The absolute worst experience EVER!! I took my Old Man in for a grooming, Fandera WORST groomer EVER. My dog went in at 2:00pm and wasn't groomed until 7pm! She told me it would take 3 hours for the entire service..I went to pick up my dog 3 hours later and she said he was aggressive and had to remove him from the shampoo area, in other words cage him, my dog is NOT aggressive he's an old dog that doesn't even bark! When she did start his groom him she cut his paw..and to add insult to injury she tried charging me for service he didn't receive! Another customer comes in to pick up her baby and the same EXACT lie she told me she told to the customer, and that's when I informed her that was the same exact lie she told me. While informing management about the issue the customer after informed management about the same situation her fur baby was having and SHE also was being over charged as well. I will NEVER take my Old Man to PetSmart for ANY services EVER! He was so stressed out from this awful experience. I'll go to Petco or another reputable groomer before I allow my animal to go through that experience again. Do better PetSmart Fandera will cause your company on Kirby more problems that you will imagine. Do Not take your dog to PetSmart if the groomer is Fandera.

It's a good clean place, friendly environment, just manager or the person incharge onoct/25/22 around 645 pm, needs guidence, doesn't know how to treat customers had a passive agressive actitud. And if you must call the attention of a suborninate call over counting crikets, go to her working area.Expects suborninate to count death and alive cricket but she won't do it her selfAnd assume a a higer amount just to prove a point. Sell crikets by Oz. May help . Be part of the solution not the problem.

Really bad customer service, I asked for assistance and the lady told me she was with another customer which wasn’t true she was just sitting there, still I waited, then she just walked away to a customer that had just gotten in the store and help her out acting like I wasn’t there.
