aweful customer service mandy & corey were rude. we waited for help by the fish for 10 mins before mandy came. then once mandy went to help another customer we waited for another 10-15 mins. manager kept walking by and seemed like he was avoiding the area. another fish customer got a manager (aka corey) and we asked for help as well and he was extremely rude and had aweful attitude. if i could leave 0 stars i absolutely would. definitely would take PET CO over this store

My recent experience with PetSmart's grooming service was beyond disappointing. Despite shelling out $80, the results were shockingly subpar. Not only were my dog's nails poorly cut, resulting in blood spots, and her hair unevenly trimmed with visible razor marks, but she also didn't even smell clean. It seemed as though they hadn't even bothered to bathe her properly.The lack of care and attention to detail displayed by the groomer was appalling. Even worse, there was no attempt to rectify the situation or offer a proper apology. For such a hefty price tag, I expected far better service and results. Needless to say, I will never subject my pet to PetSmart's grooming services again.

Never take your dog to the Bunker Hill location, they do an awful job, unwelcoming staff, took them 5 hours to bath our dogs, they had an appointment at 9:00 and 9:30 am and we picked them up 5 hours later, 5 hours for a bath!!!!! with an appointment set up, why appointments then???, they cut the ears in one of our dogs when we never asked for it, the response was they did not know what happened!!!, awful place, never coming back to this location

They do cat grooming here! Lindsay did a great job cleaning my cats. They had really bad dandruff and are really hard for me to clean on my own. They are nice and clean and smell very nice. Me and my cats are very pleased.

Brought my dog for a bath and brush, fully regretted it. My dog was hurt in their care without a bath or brush (See picture below), which they commented that "They don't know how it happened." During the phone call, the groomer constantly insulted our dog harshly. DON'T BRING YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING.

It was a shame this afternoon that their card machines weren't functioning, but I trotted over to HEB to hit the cashpoint machine with a detour on cat food. Apparently friskee's kitten patê is cheaper than petsmart.

Great place to get all your fish supplies. They are knowledgeable and have free water testing for your aquarium water. I highly recommend them and their staff.

Everyone is always very friendly and the store is clean. I was also able to do are my fish since I was switching to a saltwater aquarium. If you ever need fish, ask them if they have any available for adoption. They have a separate tank in the back. Overall, great store and great selection!

This review is for the grooming services at this Petsmart, specifically Edwin. Edwin does a wonderful job grooming my Pekingese. He's consistent and you can tell he loves the dogs. The prices are reasonable and they're always offering coupons. My only complaint, and this is probably not Edwin's fault, is that my dog is kept there for 4-5 hours for a groom. It shouldn't take that long. When I take him to other groomers he's only there for an hour and half which cuts down on the time my dog is being subjected to the groom. The store in general is always clean and the staff is friendly.

I purchased a brand is dog food that my dog ended up not caring for. I had already thrown out my receipt. When I explained this to the cashier he gladly looked up my recent purchases using my phone number so I could get a credit towards new dog food. I really appreciated this service.

I brought my dog in for an express grooming on a Saturday and I received a call after less than an hour and a half. She wasn’t bathed and hadn’t been groomed! A woman named Kaitlyn did it. I paid 198$ for it. I would never trust my animal there! I was so upset that I didn’t even say anything due to my dog being completely confused and I wasn’t clear enough to communicate. Hideous and frightening experience. She felt a little damp and the “groomer” said she must’ve spilled her water in the cage! A friend said she appeared to have been sprayed with water to make it look like she had been groomed. Her feet were still dirty. Awful experience. Steer clear of this place.

We took our dog for grooming, bath and a hair cut. He looked like they didn't give him a bath, he didn't smell good, the haircut was not neat. Terrible experience for $70.Not recommend it at all. Bad experience.

I took my 6 month Havenese to get groomed for the first time. Timothy was exceptional in explaining my puppy’s temperament during his session and gave suggestions on how to maximize my puppy’s care. Timothy did a phenomenal job with his grooming techniques. I am definitely going to use these services again!

Poor handling of pets and being careless . Not capable of doing the job and try to charge you extra for special Handling of bigger dogs is their new trick. They book the appointment and they surprise you with a special handling fee.Their old team was great and for some reason none of them are there. This new team is not capable and poor management is a major issue!

Grooming complaint - very rude staff, especially Mandy the salon manager. No clue how to provide customer service, inexperienced techs that will only shave down your dog and ridiculous extra charges now. My 18+ lb got shaved down, with multiple cuts on her body and I had to go through horrors of their non existing customer service… My total was $104 and such negative experience. For such price you can just take your dog to a private grooming company not PetSmart. That lady needs to be replaced by someone who can run their grooming better before they lose all their clients.
