Purrs n Barks has such a great variety of raw foods, high-quality kibble, and the best treats, which are human-grade with no added sugars. The owner makes her treats, and my dogs absolutely love them. My shitzu is super picky and only eats treats that Teresa, the owner, makes. The customer service is top-notch; she goes out of her way to make her customers feel like family. One of her main commitments to her customers now and future customers is Nutrition education. She wants to provide the best product for her customers, and it is essential that her clients understand what food they are feeding their fur babies. She has no products in the store that she has not provided her furbabies, and they all love everything. One last thing: She delivers to her clients' homes because she understands life happens, and she wants the clients to feel like family.

Great place to buy my pup's food and treats. Owners are knowledgeable and helpful. Haven't tried the Dog Wash, but it is next on my list. Would recommend to anyone who care about what their furbabies eat.

My dogs can be very picky but they love everything I have ever bought them from here. Vet diet has been the best for my large dogs. My little shitzu loves Firstmate. I also feed them RAW and they absolutely go crazy at meal time. Not a single drop left in their bowls. All of the treats and supplements they I have bought they love. This store is the absolute best! They carry only the highest quality pet foods and products. The owner, Teresa, knows the nutrition information, health information, and background of all the pet food products she carries. All of the items in her store have been researched and tested before being sold to the public and many of her non food items are locally made. I have been Teresa’s customer for at least ten years, and was ecstatic when she opened another storefront. We use her lavender enzymatic cleaner for everything in our house, including washing dog beds. She is extremely knowledgeable about proper nutrition and has a great selection of quality foods (and can tell you about the companies who make them.) She offers an online store for her products AND will deliver!! She has the best selection of natural treats in town, no joke (lavender biscuits to calm a stressful pupper, handmade knitted catnip toys) and we have recently started buying CBD oil for our elderly dogs from her as well. Prices are reasonable and the selection can’t be duplicated anywhere else. I consider Teresa a longtime friend but as a true animal lover and businesswoman, I respect and appreciate what she provides for the rest of us. When you know the business owner’s sense of ethics and commitment to providing quality products for those who believe our dogs and cats are family, you want to support her business even more. I have been getting my dogs food from here since they opened. The owner is knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what your dog needs. I can’t say enough good things. My dog had horrible skin issues and the dog foods here are from ethical companies that don’t mass produce their dog foods so that says something about the quality food your dog will get. I noticed a big difference after starting him on Primal and First Mate. Both my dachshunds love the blueberry and peanut butter treats!!

Forget the big box pet stores. Come to Purrs and Barks and get treated like their best customer because everyone really is. They have plenty of good stuff for your dogs and cats. And they have lots of stuff for the humans too. Shirts, decorations and other really cute pet related stuff. Come on out and support your local small business!!! Teresa is very knowledgeable about healthy foods for dogs. We have a rescue pyr mix pup that was starving for nutrition. He got his first bath there and photo at their photo area. Within 2 days of kefir, tripe, and pumpkin the pup had a new life! He loved the kefir and tripe for his week of adjustment! Thanks! Now he's on Skoki mixed with veggies.....and sweet potato chews! Frozen carrots are next while he's teething! 🤗

Absolutely devastated to be let down by this firm. First ordered one item in November with no delivery. Emailed a few times - assured it was just a delay. Then 8th December they said it had not been shipped. Do I still want it or a VOUCHER ???Plenty of time yet for Christmas I thought. Well it’s almost 21st. It’s not coming is it! Present for someone too. What poor service especially as I kept in contact. Not good enough especially as items are not inexpensive. Don’t bother shoppers. Wayfair much more user friendly. Also reliable 😡

Great place to learn what is truly nutritional for animals despite what reports and vets try to convince us otherwise. (Foks, vets receive very little training on nutrition. Some vets even get kickbacks on items they sell.)
