These guys know what they’re doing. Plus the customers are your typical DIYer or Professional. Great group of knowledgeable guys who are happy to help. I watched a lot of their online videos before coming to store. Paul got me sorted out and on my way with all the supplies I needed. It was a lot cheaper than what I would have paid an exterminator too. Highly recommend

Store is a dump, staff suck, find another locationDrove all the way in to get a product advertised on website only to find a $15 up charge from website 1.5x price. Asked if they price adjusted was told absolutely not. Yet another Houston store honored it.

Came in to get something for German roaches that have been multiplying rapidly since our new upstairs neighbors moved in (an apartment). Mr. Fairchild was very helpful and sent me out with a bait and an insect growth regulator. These products will hopefully be just the trick. I definitely appreciated the fine customer service I received when at their establishment.

Lots of stuff for indoor and outdoor pest control and knowledgeable staff. Only 4 stars because we drove out there because the website sain the product we were looking for was available for pick-up. But, it was not, and the staff told us they have never carried the product in the store - it can only be ordered online.

I was searching for a product and found this company online. I was very satisfied with the product selection, as well as, the pricing of each. I ordered the item which was shipped immediately and received in good condition. Although I did not speak to anyone on the phone or directly, the communication from this company was great. I received several emails as to the status of my order and to make sure I was satisfied with the entire transaction. Would definitely use them again.

I ordered Roundup QuickPro. It arrived a whole day early! What a nice surprise that was! Their prices are the best. I searched all over, and their prices are the best, and they sometimes have a coupon code and free product. I definitely got the best deal from them. I will buy from them again. I don't hesitate to recommend doing business with them. I did have some problems trying to submit my order on their website though. A call to their customer service solved that... she took my order over the phone in a matter of a couple of minutes.

Placed an order on Friday, the website said it would ship on Saturday. Got a shipping confirmation Monday. Called Tuesday to be told they didn't have my whole order. I should have been notified of that Monday. I run a business and was counting on that order. I've bought many products from them. Every other time was good. I think ill use my local distributor from now on.

I am very happy with this company. their customer service is right on top of things. They stick behind their products and if you are not satisfied, they will work with you until you are satisfied. I will only buy from solutions for the supplies I need which they carry. You can't go wrong with this company. They are the best. Shipping is fast too.

Great company, quick delevery and excellent customer service! I wasn't in a rush for my order so I used the free delivery option and expected delivery was almost two weeks after the day I ordered. I recently purchased some Bifen XTS from this company. It was my first purchase from them, not only because of the low cost, but also due to their informative web site with application videos, and other great info.They shipped my item the same day, well packed, provided tracking info, and it arrived quickly. Good first time experience with this company. I placed my order on-line, but then paged back to check the item price. I "thought" my order had been placed. A week later, after no delivery, I called to trace my order. They searched everywhere, but it was never received. My fault. My order was taken over the phone and is being sent via 1st class mail at no charge. Thanks for going out of your way to help me.

Selection was very good. Hard to find parts for my older Mist Away system were readily available. I was unsure of what was necessary to get the system up and running and their technical support was very helpful. The whole transaction was extremely smooth and well communicated.
