I always go to petsmart on wallisville for grooming of my dog. It is a wonderful place for pet owners. Katie is wonderful in grooming. I always ask for her. But everyone is efficient and kind. Hooray for this store

Horrible place to get fish. Waited 20 min to get help from workers and manager Heather insisted these are not shububkin. Heather needs education on what she's selling in the fish department. It's sad that she doesn't understand the difference between sarassa goldfish and shubunkin goldfish. They pulled the old bait and switch trying to charge 6 dollars for 3 dollar advertised fish.

The services here to buy fish is not a good services at all and they make us wait for more than half an hour and another time more than an hour and they are layz employees and workers who run the store they ask too many unwanted questions just to give us the fish we want. And such an pathetic service i would never recommend my friends and family here. They gave me (6) fishes which died in a day or two twice that has happened to me. The fishes that i bought from aqua houston are still alive for more than a year. And the same fishes are alive in pond as well. If you want to waste your time and money you can vist this pet smart. If you want to save your time and money i recommend not to vist. Horrible service.

Came here a few minutes early. The employee did not want to assist me and another customer. Didn’t even get greeted properly. Need better customer service educate. This was all in the grooming department.

You know why you can’t find help in this location? One cashier and three employees on break. They’re right there in that room next to the fishes. When I do get help the girl that was the cashier didn’t want to sell me more tetras. She asked us how big was our tank, we said 32g and she said there was a limit. First I have bought 7 tetras at a time. Second we never said they were going in the same fish tank. We have three fish tanks in our home. No one is going to tell me I have a limit. This little girl never asked if they were going in the same tank, she just assumed. When she tells me ‘no’ she walks away. SMH the disrespect if this little girl.

I don’t recommend buying Angel Fish/or honestly any fish from this location their fish are sick.I’ve had mine for 5+ years with no issues and decided to add 2 more to the group. 6 days late 2 of my Angel fish have passed. And the only change has been me adding 2 from this location. I called them and seemed like they didn’t even care just simple Okay to anything I had to say. (Update after 7 days all 4 of my Angel Fish I’ve had for 5 years died after adding fish from this location.)

I always find what I need and a little extra. My pet enjoys visiting the store and finding new toys and treats. The store is pretty easy to navigate and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We took our dog to get groomed and we were not happy with it at all! We paid over 100$ and even with that price we still had to pay Xtra for "scented shampoo"! How does your dog not come out smelling good at that price range. Very disappointed with the quality of service here. I will not bring my dog back again. Really couldn't even tell if he was groomed or not.

Absolutely the worst PetSmart I've ever been to. The emo kids and overweight housewives could possibly make up the worst staff known to man.. The staff at this place is the rudest bunch of A holes that I've ever seen in Customer Service....This place was a ghost town and it still took me 35 minutes to get wax worms and then another 10 to checkout...if you can avoid this place, for your sake, please do

Was looking for a t-shirt for our pitty. He had a leg amputated in December and seems to be colder than normal. But we didn't want a jacket. Couldn't find anything in his size. I'm sure it is a supply issue, not the stores fault.

Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. They have no knowledge about the pets they sell. The heavy set manager with the red hair is very argumentative. Don't let your pet die before the two week time frame. They will make your kids cry by stating there was something you did wrong to cause the animals' death.

I love the store. A little higher than online prices, but convenient and let's you see tdifferent items. I use both Banfield and the Grooming. Banfield puppy or wellness plan is perfect for me. The groomers have done a great job on both dogs. We had a Siberian Husky and now we have a Shih Tzu. We have had no problems in the several years we have gone here.

It was my first time taking my dog to a grooming at this location and I had a great experience! When I picked him up I was not very pleased with the cut, but Yanet and Aracely were super sweet and fixed him in no time. Definitely coming back!

I like petsmart. I usually find what I'm looking for. I dont use the grooming salon at this location, because they aren't aware of protocol for heartworm treatment for dogs.(when said dog is scheduled for grooming) However, its clean and most of the staff are really helpful.

So I took my cat here to get her nails clipped a year ago and they didn't do a good job. Her nail was chipped and I could tell she was uncomfortable. She peed on herself when I hit a bump coming in the store and I asked if they could wash her and the lady told they only wash cats in certain days. She was still polite and clipped her nails while she was wrapped in a towel. So I was trying to be understanding and she did clip them really fast because my cat was covered in pee. But I called them back today many months after to schedule her appointment. I couldn't even do it over the app and have it be convenient. I had to call. The lady was polite but the amount of info needed just for a nail clipping is insane. I got my cat her rabies in March and they are trying to tell me it's expired. This freaking indoor cat that they've seen before has had a rabies vaccine on record for this year and they are trying to tell me they can't see her until it's updated. Way too much trouble for a groomers that doesn't even do a good job and hurts my baby.

Do not go here for grooming. They use dull clippers on the dogs and left my maltipoo mix with several cuts throughout her belly and back. We had to buy a hydrocortisone ointment to treat her. On top of bad grooming, they took more than 10 minutes to check me in when there was only one person in front of me in line.
