The staff here are fantastic! Super friendly, super helpful, and the rooms are generous in size for the price. Location is conveniently close to the Hospital, without much sound coming into the rooms. The breakfast buffet offers enough variety to have something different each morning for our 3 day stay. I also wanted to thank Josephina for helping us out over the weekend during breakfast. She was very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately stayed at this hotel for a quick one night visit in Houston on 3/9/24. The hotel is advertised as a 3 star, however it is anything but.The room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the tub, hair and grime on the floor, and even urine on the bathroom wall.Late in the evening (11pm-1am) there were children in the next room screaming (not playing/laughing but loudly crying). Trying to be understanding, gave it a few hours before calling the front desk. The staff didn't offer a new room or even offer a courtesy call to the other room. The location is very concerning. Little parking in the front of the hotel is avaliable. Instead, guests have to park around back, where there is poor lighting and barbed wire fences. Signs are posted throughout that it is an "at your own risk" lot. As a female arriving a bit later in the evening, I was scared walking from the car to the hotel. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It Is supposed to last until 10am, however by 9:30 a lot of items were gone/needed replenishing, however they were not refilled. The options are very limited, and pretty poor compared to your "standard" hotel breakfast. They also do not have water avaliable at breakfast, which the front desk staff confirmed when asked. After breakfast, going back up to the room the key card was no longer working. There were two others in the hall trying to get into their rooms, and were also unable to get in. Had to go to the front desk to get them "reprogrammed" according to the front desk agent. No apology for the inconvenience, or even late check out, was offered. With so many other options in the area, avoid this hotel if you want a comfortable stay.

I have been going to this location for many years. Just like with everything else over time things get worn down. The rooms could use a major upgrade. I enjoy the location and the pool area and patio is a very nice place to sit and relax. They have a great gas pit and with the kitchenette in the rooms there is no reason why you shouldn't feel like home.

We have been at this Hotel for over three years and have seen great improvements at every level with friendly staff being on top, but the best improvement lately is their choice of security guard who takes a proactive approach to his job and doesn’t wait for something happens before he gets involved! The gentleman’s name is Moses and I have a feeling if something goes down he won’t be looking for Jesus to take care of the guests here 😂🙏🥂Rooms: Rooms you can live inNearby activities: Park and bar nearby rooms you can live inSafety: Very well lit upWalkability: Access to everything

This Marriott is very clean. The environment is very inviting. The Front desk is there when You need quarters for the laundry machine. The room had clean linen and fluffy pillows. They have a BBQ grill on site to Grill up your favorite meal. The Adobe is by the Grill an it keeps you warm on cold lonely nights. I give this Residents Marriott Bonvoy 5 out of 5. They even had Bacon 🥓 for Breakfast. Coffee was always Hot.Food & drinks: They have a great Breakfast at this location.

Had a great stay here! The employees are what really makes this location, everyone was very kind and courteous. Anas and Jasmine were especially helpful. The rooms are very spacious (the bed and couch in the room were a bit larger here than at other Residence Inn locations). The breakfast area was kept clean and organized in the morning, so it was easy to navigate. The location was great, near the freeway but also not right on a frontage road like many others in the area.Looking forward to visiting again!

Great location but and front desk staff is good. Rooms are weirdly furnished with flimsy wood furniture. Breakfast fine and typical for apartohotels. Hotel seems to be occupied by a lot of suss people always hanging around outside smoking. Also some of the occupants can be quite noisy. Despite being Platinum with Marriott, I could never get my requests for a high floor room away from elevators be fulfilled, not once in about 6 visits. I gave up.

Very well done hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the employee was a rock star working really hard! Room air-conditioner loud, panels loose/broken and didn't work great (Room 201). Kitchen sink was very dirty upon arrival and disposal didn't work at all. TVs were working only okay, remotes were horribly hard to use and signal off/on. Dishwasher had a lot of rust on the racks.Only minor room maintenance items like baseboard damage, loose towel racks/shelves. A few detail items like missing sheets/pillow for the sofa bed. Very clean air conditioning and filter. Request for feather free room was handled excellently.Staff was fantastic. The desk clerk remembered our name even; she did a great job. Breakfast staff was very hard working and kept items well stocked.Breakfast was great. Fresh, real, excellently cooked eggs with sausage. Juice was not watered down, and tasted great. Yogurt, waffles, blueberry scones, muffins, toast, cheese, bagels, cereal.Would stay here again.Rooms: Room air-conditioner loud, panels loose/broken and didn't work great (Room 201). Family had an emergency evacuation from our home due to power outage around the area and need a place to stay. Was told we could change the date of our original booking. The next day they charged me for a day that never happened and never changed the date. When ask why this wasn’t corrected after calling before hand to get the dated changed. The company was no help. Couldn’t even get a refund because of errors they made. Took our money and never got to book any new room for my family.

We needed a place to stay for a few days and thought it'd be nice to have a small kitchenette and hang out near the Katy Asian town.Overall, it's a decent place with free breakfast. Note, it's a pet-friendly hotel and they don't separate the rooms so if you have severe pet allergies, you can check with the staff to try and get a room that didn't have a pet previously. For example, Jasmine was awesome and helped us out as much as she could. It was safe and fairly quiet though sometimes you'll hear the occasional pet and footsteps from above. Let's not forget the door slams from your neighbors. It's also just a few minutes away from the Katy Asian town where you can pick up all kinds of great food, desserts, and groceries.

I have stayed at the residence inn at katy Mills and the residence inn in sugarland and by far this place has the nicest staff! There’s a lady at the front desk with dark hair and she is extremely kind. The biggest difference is the cafeteria staff! Olivia Villalobos created a pleasant atmosphere for breakfast, she was helpful and so friendly. The katy Mills location has ONE nice breakfast lady and the others are not friendly at all. I enjoyed the room here and we all slept really well, there were a few dog hairs in the bathroom but I don’t even care because the staff made all the difference. I’m going to attempt to stay at this location from now on.

First night 4 pair of brand new tennis shoes were stolen. We stayed in a king suite where we needed to use the pull out sofa bed which was broken and had no covers. The room was very outdated. It was a inconvenience to have to walk on the other side of the hotel to use a side door our room was right next to a exit which key entry was not working. The tub was unpleasant looking. After requesting not to have housekeeping services someone still came inside the room. Oh and let’s not leave out how the hire decided to take an additional 60.00 off of my credit card after everything was prepaid for prior to arriving. I have stayed at plenty of the residence inn by Marriott hotels but this one was very unpleasant and I wish i could’ve gave it zero stars.

Great location, near hospital and interstate; however, getting to either place requires a u turn in an area that is quite busy and no such lane.We arrived for our stay, had reserved a 1 br suite. When we checked in, the room was actually being renovated. How can you book a room, that isn't even finished....idk. this was the first fiasco while we stayed. The desk help was basically useless in correcting the error. They put us up in handicap room on the ground floor. Noise from the upper floor renovation made trying to work impossible. While the place is pet friendly, the lack of grass away from the roadway, makes the task of waking your pet virtually walking through a minefield. Small grass spots and people don't pick up after their pets.Ask me for more details if you wish, but we won't stay here again nor would I, in good conscience recommend this place.

I always come to this hotel when me and my family are in town visiting but there’s a guy at the front with glasses and he’s very rude, he has a nasty disposition about him. He roll his eyes. He’s very robotic, and he don’t greet you. I love this hotel every time we come to Houston we stay at this specific location because of the staff but I might have to make this my last time.

They are always so helpful and accommodating and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. They work with you on any issues or concerns you may have (if any) especially the general manager Jasmine and the front desk staff as well as the kitchen staff (with the awesome breakfast that they provide) we stay at this property regularly and will continue to do so

Rooms are studio style, spacious and a little more exciting than your average hotel layout. TV on a swivel so can be views from bed or couch. My room had a kitchenette, didn’t use it but always nice to have. Bed was fine for me, and pillows were medium to soft- I like that. The room HVAC unit is in the wall, and is noisy, but doesn’t run very often. Breakfast doesn’t have lots of options but, it’s something: oatmeal, toppings, cereal, various milks, some fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, pre made waffles, and some (tasty) egg options. The best part was the lady running it- very friendly. Overall the hotel decor and space is clean and tidy. I thought the weekday price was very fair for everything offered at $116 after taxes.

We generally like Residence Inns as the rooms are spacious and suite-like. Most of the ones we've been in prior to this have walk-in showers and updated designs. This one did not. The suite was rather small, and the experience started out and ended poorly. I'm giving this a 4 star instead of lower because they did end up comping the room since I'm a Elite member — and it was the right thing to do. When we arrived, they gave us a room completely on the other side of the hotel, which was okay except that after trundling down to the room, we found that all the drawers, cabinets and daybed were open for, what we discovered, was housekeeping inspection. The room was not ready for us. We went all the way back to the desk and they gave us a room much closer, but next to housekeeping. The washers and dryers were noisy through the wall. The next morning, my wife could not turn off the shower; the faucet was broken. I eventually got it turned off, but could not get it back on except for scalding water. I had to pass on taking a shower. Management was very, very nice, and the staff very accommodating. However, this Residence Inn is in dire need of an update or better maintenance... or both. Not on our approved list of Marriott hotels to stay in.

We stayed here for 58 nights after our home sold super fast. The hotel was very clean and safe. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The kitchenette was perfectly stocked with everything working great. Endless hot water and a large bath tub. It really felt like home!

Thanks so much to this location. Management and crew. #1 for sure
