There was a red 50% off tag on top of the bearded dragon 40 gallon tank that we saw, the red sign specifically said the name of the tank and 40 gallons on it. We got excited and went to go purchase it. Then when scanned it was not 50% off. The cashier went to check the price and came back and said it was correct. Then he asked his manager for help to fix the price. Joe the manager went back to where the 50% off red tag was and came back and said the tag was placed in the wrong area and that it was for another tank. I told her she should honor the price as it was not our fault that the price tag was there and it didn’t specify on the sign “empty tank only” then she made a comment insinuating that we moved the price tag there. I told her it wasn’t our fault that one of y’all put the tag incorrectly and then she said “or someone moved it there” and gave me a weird side look then walked away. Shortly after, I heard her talking about the situation with another employee and laughing she was talking to some light blonde haired girl shoulder length hair cut with jeans and a grey sweater. While Joe the manager was stocking dog food, I went up to her and asked for her name and asked if she was insinuating that we moved the tag, she chuckled and rolled her eyes. I work in animal medicine and she definitely does not have any customer service experience, seems like she hates her job.

I just moved to the area and originally took my miniature poodle to be groomed at petsmart in the last location i lived and they were always great. This location made my dog look like a rat. If i knew this is how she would turn out, i would’ve done it myself and probably still done better. Don’t recommend grooming at this location. Also, i said teddy bear cut… they shaved her like a rat? terrible.

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt like the employees should be recognized. I decided it was time to get a bearded dragon, and the employee, Katie I believe, was very helpful. She helped pick out the necessities, and gave advice. They also had everything in stock that was needed. The lady at the register also welcomed me in, and helped check out my items quickly.

We have been going there for puppy training classes. Susan is a fantastic trainer! Our dog, Butterbean, is really catching on. We'll definitely be signing up for sessions as long as Susan is teaching them.

This place is no different than the one I shopped at in Iowa a few times. The location of this one was convenient as I was passing by. The items I normally buy are definitely cheaper elsewhere and online. The clerk I had was extremely pleasant and great at her position, definitely a plus for this location.

my family has a cat so sometimes we need to come to this Petsmart. Before we got a pet we used to come here all the time and look at the animals. Honestly, it makes me sad that they have animals that you can just window shop for and get immediately when a pet should be a family member that you get to know and adopt with time. It is a special process and sometimes you can have, a member of your family, known as a pet, that you return and that is unfair. Also, I do feel like Petsmart can be more expensive than chewy or other brands and locations sometimes. As always much love from Houston and the universe.

Definitely will not be using their grooming services at this location ever again. Lauren/Laura was very rude when I picked up my Frenchie. He was ready in less than the 45 minutes they originally told me and she had a major attitude. To top it off it doesn’t look like he has had a bath at all. Never again.

Saying hello must not be a part of customer service anymore. Cashier 551184 was instantly angry with me after I said "Hello" 3x. She responded every time with "will this be cash or card". Cash or card is far more important than greeting the customer. Please forgive me for expecting a greeting from cashiers. She was upset at hello.

The staff here are terrible the women cleaning the hamster enclosures the one who looks like grown up honey boo-boo has a terrible attitude petsmart please be smart when hiringThen the cashier with all the metal in her face taking huge swigs of her 20 oz redbull who was visually upset cause we had to pay at the register that she was manning.Check your cameras these people don’t deserve to represent your brand!

My husband and I were traveling, and we needed to pick up a lighter weight leash for our dog. The store inventory was great, and we had a large selection of leashes to pick from! The staff was helpful and were quick to offer "Bob" a treat.

There is nothing wrong with pet smart per say. It's a solid store, especially if you want to purchase fish and hamsters, but when it comes to pet food, supplies, and accessories, you're just throwing money away that could be saved by shopping at Wal-Mart, HEB, TJMAXX, Ross, etc...Their prices are not justifiable, in my opinion, but the store itself, and the dog grooming departments are great therefore I give it 4 stars.

I love the grooming salon at PetSmart on I-10 and Fry road. They did the best job on my Snobol than any other salon. They gave her a bath and fermination. She smelled so good and looked so beautiful!

I think the customer services in the grooming shop is extremely bad. We book the appointment and brought our immunisation card. Some of the staffs are racist. They tried to deny our vaccine record. It took a long time to recognise it. Treating us differently from other customers and waste our time. After waiting for one and half hour, they said their spot is full. Will never go there again!

Some of The groomers are a little rude. The service is good though. I did feel unwelcome when a groomer told me to only bring my dog on weekdays because my dog gives them trouble, her tone was not right.

First time for my baby to come to this location and the way Lindsey H treated and took care of Jaxon, we will definitely be back. She cut him perfectly and even cleaned his face. Other groomers always told me they couldn’t get close to his face but she did. Lindsey was professional, courteous and kept me updated with everything that was happening. She’s the best.

Always friendly and helpful. Needed a cone for my dog to stop her biting her leg. No other pet store had an extra large. Orders online and picked it up an hr later. Very satisfied with the service I received.PetSmart also have the largest range of cat food. There is something for even the most fussy kitties.

The gentleman at the checkout was super on top of his customer service... actually.. I have to say everyone I spoke to in the store and at the Banfield clinic were very customer experience oriented. Not to mention a clean and well organized store. THANKS Yall!!!

I was looking to replace my current cat tower due to the old one literally coming apart with carpet dust. My cat is no ordinary Pet as he only has 3 legs. I needed a soft, well built, tall cat tower that would be easy to navigate for my disabled baby. I went to 3 stores, PetSmart being the last. The first, was Petco... they had zero, goose egg, zilch, nada. Wth? Next, was a family store which had some nice contenders however not the widest selection. Lastly, we ended up driving 10 minutes to PetSmart which I'm glad we did. Huge inventory... I mean they must have had the stock from the 2 stores previous plus some specifically tall towers pre-built. After some tough decision making, we had found our cats replacement tower. This tower was only $115 after tax. The stores previous, had less quality, less selection and you guessed it, higher prices. The same size tower at the family owned store would have been $199 and flimsy. There was a 4th of July sale going on as well which lowered the price dramatically but still full retail would have been better than the competition still. Check it out below! ***I meticulously ran my hand down each tower to feel for staples at PetSmart and felt none. Keep up the hard work as the other store had falling apart stands and staples were poking out everywhere! :/

Walked in looking for some flea and tick prevention for my dog. Staff was very helpful and showed me the selection, even suggested I check the website for a better price. Store offers full veterinary services as well as pet grooming.

Take your business elsewhere. The worst service.They did not want to groom my dogs from the beginning. Every excuse they could think of so they didn't have to work. One groomer sat there and the other fed excuse after excuse.Do yourself a favor and visit PetCo where they actually care about animals and humans.

I've had 3 of my dogs on the Banfield plan and we've taken the puppy training classes, which are very helpful.
