I’m not the best photographer! But I have been taking my babies to get grooming here for the past 2 months..ORIANA is the best! She always gives us a warm welcome and my babies love her since they are always excited to go see her! This is the first time they get a FULL haircut since I always do trims and I just have to say that I LOVE IT!Also I see bad reviews about groomings but I say give it a try first and have your OWN experience.. there’s people out here that get mad when a groomer declines to groom a pet ( for obvious reasons) but i completely recommend Oriana or Priscilla.To add to that I want to add an example and something I saw and heard…( I was there when a groomer declined to service a dog because she had a skin problem and they told her that she had to go see a vet first because they didn’t want to get held responsible if something happened. ) the lady got mad started telling the groomer stuff stormed out and called her husband saying “they don’t want to groom my dog! I don’t even know why this is THEIR job! “Soo needless to say don’t judge groomers off reviews unless you experience it yourself.

The manager was super helpful, patient, and gracious. She dealt with my frustration very patiently and was kind enough to accept my apology for that frustration. She assured me that she would cancel the online order, and as promised, I received a notification the next day that the order was canceled. She was awesome!

I can always count on PetSmart to have calming chews for my pups for any situation like anxiety, thunderstorm, fireworks and, if I'm being honest, gunfire in the hood...lol

Had what i needed & them the clearance bin....kitty toys?.... 90% off? Awesome.The pictured spray is enzymatic. Very important in choosing a spray cleaner for pet urine. Great product. Sometimes Marshall's has it in stock & better priced. It's how i discovered it. Worth the cost even full price, but who doesn't need a price break sometimes.

We went to the location several time to have our malitipoo groomed.. this time was a fail she didn't even smell shampoo and we didn't ask for her to be trimmed came back with cuts under her belly.. to place is going under.. smh..

I absolutely love the staff. I called in the store to ask about a stray kitten that showed up in my backyard and looked super hungry and thirsty. I was told by Aaron not to feed the kitten any cow milk, and if possible get the kitten some formula and feeding bottle. I drove up to the store and met a lovely female staff member, I told her about the kitten and immediately she said, " aren't you the one who called earlier? I was so impressed because I spoke with a gentleman but he explained the situation to the staff and apparantly they were waiting for us ( I almost cry with joy) she inspected the kitten and called Aaron. Then The Amazing Aaron showed up, he was very humble, and friendly. He immediatley picked up the kitten from our coke can box (temporary housing) pet it and walked us over to the formula aisle. Got the right formula out, got the feeding bottle and kitty wipes and told me to take the baby home bathe him with luke warm water with mild soapamd feed thru the bottle. The story doesn't end here....Took the stuff to the register to pay for it and when the register guy saw the kitty in a coke box in my hand, got out of his register area and said "Is this the same stray kitten you called about?" pet the kitten and told me he looks hungry. He told me how to use the feeding bottle (I have no pets). I met 3 staff members at petsmart and all 3 knew who I was and why i was there. I just want to say "Petsmart on Almeda Rd. is in GREAT hands. I love you guys for walking me through the whole feeding and bathing process. Thank you!

Went to petsmart to buy a few fish, I asked the girl a few question but I guess she wasn't in a mood to help she was mean and careless even my kids were asking about how to take care of their new fish but she didn't even answer, not going back to this location. By the way there was a young girl that she say was new working there and she was waaaaay more helpful than the other ugly women

Love this location !! We moved over to this location after feeling my pups weren’t comfortable at another Petsmart and we saw a complete change in their demeanor ! We will not be going anywhere else ! It takes me 45 minutes to get here but it’s worth the drive !!!

terrible customer service nothing is ever in stock , i made a purchase at another location because it’s always cleaner and awesome service unfortunately my product was defective so iwent to return in original box with receipt in hand to the almeda location and the manager refused it because she said it would make her “inventory negative “ i was surprised by her negative attitude and being that on line it clearly states the return can be done at any location. i understand it’s hard to find qualified staff but maybe you guys can work on. better training .I definitely won’t be going back there and yes iwill be calling corporate.

Really bad service they could barely shower my dog, the couldn’t blow dryied his hair well so he smells like wet dog. They couldn’t clip his nails, and what worse they couldn’t cut his hair after he being there for nearly 3hrs, they said due him being to shy it wasn’t possible when I lo own that he’s a very calm dog, overall I paid a lot of money for a half done shower and dry. DO NOT GO HERE BAD SERVICE!!!.

Highly recommend training classes here. Daniela is an amazing trainer and our dog loves her! After only 4 weeks our pup has learned so much and we've seen so much improvement. The price for 6 weeks of training is a good value too.

This petsmart location needs better customer service, communication and items in stock. They don't deserve 1 star but have no choice. My hubby paid for puppy training classes in Feb and I was given a date in March to start classes but because my dog came from a breeder and she was the one who was given the vaccines they weren't happy about that. Daniella needs an attitude adjustment! She is no Cesar Milan. Get over yourself. Here we are April 18 and just now getting a refund. Today classes were suppose to start but because Daniella is in s hool we had to get a refund. Find another store and avoid all the lies. Oh whatever you do don't use Grooming service. Did a botched job on my dog. THIS STORE SUCKS!!!!

They're ok if you need to go there but I quit buying dog food there because it never fails that you pickup a bag and it has rodent urine all over it. For the same price, chewy delivers it straight to my door and the bag is clean.

My grievance is with Banfield Pet Hospital extremely rude and uncaring receptionist Brittany. I wanted to check my dog in today for medicine treatment and she was extraordinarily ill-mannered and harsh. I asked her if I could check my dog in at my appointment time at 2:30. I arrived at 2:15 Brittany denied me allowing other pet owners to skip the line. She checked me in 20 minutes late and I arrived early. I wanted to leave but I love my dog— so I stayed and cried when I got in the car on the way home. I don’t know if I’ll go back to this location.

Excellent place for all the families. Except people abuse the alcohol around the pools and they fight with other guests. Sometimes not always.
