Our new favorite groomer!! My favorite part is where they actually cut her nails vs charging me almost a smooth 100 like that other company *coughs*, just to not cut her nails. Gag is: she does just fine with her feet, to the point where my kids can do it. So happy to make the switch and have groomers that are thorough.

Another great PetsMart location. Well stocked, easy to navigate, handicap accessible, friendly staff and overall a great experience.Ample parking with handicap parking out front. On site Vet and doggie daycare along with grooming services.Nice experience on our first visit and looking forward to coming again.

Hello, I'm a customer at this PetSmart who often shops here and I would like to make a complaint about something I've never seen before in the store before. When I was shopping to buy food for my pets, I saw the cashier's arm had a snake wrapped around his arm. This scared me badly because I have a bad phobia of snakes so I asked the cashier to put the snake away but the cashier kept saying it was okay but still, I have a phobia so I told him that I was scared and to put the snake away, the cashier ended up laughing at me said "don't worry, it's not going to bite you." I understand if the snake doesn't bite, but that doesn't mean I'm still not scared of the snake. I understand if the snake is his pet, but i have medical problems with my heart, and when i get scared, my heart tends to race very quickly, I'm definitely not coming back to that PetSmart.

If I could leave less stars, I would. Went in tonight to get a few items. Was never greeted. Got my items and went to register. Again, was not acknowledged. Cashier was working a shelf by register, I get it you have other things on your checklist. That is no reason to not acknowledge your customer. Furthermore, the only words spoken were to find out my phone # for my points. No have a good evening or thank you for shopping here. Just rude. Maybe I should just order online from now on and the store won't matter and neither will the jobs of the people who don't care about their customers. It is a shame that it comes to this. I love my neighborhood but it seems to be in decline.

Worst experience I've ever had.Today Sunday May 5th 10:30 amI visited my favorite location on Eldridge.The purpose of the visit was to purchase the same bedding that was currently inside the bird enclosure. I searched the isles but couldn't find the correct product.I noticed that a cashier was scanning a few items nearby, so I politely called out to her.She looked in my direction, and I asked if she could help me. I waited patiently: I pressume she was going to complete what she was doing then come to my aide. To my surprise, she ignored me and continued scanning. Thought to myself, I didn't want to simply stand there looking silly, so I left in search of the product I was looking for.Finally, someone came to my rescue and pointed me in the right direction. I entered the checkout lane with three customers ahead of me, and to my surprise; it was the same cashier who had ignored me.While I was in line, I could hear her and two other associates having an inappropriate gossip conversation about another staff member. This went on for a bit until it was my turn to check out. They were so engaged in their own conversation that it took her minute to turn her attention to me.Throughout the entire transaction, I learned more about a disgruntled employee and her grievances with management. I finally said something to her and two other employees standing around: that said; it was highly inappropriate, and their behavior in the presence of customers was rude and unprofessional. The three of them started giggling and laughing as if what I said was funny. Sadly, I took my product and walked away.

Never ever my dogs gets so anxious and stressed out about his grooming visits. I started noticing from the last appointment that he came home very agitated (thing that has never happened) and this time that I brought him in it was impossible for him to be taken to the back due to how anxious he got once I handed him to the front assistant/groomer. I trust my dog more than a human and seeing him act like that, which is very weird coming from him, it’s an immediate no for me to bring him back. The attitude of the girl also let me know that she does not have full expertise or experience for these things.

Poor Betta fish are kept in terrible conditions. Water changes are not being done and they're left to die in their own waste. Do better. If you can't keep ALL animals safe and healthy then you don't deserve to call yourself a pet store

I just saw the Beta fish they had, they are in sad deplorable conditions. The water is filthy, the fish swimming in their own waste, and some look close to dying. What's the point of selling fish you can't even take care of them. It's already bad enough that they are kept in cups with no filter or heater. Do better PetSmart, there is no reason for this at all.

Me and my sister just left this store utterly disrespected, discriminated and disgusted with the way Emma or Emily and Megan handled our experience. We were there to shop for another persons order where it was necessary we get every item on the list. We were having a hard time looking through the aisles and approached Megan to help us. She was not busy nor did she do anything helpful. If whatever manger is watching the cameras on March 5th @6:20-6:35pm. You can watch Megan not assist us. Her first response was “did you look?” We told Megan that we looked in every place but have never been in this store. Without looking it up, telling us what aisle it could be in ORRRR walking us there herself… She called someone on her ear piece and told the flavor of dog food, not the brand, size or any other helpful information. The employee on the other side of the ear piece says to her that they are all out. How do they know it’s all out? Megan said that Emma or Emily said if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it. AGAIN, not being helped AT ALL! We had to ask Megan to ask the woman on the other side to assist us and take us to the location. While we were waiting Megan walked away from us and whispered something to the other woman about us in her ear piece. RUDE RUDE RUDE! When Emma orrrr Emily approached us she was also extremely rude and dismissive. If you watch the cameras she sped walked away from us and took us on an aisle we hadn’t been on and pointed out an ARRAY OF THE FULLY STOCKED DOG FOOD WE WERE LOOKING FOR!!!!!!!!! She lied saying it was not in stock on purpose. I just want to say how DISRESPECTFUL, RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL these women were! They didn’t do their job at all without us having to ask several times. What they don’t know is that they were dealing with two educated and very COMPETENT women. We did not at all appreciate the service, the rudeness, dismissive behavior, the lying, or the lack of customer service we experienced and will be escalating this to corporate. They were willing to let us walk out of the store without helping us fulfill our order.

We brought our dogs Kona and bailey here for a full day - day camp and OMG the staff was awesome especially Keevon !!! Our dogs came out so happy. Can’t wait to bring them back such a pawsitive experience!

I recently visited this location with my cat in the hopes of utilizing grooming services, specifically for nail clipping and bathing. However, they said that these services are only available for dogs on weekends, and not for cats!!!!And they only do have services for cats only during the week days , from 10 to 5pm!!!!!!! What about people who work monday to Friday!!!!😾😾😾

WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING A PROFESSIONAL??? I took my puppy to a professional for a nail trim, explaining that he gets quite anxious about it, and I've accidentally cut him before due to my lack of expertise, therefore why I decided to go with a professional. Despite the heads up, they called me just five minutes later, saying they couldn't proceed because he got anxious and gave them a nip.I had hoped that with the heads up I gave them, they would have proceeded more cautiously, maybe try different approaches, maybe work as a team, or used gloves for protection when tackling him down. But, disappointingly, they opted to give up. It felt like if I took a toddler to the doctor for a shot, only to have them hand the child back because of a tantrum. I'm left wondering, what's the point of seeking professional help if they're not willing to tackle a challenge or explore different solutions?

Keep bettas in deplorable conditions. Half of them were dead in tiny, filthy cups. There is no excusing this - it is animal abuse. I won’t be shopping somewhere that actively abuses animals. If this is how they treat their fish, I can only imagine how they treat any other animal unfortunate enough to be under their care. Disgusting

Joy, Joy, Joy! She is the Dog Whisperer, the Sigmund Freud to pups, a doggie beahvioral analyst! She is a consummate professional and expert in the field of dog training and animal behavior and she is exeptional with people too! She helped us continue the training she started to train our pet at home. She was an absolute Joy!

Literally paid the full $60 for them to just clean his face. He is a shy dog and doesn’t like loud noises, but they really didn’t have to take the whole price when nothing got done.They said they “trimmed” before I got to see him but I don’t see where other than around his eyes.

i adopted a 10wk old kitten here. I absolutely adore her. She is very affectionate and cute! and she gets along with my other cat. The worker at PetSmart, Megan, was so helpful and sweet! We got all the vet records and a coupon pamplet with the adoption. I also picked up some stuff for my aquarium. They have amazing aquarium decor and tanks.

I found my Fur baby here I searched high and low I mean Craigslist low lol and I’m in love!! He opened up quick to me and made his self right at home, The staff were patient while I made my choice, and I’m happy with my choice. I would recommend.

Good location to go shop and take care of our pets. Took our late Charlie Duke for a bath there. Clean facilities and helpful staff.---------At the VETMia embarrassed me! Took our beautiful Mia for a general checkup and vaccines and I cannot be happier with the place! Very clean facility with very attentive staff, detailed oriented and friendly people here! So sorry to also disclose that I was informed that Mia put up quite an embarrassing show once inside and that it was almost impossible to get her vaccinated. We all had a laugh! Very professional location! 100% recommended Here’s a picture of Mia ;)

I always love visiting just to check up on the animals. They have rehomed so many, you only have the hamsters and a few birds to look at now. I like that they are getting rare breeds of birds in. That's really cool. Oh let's not forget the fish. They could do a better job at cleaning their tanks. That's about it.

Taking my Fur baby to the doggie hotel for the first time, only to be turned away because, Kevon said he was aggressive…. How? He didn’t growl or bark one time. It’s amazing how unprofessional PetSmart is. They have no patience for dogs adjusting to their environment. They believe putting a ribbon around a dogs neck is a proper lease to get a completed stranger to drag them. I will be looking for other options in the future. I wish I could post my videos to show they are full of it

brought my dog at 1030 for grooming and was told he’d be done by 230, waited for hours with no call. i called at 3 and was told another hour and a half. i waited till then still he wasn’t done. i just showed up at 530 and took him home as is and still paid 120 dollars. noticed he was licking his paw and fresh blood on his nail from it being cut incorrectly. then home girl tried lying to my face saying she didn’t cut his back feet but i watched her. 💀

Helped me get a store pickup on Sun night. Ordered placed online and realized store would close at 7 and needed the part for a road trip next morning. Called the store and an employee pulled the part, it was ready at the cashier station 10mins later.
