DO NOT GO HERE for grooming!!! I took my dog in to be groomed and Allison and Zach cut the hair off the end of her tail, about 4 inches from the tip towards the base, then about 10 or 15 minutes later called saying my dog had hot spots and requested I pick her up. After I got my dog, I reached out to try to speak with anyone of intelligence, but unfortunately, I got the grooming manager Michelle, who tries to tell me the discussion I had with Allison when I first left my dog. AND, despite the "hot spots", Michelle was willing to cut her hair then. But of course I will never let these idiots put their hands on my dog again.

Won’t ever take my pup there anymore. This place was great, been going for years. Today they rescheduled my appointment because they were too busy. They made up an excuse that my terrier bites and they needed a more experience person. They even brought someone from the back to see if my terrier was only biting the person that was helping. He wasn’t even biting. They are just lazy.

This place was packed and just from that I can confirm that everyone was satisfied. There grooming was unmatched and their huge variety of thing like treats to beds. Me and my cat has never been happier. HIGHLY recommended for those who demand well kept pets

Of the 10+ years I have been coming to this store. It is beyond me how rude and unprofessional are the Sunday Morning crew. No communication and on top make you wait while they’re dead looking at you. Very disappointing, specially because I love to bring my pups here for the staff. Today was the biggest let down!

What can I tell you about PetSmart that you don’t already know. This all in one pet store, is the only destination you need to keep on your radar. I specifically like this branch though because, it is in a quiet mall. There is always ample parking. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and they really make do make you feel m, as if you are part of their family.The grooming service is fantastic too. The grooming staff care for your loved ones, and I always feel like they are in good hands with the team.If you looking for a quiet PetSmart, with friendly staff, then this is your spot.

I got 2 bearded dragons from them and one had missing toes and the other had black toes that looked squished. I looked today and the second ones toes fell off and he now has other black toes that are gonna fall off. I have nothing that could have fallen on him or hurt him so they gave me a sick lizard. Don’t buy any animals especially reptiles from them they have no idea how to take care of them. I’m definitely gonna keep them but why are they selling animals that have limbs falling off without at least telling me.

Bridgette and the staff at the pet hotel are super kind and friendly. Had to board my fur baby twice in the span of a month, and I know she was in good hands. I prefer this store to all the other PetSmart locations in my area. It is always well stocked and clean, and the cashiers are even nice and definitely animal lovers! 10/10 would recommend!!

I came here consistently to see Kari. She and another gentleman have taken care of my dog quite well. I also prefer to keep the same groomer as to reduce anxiety in my dog. The reason I am leaving this review is because of the unfriendly atmosphere I experienced the last time my dog came in for grooming. It was so unpleasant that I've considered finding a more expensive alternative because I know I am probably paying for better treatment. Upon entering, the women there just sit there and look at you. I always feel like I'm intruding upon the employees and their conversations when I go to drop my dog off. If I can feel it as her owner, I can only imagine what my dog goes through when I'm not around.

In March it will be a year since my pups Burt and Frieda have been attending Doggie Day Camp. At first, the pups were bouncing between petsmart and another boarding place but Burt seemed to be happier when I would pick him up from petsmart. The staff were very friendly and I observed how happy he got when the staff greeted him. Shortly after, Frieda started joining her brother . She is very timid but I’ve seen a lot of progress in her and I know the staff have also helped influenced how she is coming along . All positive . Petsmart Willowbrook, has become my preferred spot for my dogs now , I can go to work and feel at peace that my dogs are in safe hands. I highly recommend this place 💯. I want to thank the staff for being wonderful. Thank you Shauna for always being accepting and laid back when I show up without a reservation lol. Emily your so sweet , Burt loves you, Tarsha thank you for taking your time to fill out their pawgress report, it brightens my day and I love reading them , I keep every one so keep them coming. Bridget thank you for being patient with me and your very informative when I have questions. Lastly , Paige, Ive enjoyed talking to you when I pick up my babies.

Guinness the Menace with his new toy. He felt the need to take it on our walk so he could show it off to his neighborhood buddies - Mila and Teddy. PetSmart almost always has what I want in stock and keeps cute lil discount toys at the register. A bit pricey sometimes. But we still love 'em.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, don’t ever take your pets for any grooming service or nail cut. My father took our dog and paid for full service. Left our dog there and they told him the wait time was 3 hours. Later received a call not even 30 minutes later stating she was ready. He checked her and they did nothing at all her nails were still long and was wet, they never dried her and to top it off she was limping. If you don’t love what you do then don’t do it at all, animals shouldn’t be treated this way!!!

My review is primarily for the groomers and the hotel staff. I have a beautiful but high strung and anxious rescue husky. The staff are always super kind to her and to me in spite of my anxiety about leaving her there. When I left her at the hotel a couple of years ago, they kindly endured daily calls and didn’t make me feel bad once for calling frequently to check on her even though I could tell they were busy. Kudos to them for making it easier to leave her when I have to and also for always doing a terrific job grooming her.

So far so good. The employees can be personable and when available they will ask to help if you need it. I had one issue with a kid in the salon that gave so much attitude. I had an appointment for 8am and he called me around 7am letting me know that the groomer I booked was sick and didn't make it in to work. Which is fine, thanks for the heads up, but he also asked me to take my dog in within the next hour so I could be see and that way my dog isn't treated as a walk in. I told him, yes I can take my dog within the next hour, because that still falls in the time of my appointment. He then proceeded with instructing me to take my dog in the next 30 minutes. He was rude, and I don't know why he even told me take my dog within the next hour and then when I pointed out that I would be showing up at the exact time I originally intended he changed the time to 30 minutes. Such foolishness to try and change things just to get your way.

Left my dog at the hotel twice, and both times he smells like urine when I picked him up. He's only ever smelled like this after staying here. I asked the lady at the front how he enjoyed his stay, and there was nothing that she could recall about how his experience was. This is a warning to potential dog hotel users that they might not take the best care of your animal.

I love the pet hotel here. They took good care of my young dog while we were away on vacation. Reasonable price and my dog was pretty happy 😄😄 at pick up he even gave the worker an exciting goodbye jump/hug.🤗 I knew he was cared for. Definitely recommend and our new go to spot for him💚🐶

I come here regularly for pet supplies and the Banfield hospital. It's easy to find things and the cashiers are always friendly.Only complaint was from my most recent experience. I came in for turtle food and picked up a few of the individual dog treats towards the registers before check out.I took them out of the bag when I got to the car and noticed something funny on one.Looks like a worm has burrowed partially into the treat, and deposited lovely little babies or poo for my doggie to munch on.Not entirely upset since the treat was only $0.49 on sale, it's just kinda gross 😕

Great doggie day care staff PetSmart have working for them. They have tended to my needs and I have felt so grateful for that. I can not say how much I thank everyone there.As for my pooch, well, she comes home extremely tired and that is a GREAT thing also. As she slowly integrates with other dogs, she gets more mature. Extremely upset about my puppy first day at doggie daycare. The fist picture was sent to me 30 minutes before I arrived at the facility. Once inside I notice above his eye he had a big bruise. One of the employees asked if I caused the injury above his eye.🤦🏾‍♀️🤬🤬 No one seem to know what happened. From the time my puppy walked into the play area he was being jumped by another dog. He will never return to this location.

I just had the most unprofessional experience at this location with the cashier on 10/05/23. My receipt says community cashier 777880 and the time was 4:48 pm in case PetSmart wants to actually do anything about this. As I was checking out the cashier asked if I would like to donate to Texas Children's Hospital. I said no and she went on to have a whole conversation about my wife and I not wanting to donate on her earbud walkie talkie. She went on to tell whoever was on the other side of the walkie how we refused to donate and detail how she phrased the question and how we worded our response. I go to PetSmart almost weekly and spend a lot of money on my pets. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss.

Only reason I’m putting 1 star is for the PetSmart HOTEL. I called to book an appointment for the doggie day camp for my 11 month old pit bull. They told me they would place her in a separate room and would not be able to place her with the other dogs to play with, Despite having all the requirements need, because of her breed. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼I just wanted my baby to have somewhere to play while I’m at work. So disappointed.
