Worst expierence ever, publicly ashamed dog for being too old, not being able to groom due to time restrictions even though had an appointment at 9 A.M. Manager could care less I was upset, didn't even try to help. save your money and time never again!

This is strictly for the pet grooming department. My initial service was my Maltipoo was kept for 5 hours for me to return and nothing had been done and no call was made to me. My next session was Jewel telling myself as well as another customer her opinion of our dog breed. I was charged $100 + dollars which this was supposed to be a correction from my initial visit. On my third visit after attempting to give them another chance. I always give specific instructions to Jewel not to cut Dominic’s tail. I would have accepted the fact that Jewel accidentally messed him up and own up to her mistake but only excuses of Dom being matted. Dom is brushed 4-5 days weekly as well and is an inside pet. Well this time this is what my baby always looks like versus what she did to him. I was extremely upset. The manger never tries to resolve issues so I asked for a full refund. At this time this is the most horrible place for pet grooming and resolution. The professionalism is below standard.

DO NOT use home deliveries. I ordered Friskies wet cat food on Christmas Eve at 9: AM, After the store opened at 9, I received an email saying Friskies Salmon shreds was no longer available and they would send me a substitute in exchange for the salmon, the time is now 5:00 pm Never received my order and no email either, I’ll start using Kroger instead! At least they do home deliveries! Merry Christmas everyone!

I had my fur child Nika groomed this morning with Jewel. I’ve had her groomed multiple times before, but this is by far the best she’s looked. Nika also HATES getting her nails done, but her nails look so good. Will definitely be returning to see Jewel again for our next grooming appointment.

I purchased a product at another Petsmart and tried to return it here with my original receipt. I was told they would not accept the return because the store did not carry the item. I have never heard of an issue like this in a nationwide store.

I love this location. It’s not as big as the location down on Taylor st, but it’s easier to get to and they have a fantastic selection and really nice employees. I especially like their groomer, Jewel. I have taken my dogs to several petsmart groomers and they’ve done a fine job, but Jewel goes above and beyond. My bigger dog sheds wayyyyyy less and is SO fluffy after Jewel works her magic. And my little dog’s haircut always looks perfect and neat, which is saying something because that dog is an anxious tripod so she can’t be easy to groom!

Took our dog in for routine grooming this afternoon. The groomer cut the dog's toe. At the vet now. Took the relevant vet paperwork to the location on Monday, the day after the botched grooming. Manager said corporate would have an answer for me Tuesday. It's now Thursday, and I have no answer.Update: I've spoken again with the manager. Corporate has agreed to cut a check to pay me back for the damage done via the vet bills. That's a step in the right direction, one for which I am thankful. I've added one more star to my review because of the business's willingness to take responsibility for their mistake.

This is for the grooming department. We’ve taken our two dogs to be groomed a few times. We have a German Shepard who is an absolute sweetheart but the past two times we’ve taken him, the groomers tell us they he is aggressive and they can’t fully do the service. Ive never ever had anyone tell me that he is aggressive, I am sure it’s because they didn’t treat him right because of the look on their faces when I bring him in. Also, we have a husky mix who we paid to be determinated which was over $200 and he came home still shedding. We will no longer be taking our pets to this petsmart as we pay good money just to have a bad experience.

Jewel did a pretty good job on my Lhasa. That being said, my concern was he scratched incessantly for a month like he hadn't been rinsed well AND soap must have gotten in his eyes as he kept his left eye shut and it was weeping badly. So, whoever bathed him did a bad job.

I made an appointment to take my dog in for a full service(BATH & full hair cut). When I got there, Jennifer told me, "she couldn't cut my dog's hair because he was wet." On that day it was raining, and I walked from the parking lot to the store. Okay, so are the baths water-free?Zero stars!!On the other hand, the staff on the sales floor are amazing. Five stars!!

Jennifer groomed both of my dogs she did amazing and she was so nice and sweet I will be coming back.Update: I booked an appointment for late afternoon but then received a call about if I could bring my dogs in earlier so I did because why not. I was then asked if I still wanted a full groom on my dog and I said yes. I thought it was an odd question but didn’t think much of it until not even an hour later I get notified my dog is ready and I was thinking wow thats great they were fast. I received my dog back and he looked exactly the same except for a slight trim and was sprayed vigorously with their dog perfume. I am guessing because the groomer wanted to get out early and instead of going short and giving my dog a full bath. They just trimmed him and concealed his sweat smell rather than just washing him. I payed for a full groom yet I didn’t get one. I have yet to go back and I hope that groomer is gone or has gotten better.

Me and my daughter are upset this past Saturday we took our dog to get groomed,when we pick him up he was ok but when we got home he started acting real weird ,real scared and all tiil today it's been 3 days and he is worse does not want to eat ,I will not say any names but I assure you all that this will not stay like this ,its almost like he was mistreated

DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER!!!!!!! Jewel was insanely rude, aggressive, and down right trying to upcharge me every way she could. I have a registered 7lb toy poodle who she adamantly told me was not a toy and toy breeds are under 3 lbs. She aggressively yanked on his hair with him yelping saying how matter he was. He is brushed 5 days a week and does great with a brush as he is very used to it. Then she tried to give me a Good Friday charge on a Wednesday?! Needless to say I took my dog out of there and would not allow this person to groom my dog. We will NOT be back and I would not recommend them.

1st time shopping at this location. Customer service is bad. Cashier Azusena seemed to be in a hurry, first thing that came out here mouth "phone number with us?". When I said no to the receipt her response was "oh well" & proceeded to crumbled it. Reminder, your job pays you to "Provide optimal guest experience service".

Jewel in the grooming department is very rude and is mean which doesn’t work for my dog who responds to positive reinforcement. She cancelled the grooming appointment (which I’m happy she did) because when I picked my dog up he was soaking wet , shaking, and had red scratches on his belly because of how she was handling him. I left crying because it was hard to see my dog so mistreated.
