I asked for a yorkie cut they actually had a poster on the wall and I said I wanted that cut. The gentleman even reconfirmed that I wanted it just like the picture. My baby looked nothing like the picture. The ponytail and the length of her hair might be the only thing from the picture. I was highly disappointed and I will be choosing a different groomer.

I have been coming to this PetSmart location for 2 years now. They are the only store close to me that carries the dog food that I give to my dog. What I love the most is I can purchase my dog food in the store for the price on their website which is about 8 dollars cheaper. I love they don’t give me a hassle about this. Employees here are helpful and friendly and always attentive. Love this store for my fur baby’s needs.

Really nice and helpful employees. I was surprised that an employee was walking around the store actively helping guests because at a lot of other locations they’re so short-staffed and busy that they can’t seem to help even when you’ve gotten their attention.I digress, this location is very attentive. I was buying a 40 gallon reptile habitat that’s very heavy and I just couldn’t lift it. Not only did the young man help me get it off the shelf, he also put it in my car for me. I offered to get one side but he was just able to manhandle it like it was nothing 🤣 very pleased with the service.

This PetSmart was very interesting, even though I couldn't see a live tarantula, still worth it though. Got to see the whole fish aisle, as well as some birds and cats, and just watching them play around in their cafe was a breeze! Super fun!

Took my kids here looking for a small animals. After we had already hit up another pet store of exotic pets, we stopped here, but their selection is very small. The store on Cypress has more animals I'd say, cats, reptiles, little furries. It was an okay stop, just not as much as I was expecting.

The employees are lying to the customer, which is not good. I wanted to buy more catfood cans as there was on the shelf and i and the ask if they have more n the back, they said NO ONLY WHAT IS ON THE SHELF. That was a lie because I went there again an hour later, and there was more on the shelf.

This is where my boyfriend and I adopted our cat Please adopt and don’t take animals from breeders! They’re sweet as sugar, lucky for us we got the nicest one that hates our door. When we open the door, she’d run away… when we hold her and open the door; she’d tries so hard to escape (ouch. The pain). She’s gone through some tough experience in the streets :(. So do adopt, they need a place to stay

I don't think I've ever been to a more organized, well stocked, and clean PetSmart in my life. The locations by my house are always out of the food I need for my kitten and senior cats but here they had complete inventory. Also this may be one of only a few times where I looked at the aquariums and didn't feel bad for the fish, all the tanks were pristine! This will be my new goto store, I hope other locations can take note of how this place is run.

For the first time I was disappointed by your location. You have always been cheaper than Walmart, and some other big box locations However I went the other day and WOW I can get get these anywhere frkm $.95 cents to only $1.09. This was crazy $1.49 before tax. Not Cool Petsmart when people are hurting and still trying to feed our pets.

Travel to every fish store on this side of town on this day. This store is kept up by a woman who keeps up a store closer to my house off of I-10 West this location of course is up to 90. Both locations the tanks are superbly clean the water's cleared the fish are nice this one's not kept up as quite as well as the one mentioned by my house simply because the woman lives closer to it and can maintain the entire stock easier. But overall I give the story A minus for atmosphere cleanliness lack of dead fish in the tank and like I said that's all I was there for is the aquarium stuff

If you need to have it right now, this is the place to go. No need to wait for next day delivery from the other guys... Staff is attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. And if your a card member, the prices aren't bad at all. Been going to this location for over ten years. Highly recommend it.

Wasn't happy they gave my kitten back to me after surgery covered in his own pee from having a soaking wet pee pad in his carrier I just purchased. Not i can not get the smell from the carrier nor my leather in my truck!
