.

Everyday Home Depot. One person at the contractor checkout, 10-15 people in line. The last time there were 3 employees yet still just one checking out customers. One employee was checking receipts after the cashier completed the sale. Why even bother having so many registers if you're not going to utilize your work force efficiently?

Save your time and just go to Lowe’s. We waited around for 30 minutes waiting for anyone to help us with blinds. There were 5 employees at the blinds help desk and none of them would help us. Instead, they kept calling for one person that never showed up. Lazy employees

3.5 stars because they have everything you need but never an employee around that can answer any questions or help you find it. They understaff their stores, make you use self checkout so the shopping experience is less than efficient

Went to home depot by my house and waited for over 20 minutes after requesting help with garden machines 3 separate times. Requested to speak with a supervisor and was ignored. Next time I'll go ahead and order online and not with this company.

Went to this Home Depot to get some wood to build a coffe table. I had absolutely no idea what type of wood I needed but Travis helped me through every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable of all the products I needed and recommended some other things I should get. He was very patient with me trying to figure out what I needed. He even cut all the wood for me. The customer service I received from him was top tier. Will continue to come back to this store.

Worst service EVER! They have attempted to deliver our refrigerator 4 times and the 4 times the compressor was damaged. We have been without a refrigerator for 23 days and they won’t even compensate us. They blame Samsung and Samsung blames Home Depot. The last two deliveries they said they would handle it with white gloves and this is how the refrigerator came. Ive told them we dont have a refrigerator at home and we have spent too much money buying food from restaurants and they don’t care.

BEWARE!! if you appreciate your vehicle not being broken into while picking up supplies for a job site don't come to this location my truck was broken into and a $1000 dewalt pressure washer was stolen out of my truck bed and I was only in the store 20mins smdh

Visit Sunday, 3/21/2021I visited this location to have a sheet of plywood cut. Nobody was by the cutting station. I looked around and came upon two guys. I asked for their help! He was so patient with me and helped in the process. Thank you for your help! Please keep being nice to customers.So kudos to the two wood cutting guys that helped me!!Oh yea the line was long as heck but the employees were getting everyone in and out!!

Definitely not the fastest customer service at the cashier register waited more than 10 minutes to get checked out, but I just want to give a huge thanks to Sirus who helped me find the right items that I was looking for after asking 2 other associates for help he was able to help me. He even voluntarily helped me load up the items into my truck. Overall this Home Depot is decent compared to other in the Houston area. I would definitely come back.
