I came in for a Starbucks coffee, and while I waited, there was the flower shop in front of the coffee shop. I purchased a beautiful set of flowers arranged in a glittery pot. The arrangement was very petite and nice. Photo attached.The flower shop lady was very nice and made sure the flowers were perfect before I bought them. I told her how beautiful they were and she happy with the recognition of her work. I recommend visiting this location for the flower shop.Starbucks was also really good.

I took my flu shot there and I was very satisfied with the service. The ambience is great and the collection is amazing. Following my free flu shot at the pharmacy, I received a coupon for a 10% discount on groceries. There is a chance that the Covid shot will be free like at Walgreens. However, I am not sure! In order to enjoy more perks, I took advantage of their membership program! Definitely worth a try!! I highly recommend it!

Nice clean store. The Starbucks barista was great. I'm not a fan of bagging my own groceries first thing in the morning. No cashier open, was told only self checkout. I won't be shopping here again, but if you don't mind bagging your own groceries, it's a great store.

Great Randall’s location.Plenty of supply, tons of options, and a place you could do all your grocery shopping. It’s not as big as some other Randall‘s, but it isn’t as small as certain ones either. A good place to shop.

My review is for the signature “café kosher pastrami sandwich 200 Cal”No onions nor tomatoes or pickles are in this sandwich, The only thing that’s in this is pastrami and one really thin piece of lettuce.Each half Has about six pieces of pastrami in it folded a couple of times just to make it look like there’s much more in it.The Sandwich is very plain with no sauces at all, so I would highly recommend if you’re taking this to work or something to take with you some ketchup/mayo or barbecue sauce or whatever.It’s pretty pricey I got it for 50% off because it was about to expire but a full nine dollars for this sandwich is not cheap since you can buy a kosher package of pastrami for five dollars in this store and large bread for another four dollars.

I get so excited about this yogurt Randall’s Carrie’s the peach flavor & let’s not get started on the weekly deals because I’ll never stop writing! I’m especially fond of the Randall’s brand deviled egg potato salad & also the Origin brand water was excellent!!! Love y’all!

Horrible experience, I came in on 4/28/24 around 11am and it was only to shop for a doordash order and the cashier clearly didn’t know the procedure on how to handle such orders, I had to give her the phone to scan the QR code at the beginning of the order and then again before paying, i asker her politely to scan the QR code before making the payment and she flat out refused lol it was kind of crazy but I asked repeatedly even showing her my screen on door dash app and she still was just refusing… not sure what her problem was but doordashers if you come her just use the self check out and avoid the old Hispanic lady with braces.

Update to review added below original review!!!!!!!I ordered a 100 pcs of chicken 60 fries and 40 baked with a side of Mac n cheese and green beans for a NYD dinner at my job and the fried chicken was placed in one of the chicken boxes that the chicken comes in raw with wax paper lining the box. I had no idea this how the chicken was served I thought it was in foil pans like most catering orders and the sides were in plastic bags that they come in which would have not been a problem IF the pans were on the side but they were not. As much money as I paid you would have thought the presentation would have been better and people at work complained about the box the chicken was placed in being not sanitary. Randall’s came recommended after having an issue with Walmart. Randalls also would not except the order over the phone without paying first and since I live over 40 minutes from the location I had to wait for the manager to approve the order same day prior to accepting it which was appreciated but if you can’t present a order in a professional manner don’t accept it or at least go out and purchase appropriate containers to use for your order to be presented correctly. Popeyes didn’t have pans for the red beans and rice at the time the order was placed but they ran out before I got there and got them.UpdateI was contacted by the store manager who was very apologetic about my experience and offered me a humble tone and a discount for my experience. He also told me that they will be making improvements with there catering orders and the presentation going forward. Not only will this make me give Randall's another visit but I'll use the discount given in the store whenever I make it back there!Thank you for rectifying this professionally and curiouslyStacey Harris

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!I can't put into words the appreciation I have for this establishment, which not only kept me fed and stocked up during Covid, and not only has a great assortment of kosher groceries (deli, prepared, baked goods, and more), but is always clean, tidy, reasonably priced, and pleasant to shop at.I grabbed a Randalls card after my first visit here because I knew I'd surely be back repeatedly, and that's exactly what happened.Everything I get here -- from the sweet sliced watermelon, to the soft sesame bagels, to the new kosher items they're always putting out in the deli -- hits right and is the right price. If kosher food is important to you, Ezra and Yael hold it down perfectly and will take good care of you. Either way, this Randalls location is on-point and does an excellent job.Well done all around, Randall's. I'll come here before I go to Walmart or HEB, any day. I love this place.

This Randall's location has the BEST dairy department. Every other grocery store in my neighborhood (including, shamefully, HEB) lets the milk sit too long outside before stocking it into the case. In the heat of the summer, this is a huge problem as the milk is already spoiled by the time you buy it. I have never had this happen at this Randall's. Keep up the great work 👍

Randalls of Pearland is the location that I normally go to when I get my wife's birthday cake. Unfortunately, they would not have my cake ready in time, so I had to reach out to this location on 4800 W. Belfort. I was thankful that they would be able to accommodate me since this was my wife's 50th birthday. They took my order over the phone and everything was set. They said they would call me when the cake was ready, but they never did. This didn't bother me too much since I was occupied and couldn't pick up the cake until later. I eventually called them to ensure that the cake was ready, which it was. The bakery would be closed by the time that I got there, but the associate told me that the manager would get the cake for me. I arrived at their location and retrieved my cake. As soon as I looked at the paperwork, I immediately noticed a discrepancy. I opened the box and the cake displayed the same discrepancy. Like I mentioned earlier, it's my wife's 50th birthday and they misspelled her name. The cake was supposed to read "Happy Birthday Dee." Instead, they wrote "Happy Birthday Bee." I was disappointed, furious, and astonished at the same time. Out of the many years that we have been married, Pearland has never made this mistake and I go to them every year. I brought this to the attention of Jose, the manager on duty. He honestly didn't know what to do. He actually tried to blame me for not checking the paperwork, instead of apologizing for the situation. Oh yes, an apology was never extended to me for their error. I immediately brought it to his attention that I called in the order and was not present to check the paperwork. On the phone, I was very precise in what I wanted and the associate verified everything with me. I retired from years of time spent in high levels of management and I've always treated customers and employees with the upmost respect. His only resolution was to offer me the cake at a discounted rate. Honestly, I could care less if he gave me the cake for free. It is about the principle of the situation. There was no accountability. As a result of this incident, I have lost all confidence in Randalls. My entire ride home, I contemplated throwing the cake in the trash. The only thing that stopped me is that I didn't want to stop somewhere else and get a cake that had been sitting all day and I definitely didn't want my wife to be without a cake on her 50th birthday. I just wanted everything to be perfect for my wife's 50th birthday and Randalls let me down. At times, I do realize that people have a tendency to make a mistake. It is unfortunate that it occurred on my wife's 50th birthday.

I stopped at this store for fresh cut flowers and left super happy. They have a rather large floral department for a grocery store. The prices were reasonable and what I would expect to pay at any other store. There was a person working in the floral department that I spoke with and she was so friendly and helpful. Elvira was her name. She helped me get a single rose to buy as she was restocking the flowers when I stopped in. I also spoke to a manager named Eden and he was helpful. He was super busy and running around the store helping customers like me and his store employees. Overall a great little store for flowers and customer service.

I had mostly stopped shopping at Randalls due to their dysfunctional and lack luster app which included non-competitive savings and rewards. But the new and improved app has changed my mind about shopping here. The app is so easy to use, the savings are highly competitive to other grocery stores, and they even have a meal prep feature which is very cool.Additionally, this particular Randalls is consistently clean, well organized, offers great Kosher options, and has friendly staff. I recently tried out the drive up grocery pick up and was impressed with the ease and efficiency of receiving my groceries. Keep up the great work!

Great variety of organic produce, fresh bakery selection and good selection at fish and meat counters. Plus great values and online coupons.Plus they recently added self checkout which is helpful if you just have a couple of items. Plus very friendly staff. It is my go grocery store in the neighborhood.

Very clean and well stocked. Great cuts and selections of meats. Great competitive prices. I've been to every store looking for great selections can salmon. Haven't found too many qualities. I ran up on one. Chicken of the sea. The only place in the first time I've seen that. The price was way below the quality.PS. A few weeks ago, I ran into a black manager. I'm sure he's new. He was very helpful and always friendly. Thanks

After shopping at Randall’s in Meyer Park, I found most of the sale items weren’t in the computer. A supv. Vivian was beyond rude when questioned about the prices. She walked away giving us No Assistance and leaving the cashier Jaszmin confused. Another manager Eden came out, I asked for her name she screamed the spelling across the room. She shows No Respect forcustomers or her boss. I left all the groceries on the counter unpaid. Then the Gm came out , I informed him and left really upset. TERRIBLE staffing at that location Krogers is across the street . You might want to go there

Randalls can be on the expensive side until the weekly sales that are fantastic! If you've not tried the Randalls 4 count cinnamon rolls, treat yourself. I love the cream cheese ones ❤️
