The lady in jewelry doesn’t even make eye contact, like if she doesn’t want to help. Short hair blond, seems foreign with glasses but as soon as someone from her same background came along she rapidly helped them … they should teach them some non-racism classes. Sad we are in 2024 and still see things like this

The same thing with Marshalls and Ross, TJ Maxx is kind of just a random department store. It is cheaper than the namebrand and also you can find name brands here sometimes. It can be really good when you find some thing that you’ve been looking for, but at other times, it just feels like a waste of time and that is unfortunate.it’s mostly just window shopping. Always love from Houston and the universe.

Every state I visit I make it a point to locate a Tjmaxx and put it on my itinerary. The findings are so good and I love to see if they have different selections than the one in my area.

The store is always nicely organized and easy to find. They have a huge selection and home items, decorations, candles, pet toys, nice selection of clothing. I always like coming to this location because it's clean, organized, I can always find what I'm looking for, the prices are great and the employees have always been friendly every time I shop.

This location has the BEST buys! There are so many trendy items, designer labels + great prices. I was looking for a leather legging or pencil pant and found exactly what I needed for $15 bucks! Wow!! I cannot shop with a basket here because it's dangerous (don't get me started on their shoes). The store is always clean, neatly organized and has a department store vibe. Plus friendly staff and located in an accessible strip center with lots of other great shops.

I have to say it’s been hit or miss with TJ Maxx since the pandemic, but they definitely delivered when I went in for some post-Easter/Mother’s Day dresses. They always have SUCH GREAT gift ideas. Now, it can be CRAZY during the Winter shopping holiday (which store isn’t), but I will say they were organized, clean and the dressing rooms were tidy. I found some really great deals on dresses that were discounted twice! Mama’s happy!

I hate to rate this store so low, but my last few interactions with a few employees have been subpar and concerning. I have noticed over the past few months there are particularly numerous Indian women working the register and now in leadership roles and since this change. I have experienced a lot of push back from this particular employee who always makes it extremely difficult to return items ( unopened, unused, undamaged items with tags and stickers still on items and YES, I am returning items that are within the return policy and YES, I have a receipt) she ALWAYS calls the manager to approve my items and other customers that appear to be Hispanic and or African-American. Recently, while waiting to be called next to check out, I observed her accept a return from what appeared to a white customer without hesitation nor question ( hair product that the customer stated she used and did not like the product). Each person who reads this can draw their on conclusion but I thought it was important to share my experience and if this occurs again I will be escalating the experience to corporate and request that cameras are pulled and data be taken to support my experience. I enjoy shopping here and spend plenty when I do go, I expect my next experience to be different but will take necessary actions to ensure that myself and others who look like me or share a similar hue NEVER experience this again from this particular employee.

Love to shop in this store, been shopping with TJ Maxx for over 24 years! It's accessible and close enough to go one stop shop. Some friendly and helpful sales people and some are not! Some managers are not helpful at all! It also depends on location too. Some are well organized, well stocked and some are not. But I still enjoy shopping with TJMAXX!

Every time i come to this store the line is huge but after going to today i finally realized that the ladies at the cashiers are soooo SLOW i think a sloth has more energy than they do and it is the reason for long lines also stop pushing so much on that credit card i already have one!

I was looking at handbags, one particular one that I wanted was locked so I asked a sales rep can she get it for me, she told me someone was coming. No one ever came. I then saw a manager standing at the entrance and asked if he could get the bag. He pressed a button and said the lady is coming. I waited about 15 minutes total. No one ever came so I left. I hate to think this was a prejudice incident but there was little to no assistance with what I wanted to purchase nor any sense of urgency for the customer. Not a good experience

Rona or what ever the store managers name is at night has terrible customer service. She is rude and does not know how to talk to customers.. I definitely regret spending any of my money at any tj max just because of her! It’s 1 thing to not be able to do something but it’s not what you say it’s HOW YOU SAY IT, and that makes a big difference. She does not deserve that position especially as a manager. Especially since she has no customer service at all. She needs to learn how to talk to customers. I had a horrible experience!!!

This store is just okay. Seems to not be organized when I visit. I've had merchandise ring up at the wrong price. More recently, was told merchandise I wanted was recalled and I couldn't purchase. The cashier was not friendly and seemed agitated as if she hated her job.Hope they get it together because this location is closest for me, but I only shop here as a last resort based on my experiences.
