***This review is solely based on grooming services received 9/25.I brought my puppy here to receive her first puppy bath that comes in the puppy guide book and added on teeth cleaning. I stopped in the same day I got her 9/16 to book her appointment but the staff was busy and apparently agitated. I was told they were busy. Cool. I waited until a week day to book her appointment when it’s less busy.Fast forward to 9/25. I brought her at 5:15 pm and was told she would be ready 7:30-8. I received a call at 6:17 she was ready which I should’ve known then they did not do everything the grooming service entailed. Just what I would initially notice, bath and brushing. Once home, I noticed her nails had not been trimmed. I dismissed it to her possibly moving and/or worry of accidentally cutting and maybe they just forgot to mention it to me. Two days later, I noticed her ears had not been cleaned out as there is still the same amount of hair in them as when I brought her which leads me to believe they probably didn’t do the teeth cleaning either. I should’ve known better when I saw the cash app codes tapped along the front desk of the grooming staff. How ghetto. 😂I do not recommend bringing your dog here for grooming services. I only brought her because of the puppy coupon. I will be taking her where my senior dog goes at Dees Pawfection where I don’t have these issues.

My dog had a groomers appointment at 12:30 for a haircut and bath. At 6 pm I called because I thought “this has been way too long”. Spoke to an associate there and they said he was ready for pick up. I then asked when was he ready. She stated he was done close to 3 PM because the groomer left at 3:30. I was so upset that I was not notified that my dog was ready for pick up and he was just sitting there for over 3 hours because of the negligence of this location. No one called after an hour, after 2 or after 3 hours. My dog was completely forgotten about and if I did not call I don’t know how much longer he would be caged up sitting there. As a pet owner I do my best to make sure I pick up my dog immediately after his appointment as he is a high anxiety dog that is used to being around me. It honestly broke my heart to know he was just there for over 3 hours waiting to go home. I brought my frustrations to the manager at the moment and she listened to what happened and agreed that was uncalled for and explained that they do have a better system to notify dog parents but unfortunately that system was not taken while my dog was there. She did not charge me for the grooming visit but I will no longer take any pet I have to their groomers ever again. As for the groomer who did not call when my dog was ready to go home or check of anything in the system to notify me I hope you never do this to another animal. I will be calling corporate regarding this matter as it wasn’t just one persons fault but an entire team who did not bother to check if anything has been done. Thank you to the manager at the moment who was willing to listen to a distressed dog owner.

This store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. They didn’t have the uti chews that I was looking for but they had a shampoo for my Rottweilers that I’ve been looking for. And I got a coupon for a topper that I’ve been wanting to try.

Absolutely love this PetSmart location. I've been coming here for years to get all the supplies that I need for my cats and have never had any issues! The food and litter is always in stock, along with a great selection of accessories from toys to grooming, food and water bowls, and litter boxes. The staff here is really what keeps me coming back, they are extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions you have!

We made the appt late the night before due to an oozing sore that appeared on our cats rear. He was taken in on time and the staff and vet tech kept me informed and verified pricing with me at each interval of the exam! Reasonable pricing, friendly staff and quick answers!

We took our dog for a pawdicure and gland washing service, but... The lady attending us didn't really do much for her, and, when we picked our dog two and a half hours later, you could tell they didn't treat her nicely, and, that same night, she continued to cry out of the discomfort of her butt, cause her glands weren't cleaned at all, and that was the main reason why we paid for her to get a service at a professional location instead of doing it at home! Cause we don't want to have to do that and we've been told that, if done incorrectly, it can be dangerous for her, so, we have to pay extra for our dog to get the proper care that she needs and deserves, and yet, some of the people who work there have very little to no ethics, and don't do the complete service they're supposed to... I guess it depends on who's working there that day, whether or not you get a good service cause, in the past, that hadn't happened. However, everyone working there should be able to offer the services we as clients are paying for, otherwise, they should just tell us before paying them, that it's not possible to do it that day cause they don't feel like to or simply don't want to do it! We're just really sad and disappointed at the service in our last visit cause it did feel like a scam this last time. Never again allowing our dog in the hands of the old lady that works there.

Fish selection was good. Employees were rude. My fiancé asked the black employee for help with the fish. He was bsing with some customers for quite awhile. Told my fiancé he’d come help him when he’s done.More people came in and this guy went out of his way to help them with a bark collar after already telling my fiancé he’d be there to help him in a moment. Does his thing there. Then is ringing people up at the register. My fiancé saw him finish and asked for help again. We were told we’d have to wait as he is the designated fish guy. We waited around for 20+ minutes. My fiancé had already asked this dude twice for help and this guy just went out of his way to avoid helping us. My fiancé finally told me to ask the red headed chick for help as she came over to the fish. I just asked if we could get help with some fish. She had her hands on her hips and responds with an snarky “yea, I can help you” acting like I had asked a stupid question. My response was “well we’ve already asked twice and have been here awhile so I didn’t know what the issue was.” Both of these employees were extremely rude and defensive. I don’t know why this man skipped over us multiple times to help people who came in after us.What took less than 5 minutes to actually get our fish and check out, we were there 30+ minutes waiting on getting the help we’d asked for. Y’all clearly hate your jobs and need to be doing something else.

They keep the Forti Flora locked up so I waited behind a woman who used 3 different forms of payment, while on the phone, digging through her purse not caring - I waited patiently. When the cashier got the Forti Flora with no prices, so she did a price check and I stepped out of line to let the guy behind me check out while I looked at the boxes. Within a minute there is now 10 people in line and I asked if I could get back in where I was the cashier said no. Wow. Just wow. This is why people use Amazon over going into stores to deal with customer service. You won’t be getting my business again.

Kalista was absolutely wonderful!!!! It went from her playing with J3 to giving us full knowledge about Bully puppies!!!! I will never go anywhere else for my babies. If we could have great customer service in America, the world for our fur babies would be great!!!

So glad this PetSmart is right by my house! Always a good experience when I have to make a quick purchase for my pets. My last couple of visits I felt like a valued customer. The cashiers were phenomenal and very helpful.

Isabel is an excellent groomer. I had taken my Lucky in to be groomed. Isabel has taken my Lucky from being the shaggy dog, to being the most handsomest that I have ever seen him. Isabel is the only groomer that I have ever used since I have come down to Texas from Georgia, to take care of my dad. I would recommend Isabel and the entire grooming team of the Copperfield Pet Smart in Houston Texas. I am not going to use any other groomer around here, but the groomers at the Houston Texas, Pet Smart in Copperfield. I can't believe the difference between the dog that I had taken in too get groomed and the dog that I have received back. Lucky has been 💯 more active than he has since he lost 50 pounds of hair. Thanks for everything Isabel.

This was the second time that we have brought our dog to get groomed at PetSmart on Hwy 6. The staff is really friendly and they are great with all the pets in their care. They are quick and do a good job.The only draw backnis that they are a little expensive. They also always seem to be out of nail polish for my spoiled princess.

Do not buy fish from this location if you care about your tank or other fish. I’ve had 4 African ciliads for about three years and an algae eater from the smallest of smallest size and watched them grow 5-6 inches. Always have a pristine tank. This location has Ick on their fish a deadly fungus. Unlike petco down the street who will hold the sale of fish if they suspect the tank is off Petsmart does not care or keep up maintenance or inspections. All my fish have died even with treatment plan and will have to start over. Do yourself a favor by fish somewhere else and inspect stores tanks before adding any to yours : (

Alshon The grooming manager is absolutely the best. I moved from Katie over 50 mi North in Texas and I still make the drive every 3 months to have my two dogs groomed. I will never use another groomer the entire staff in the salon is wonderful but alshon has a special touch my little Yorkie would not allow any groomer to touch her I went through at least a dozen they wanted to drug her to make her more compliant I said absolutely not and then I found alshon my dog loves him they both do. The store is always clean and well stocked and the entire staff in the store is knowledgeable friendly helpful and kind. This particular location does a lot of good for the pet community such as fundraisers charity events hosting pet Foster and rescue programs in supporting small business owners in the pet industry as well as local shelters. If you cannot find the product you are looking for they will suggest where to get it or order it for you. I cannot say enough good things about this particular store location but PetSmart as a whole is a wonderful company that does a lot like I said for the pet community as a whole. Don't be fooled by companies like Petco compared to PetSmart they really do not measure up to the level of PetSmart. I know this for a fact. I do a lot of Foster and rescue work and I have dealt with many other pet shops and pet store chains all they do is hype you up but trust when I tell you there is no bite behind their bark. No pun intended LOL. But PetSmart as a corporation is excellent at training their staff operating their locations and exceptional at working with the local pet Care community to help animals in need. They go way above and beyond as a company but this particular location is my favorite.

I bring my little girl Charlie to this location for grooming. Amanda is hands down the best. She's patient with my impatient fur baby. She truly does love what she does and it definitely shows in how she treats your babies. The store is pretty clean and stocked as well. Staff always greets you with a friendly smile.

Friendly staff and well stocked location. My kitty Sushi is very picky and only eats one flavor/brand of dry kibble. She also only eats the gravy out of cans, so I get her Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers and squeeze the gravy out of it like water like from a can of tuna fish. She will not eat patè or the meat chunks. Spoiled & picky little wuzzy bear! The local grocery stores near me have little variety when it comes to cat food, but I was honestly blown away when I came here to get Sushi food. I stocked up so I wouldn't have to make many trips and Sushi is very happy and is getting a bit portly!The employees were very helpful and the woman at the checkout was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience coming here and will be back in the future! Thank you!

They always have all our cat and dog needs in stock. Also our silver lab loves to come with us there to visit and socialize whenever we need to resupply. Always friendly and helpful staff. They nearly all seem to enjoy what they do and care about the pets and owners. Only one time did we encounter a lady that seemed to be very disinterested with being there. Otherwise this is definitely our go to location!

My order had an issue and basically the item was missing a part but this item was very rare to where no one else had it. The associate manager told me she would try her hardest to find that part for me. Took 2 weeks but she made it happen. So grateful for shelly. She was patient and friendly the entire time.
