Lucy had many hair appointments @ Royalty👑Pet Center🐶Charlie Brown🐕and Shaggy Lou Lou🐕‍ 🐾 I give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the love & care they individually needed. Lucy & Charlie went to heaven but they received plenty of attention from Royalty Pet Center 🙏🏼

I love this place and the people. I found a stray, a Belgian Tervuren, and he was in terrible shape. Flea infested, emaciated, and his ears were raw and bloody from flies. I took him to the vet and got him squared away, and thought, now what? I couldn't have him in my home because of other pets. He needed a grooming in the worst way, and a place to call home for the night while I frantically looked for a home for him. I called Royalty and explained the situation. They boarded him at no charge and groomed him at a discounted rate. There's a nice place in heaven for the people at Royalty. They did an amazing job on him, I couldn't believe it was the same dog. I'm happy to report that today, he's in his furr-ever home, very healthy, very happy, and most importantly, very loved. Thanks to Royalty for their help along the way.

The location and pricing couldn’t be better for inwood forest residents like myself. After Canine Coiffure on Antoine closed, I was on the hunt for a new groomer. Gary has an affinity for smoosh faced dogs. As soon as he met my English bulldog, he bent down to look into her eyes and she fell in love. They got along great. My pup came out looking like a dime! For a bath, ear clean and nail trim, it cost $25. Prior to this trip, we took her to Petsmart and the same service cost $65 with a constant opportunity to upgrade, if you know what I mean. Plus you can’t leave your dog prior to your time and have to pick them up immediately. The owner at Royalty let her hang out for hours after her appointment was over ( so helpful since a family emergency popped up). I recommend this business if how your dog is treated matters to you most, and fair price conned second.

My dog had a pain on her neck after their grooming but they didnt let me know anything and tried to cover it up by a piece of cloth. my dog scratches her neck like crazy until we found out her pain. I surely never gonna take my dog to this place ever again.

We left our two dogs here for boarding. We got them back with several bites, dry blood, very dirty, overheated, and in overall horrible shape. DO NOT entertain this business. They DO NOT care for your pets AT ALL. We will be reporting this business to the proper consumer protection channels.

I’ve used this pet groomer for a number of years. In the pass 1 1/2 my dog development kennel cough after being groomed there. Each time I’ve taken my dog in for bathing and grooming a few days later he develops this horrible cough. I’ve mentioned it to the older lady and the man there. They informed me there cages are cleaned and sanitized but my dog still would be sick after being there. I would have to take my dog to the vet for treatment. I no longer use this groomer because there is apparently something not right there. Beware!!!!

Went in on Friday for a grooming appointment the old woman told me to come back on Tuesday between 10:30 AM and 11 AM I take the day off work Tuesday wait till 1030 I come in the old man doesn’t even know about my appointment even though I saw the woman write it down in her computer and gave me a paper to fill out for when I come in today the old man says oh no we don’t have any appointments anymore you were supposed to come at 10 didn’t even consider me for any options was very rude and quick to make me leave. I’m so upset that I even considered them to groom my dog thank god they didn’t take me I would not want a rude man like that handling my dog. Never will I ever consider or recommend anyone to take their pet there.

They mistreated my poor puppy and didn’t do their job correctly. I asked for them to brush my dogs fur and they just shaved him. The hair cut they gave him was very unprofessional. I do not recommend bringing your dog/puppy there. He seemed very scared of strangers after he went to get groomed. 🙁☹️

I actually was at the animal wellness clinic outside. And let me say that they are absolutely amazing! If u need to get ur pet checked, u definitely want the animal wellness clinic. Hands down, they were so great with my dog, tested her for heartworms, got her set up and taken cared of.

Absolutely love this place! I've been taking my dogs here for years. Always so nice and informative about everything. I drive 30 minutes away to bring my dog here. They do a very good job an she always smells so good. And prices are low.

I've been a customer of this place for over twenty years as I prefer supporting my local small businesses. In my most recent experience, my dog has returned LIMPING from pain in her front right hip. Every time I drop my dog off, I make it very clear that my dog has fragile legs as she is tiny and old. However, my dog has never experienced pain in her front legs before, only her back knees. I cannot even touch my dogs front right hip/"shoulder" area without her crying.A second issue with my dog from this last visit is that she is extremely itchy all over her body. She is also now constantly scratching herself and I can hear her crying at night. Her skin has gotten worse and she has red marks all over her body. I now have to take more money out of my wallet to take her to the vet.Additionally, a few times I have been by, I have clearly heard one of the groomers in the back yelling at the dogs he was grooming. Being frustrated is not a reason to hurt my dog, which I have entrusted in your care. I will not return to this business.

I've been a loyal customer for many years. They have always been most helpful with all aspects of taking care of our 4 legged family members. I refuse to go anywhere else ....I have a couple of times and always regret it. I immediately return to Pet Royalty! Do not hesitate...use them for your pet care. Drove all the way from PORTER, TX to this place since we've been coming here for decades and let me just say. The gentleman at the front was completely rude. The impression that he gave off was that a.) He didnt want to do business with me or b.) He wasn't enthusiastic about what he was being asked to do for my dog (a simple bath and groom). His seemed to be frustrated from the very beginning of our interactions and it just escalated from there. He stated that the price was going to be 60-75 depending on how Bentley would act (he's a German Shepherd but a gentle giant). I politely asked about the price increase since the last time he was brought in it was 40. He states "I cant tell you what it was last time because I can't find find him in the system". Well, we do find him eventually and he sees where I paid 40 dollars and the only thing he offers is an "Oh. Well it ain't gon be that now." This was just last year I brought my dog in. No reference of any policy change. That's not even so much as the problem. Even with him being as rude as he was, I was still willing to give him my business and asked my lady, who was standing behind me, what she wanted to do. She said that she's cool with 60 but 75 is a bit much to bath and groom him, at which point he states, "well, I can sell you a brush." My lady left and I abruptly followed. I will never bring another animal I own to this place and I will recommend my family who still stays near to do the same. Completely unacceptable.

I have the cutest, most awesome rescue dog on the planet. She obeys commands, never barks, plays games, looks amazing in stylish coats, and always garners praise wherever we go. The only issue she has is her feet. She hates anyone even touching her delicate tootsies. This makes cutting her nails without 3 people impossible (at least for me) . My perfect little Bostie /Pug mix becomes a little berserker, making the most awful mournful noise I've ever heard. The people here are excellent with her, and super gentle with her even when it is obvious she would like to eat their faces. The biker dude is easily able to clip her claws all by himself. Animal lovers with great prices. I highly recommend.

I have only been to Royalty Pet ONE TIME! I was spoken to rudely before I asked him about teeth cleaning! The “man”—I don’t know his name, started ranting about how I was duped by others establishments in that area. I’m not used to being spoken in the manner he afforded me! I was totally surprised that I was speechless. I had brought my dog water. To which he said it was 75 degrees in the place so he couldn’t imagine that Napoleon would need water. Really? I didn’t like the cut because everyone asked if Napoleon was a Schnauzer—he’s a Yorkie! AKC registered Yorkshire Terrier! I have never been back.

Went here to get my dogs nails trimmed and right when I walked in, the whole place smelled of urine. Despite that, I still decided to stay. 3 people were behind the desk at different times and all 3 looked at me but never acknowledged me. They all went about their business. After 5 minutes of standing at the counter and no one greeting me, I finally walked out. Worst experience at any business I've ever been to.

I have 2 house dogs and I let them know to keep them in the inside kennels. They were NOT, they both were kept outside in the kennels. When I picked them up they were full of fleas, filthy, and starving. Even though I left them both with more than 2 weeks worth of food. The containers were empty when they gave them back and they stated that I didnt have enough food for them thats why its empty. I am a proud animal owner and know how much my animals eat on a daily/weekly and for them to act as if Im stupid. Come on!! I know they fed their own dogs that were running around the place all fat and full. The prices are cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I rather pay $30+ per night and get excellent service than to come home from vacation to my babies looking and feeling horrible. Never Again!!
