We took our puppy to puppy classes at PetSmart. Six weeks ago, she was shy, anxious, and afraid of people and dogs. Now she’s more social and less fearful and she really likes Arlen, her teacher. He is a good teacher. We are so pleased, we will be returning for the next set of classes.

I'm leaving a review for the groomers specifically. I normally use any one of the fabulous ladies in Petsmart Heights Grooming to service my Poodle, Hunter. They always do an excellent job! However, today I used one of the gentlemen and he did awful. My dog looked and smelled the exact same when i picked up as when I dropped off. Do not trust the men in there to groom properly!

Store was clean and pretty well organized. A little disappointed with the rabbit cages that they had, since most were marketed as small animal cages. We went specifically looking for a rabbit cage with a wire bottom. They had a good selection of rabbit treats and houses.

🤜 It's an average, run-of-the-mill PetSmart.👍 The staff is nice, especially to pets.🤜 I have never seen a pet adoption happen at this location, but I'm sure that's because I only shop here once a quarter.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This was our first time visiting PetSmart for a grooming appointment and it will be the last! One we arrived to check in for the appointment, we were met with poor service, negative attitude, and incompetence. There was no professionalism or enthusiasm whatsoever. They didn’t want to groom our puppy and asked that we return after the holidays even though they accepted the appointment. One of the staff members stepped on my puppies paw while they were walking him back to us. Complete waist of time! If you love your pet, please look elsewhere.S/N: We booked an appointment at the Petco on TC Jester an hour later and received 5 star service. The staff there were super friendly and inviting. They took excellent care of our pup and gave us a discount!

I waited this morning in curb side pick up for 30 minutes.... Mind you I called them again after waiting 20 minutes and after 10 minutes of waiting after the second call I walked in to get my own dog cage, yes one dog cage....I started to ask for a manager, but it looked like the manager was standing there with my cage when I walked in....

Great store, very clean. Limited on cat food varieties, they don't carry Rachel Ray which is what my cat likes to eat. But for my dogs and my snake. They have everything I need.

Love PetSmart. Don't love that it takes 15 minutes to get attention sometimes as they seem to be understaffed, but that's not necessarily a complaint I am aiming at the management. At least not at the store level :-)

Love being able to order online and pickup in store usually within 2 hours with a 5% discount. When you arrive at the store, you go directly to the order pick banner at the entrance and push the button. Always excellent service and practically no wait. Love it!

I have attached before and after pictures of her grooming. I personally loved the grooming. They did an amazing work on her just the way I wanted though she gave them a hard time, she has always been scared of strangers, trimmers and the grooming environment itself. Despite of all that they did a fantastic job on her. I m definitely going back. The price was totally worth it. I don’t think anyone can make her look better at this price.

Once again arrived to pick up a dozen small crickets for my frog to be told to come back Thursday as the hundreds they had in the bin were earmarked for the reptiles in the store. They had few reptiles on display and when questioned they said they were keeping stock in the backroom. Sounded like b.s. as its a weekly issue. Why are they selling reptiles and not providing enough food for their customers on a regular basis? Last chance I've given them and will head over to Petco from now on as they always have feeder crickets in stock.

Couldn't get anyone to help me get what I needed. Which was an orthopedic mattress for my do. It was on the top shelf I'm trying to get it myself but couldn't quite reach it. Asked gentlemen did they have more somewhere else being as I couldn't reach the top one he said no and walked off! 😂😂 I left the cart there with other items and just came to the katy store and got what I needed along with great customer service 🙌

update 2023 end of dec: emotionless cashier, needs training on customer service. i like that they have a lot of cat toys!great store. good customer service. i actually adopted one of my cats here. always clean. no complaints. they have a lot of cat products unlike other locations.

Sadie M groomer is always fantastic ! She always treats my Luna with care and gives her the cut that I have requested and then some :) Honestly every staff member that I have encountered at this location is always friendly and welcoming . I took her this morning and everything was completed so fast and she looked and smelled great ;) I definitely recommend Sadie M !

I recently moved to Midtown from The Woodlands. I have been taking my puppy since he was 3 months to Pet Smart grooming salon at Grand Parkway 99 in Spring and he had always loved it there, they love him and as soon as he gets there he is very welcomed by all the stylists, they even send me pictures of him when he is done. However, that was not the case today. He did not have a good grooming day at Pet Smart at The Heights. Louie always gets groomed with the natural Schnauzer face, skirt, legs and body cut (trim) whatever they call it. I booked a bath and groom, dropped him off on time and 10-15 mins after I receive a call from the grooming salon that they wont be able to groom him today because he has some knots by the chest and some on the skirt, which is my fault for not brushing him daily, but I said OK then don't groom him. The groomer proceeded to tell me that they could give him a face trim and that was it. So, I said that's fine. When I go to pick up Louie 5 HOURS LATER, (I had call to check on him because it had been more than 4hours) I see him with no hair! (only Schnauzer face) He was left with no hair on his legs, chest, sides. I was so disappointed that I did not have any words at the time. The groomer said that she had a hard time grooming Louie because he kept biting her and wouldn't let her cut the hair. I told her that he has never behaved that way, he has been groomed more than 5 or 6 times at the Pet Smart in Spring and that I will continue to take him there (much attentive Groomers. The ones at Heights were even on their phones while grooming other dogs!) After that I was struggling to put his leash on because he was jumpy and happy to see me, and the groomers were just looking at me, one of them said, "help her" and she responded "no, I'm scared of him." OK. When I got home, I noticed that Louie was bleeding from his nose, I do not know if it was because they put a muzzle or what, but my poor baby was bleeding. I have attached the pictures. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO THE PETSMART AT HEIGHTS. I red some reviews about similar problems and still took my dog here because it was a convenient location. It is very sad to see a Pet Smart with people that do not like to do their jobs or that they just don't love dogs enough to work here.

First time I have taken my dog to this town to be treated at the Banfield hospital and I will not return since those who work there are very disorganized and very rude, I do not recommend it at all First experience and I have been working with Banfield for years but this has been the worst location

I’m so pissed. I took my dog to get groomed and that includes cleaned ears and anal glands. The moment I got there it seemed like they didn’t want my dog. I picked up my dog and she still smells. Besides giving me attitude and a rude tone the whole transaction. My dog was not groomed properly. How are you going to return my dog with the same smell.Worst experience of my life my poor dog had to be with those people by herself and I regret it. This petsmart makes it seem like they hate animals

They're not as professional and patient as I thought they would be. They're not good with handling dogs that need more attention than others. They just assume that all dogs behave the same & have wasted my time rescheduling going back and forth since they did not want to do their job claiming that my dog was aggressive.. yeah a 10lb Shih Tzu the size of your arm is NOT aggressive. I believe they are just doing that to be difficult with me since I had been taking my dog there for 8 months with no issue, then all of a sudden they're claiming he was starting to act out. I am guessing he did not like Laura and Jennifer two of the groomers that left a note pertaining to this. All of the other groomers did not have that issue.. They both don't seem patient with animals. Anyway, don't go here because they will not support you with your animals needs outside of the scope of "normalcy" and it seems they are actually discriminating against my poor dog.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Avoid the pet salon services by all means. I dedicated 15 minutes to describing how I wanted my Yorkie groomed. They completely disregarded my request after ensuring me it would be possible. They shaved my Yorkie completely bald, did not shampoo and condition her, nor brushed her teeth. I feel completely ripped off. Shame on the services that was provided. Will not return.

I do not trust the competency of their groomers. My dog has never bit anyone or shown aggression in her entire life and they said she was biting them. She’s been to other groomers plenty of times and I’ve groomed her myself too and she’s never bit anyone; which means they’re not doing it right and probably just yanking her hair. They wanted to charge another $10 because she was tangled. Isn’t that why we bring dogs to the groomer? That is an unnecessary charge. I will just do her myself from now on. Only went to a groomer to save myself time bc I know how to groom but I don’t trust these groomers with my baby. I’ve heard bad things about Petsmart groomers but now I’ve experienced it myself.
