We’ve been to Scrappys a few times and it’s always smooth business , great customer service as well from every time we’ve went . Will be returning for another kennel soon . The kennel is great , easy to assemble and easy to keep clean as well as our Dog :) as for the dog chain collars ⛓ we bought one last year for one of our pups and have passed it to other pups , it’s strong and still shows no signs of breakage so definitely great quality

Pet food prices are decent but definitely nothing to brag about considering that the “savings “ would be burned up in gas if you stay at least 25 minutes or more away. Employees attitudes are unimpressive as they seem to lack any personality or enthusiasm to keep a repeat customer. They do not appear to be knowledgeable in the products that they sell enough to make any informed recommendations. My husband and I have made the drive from Katy twice and needless to say this will be our last. We will order from Chewy until we find a better store nearby.

Hands down I think this place sales the best quality of food for dogs, and have a one of a kind collar selection. Definitely the only place that provides the best prices for the quality of the products. Recommend to everyone that is a dog owner. If you are a big fan of Houston sports, they sell real 100% leather collars with the logo of your favorite team on it. Never seen collars/hardnesses this high quality in any other Houston pet supply store, check it out!
