This was Thor’s first time getting groomed. He is normally a little on the antisocial side but Kyra made him feel so welcomed. She did an amazing job. He smelled good and look good when I picked him up.

I decided to make an appointment with them for grooming. The staff was very nice and accommodating . The facility was beautiful. Their Yorkie expert for grooming was amazing!! She did a wonderful job. Very pleased 🙂❤️

Can’t say enough great things about this place and the service my dogs and I receive. This is the definition of a boutique dog shop and grooming. The staff friendly and pleasant, the products and store items are amazing, over the top glam for dogs, and I am so excited to have the best groomer in the world back. Kira is absolutely amazing. This is definitely her calling. She can make any pup or animal look fabulous. She truly loves animals and her job. Be back soon.

This place is not only stocked with the highest quality pet food & products, but has the most knowledgeable and caring staff I've ever met. From the way my furry friend gets so excited everytime we get to the front door, I know that even when I leave him for grooming, he is treated so well that he loves going there. Everyone there knows the products well and what each type of dog needs at what stage in their life, I've been so lucky to have gone in there when I first adopted my rescue. I've been to other pet stores, you'll find them everywhere, alot that are less expensive as well. You get what you pay for. Don't do your pet a disservice. Your best friend deserves quality products and a great team that knows what will be the best for him/her. Rockie and Maggie's is the only place I will go for my pet's needs. I recommend you do the same.

When you walk in, you immediately feel welcome. I became a 1st time fur mommy a few weeks ago and the mgr Jennifer was able to answer all of my questions and ease concerns and offer solutions and Why, a very important factor for me. I want a healthy, happy dog and I'm well on way to ensuring this w/ the help of Rocky & Maggie's. Thanks!! Jennifer, my dog LOVES his Surf and Turf selection from Fromm's, he's almost chewed his way thru that chicken flavored rawhide and the fresh frosted cookie biscuits he went Crazy for! It makes me so happy to see him happy!

Was very excited to visit this store, and didn’t even get acknowledged….mind you there was no one else in the store besides the associates. When a woman of another color (not black) walked in, both of the ladies working were quick to help her. At that point, I decided to take my business else where…literally the next pet store nearby . I really needed some items for my pup so it was a waste of time, very unfortunate and upsetting. Will not be returning and definitely will not be recommending to family and friends.

Update: The last time we visited was for Christmas/when they moved to their new store front party that they held in 2017. They did cute little pics with Santa and although they didn’t charge for them we never did receive them via email as promised. I messaged them twice and never could even get a curtesy response. We haven’t been back and won’t. We did like all the items we had purchased there, but would rather go to a place that gives us the time of day.Rocky and Maggie's is a super cute little pet boutique! The workers were awesome and SUPER friendly. Tasha even went above to help us measure a dress for our dog to make sure it would fit. Will visit again!

I would have to say that Lani is seriously the best and truly has a passion for what she does. She was beyond helpful!!! I can't say enough great things about her. We were completely surprised how great this store was because of her. Only regret is that it took us this long to come here. They have cute toys, "bakery" goods and great selection of cat and dog foods. Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood or need to pick up a gift for the furbabies.

This is by far one of the best places for dogs' care in town. After several visits to other places I found this, and although a little pricey compared to others, believe me, it is worthy! Since the moment you walk in they greet your dog genuinely and with such love that you can tell he or she is going to be in good hands. You actually feel they love what they do there. My dog hates groomers, for the first time he didn't complain and seemed comfortable when the young lady was petting him. I definitely recommend this place!

Love the staff here. They've always been so nice and welcoming! We've been taking our dogs here to get groomed for two years now and even after we've moved farther away, we still come here. It's worth it! They get both our dogs groomed within two hours, versus other places I end up waiting 5+. The only thing I don't like is they are on metal crates when in the kennels for grooming, but like I said, at least it's only for a couple hours, not 5... oh and the pups always look great! Highly recommend!

They are impossible to get a hold of through the customer support email. I've paid for 4 bags of dog food and only recieved one. I got refunded for one but not the others. There is zero communication. I've tried to cancel my subscription but I keep getting charged!

stopped in yesterday as we recently adopted a rescue dog. What a nice surprise. Great selection of items not usually found in the big box stores. Very good customer service. The staff made us feel like we have been going there foe years. we'll definitely make the trip back down the next time we want to treat our girl.

I absolutely LOVE Rocky and Maggies! I have never had a bad experience and my two fur babies are always well taken care of. I feel comfortable leaving them while I take a look around at all of the neat things they have for sale. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a groomer.

This lady doesn’t care about your pet or you just wants your money for her over priced items that you can get cheaper at Pet Stop or Pet supermarket. Her “Italian leather” colllars break and are cheaply made if made in “Italy”.
