Everyone was very nice and polite. The grooming areas were clean. They did a great job on trimming/grinding my dogs nails (in addition to the regular bath services). I will definitely bring my dog back for grooming.

Generally good grooming, the price is a bit high but they do take good care of your animals. Customer service is pretty good, they messed up my dogs groom this time, shaved his ears when I asked them not to and left him looking really scraggly and uneven everywhere else. Once they got my call they scheduled him to come in again and fixed it as best they could. He looked much better afterwards and they where very nice about the process. The people there are very nice.

my dog was in need of a groom and with her groomer closed due to covid-19 restrictions, I decided to try Petco. My husband used this location long ago, before we were married to groom his golden retriever, so I made an appointment. drop off was easy, and when I picked her up, she looked super cute, cut nicely and smelled clean :). We will definitely be back, two paws up to the groomer who did such a nice job on my girl!

store and convenience is nice, however the prices seem outrageous. Our dog is 20 pounds and is a SHORT HAIRED dog by all means. his hair is never longer than one inch off his body, and we noticed an extra $8 charge b/c the groomer stated with long hair dogs they need to comb and brush before they cut. I understand that, but again, our dog is short haired. It seemed completely unnecessary of a charge, and the groomer got upset and walked out after checking me out when I tried to discuss this with her.Other than pricing, the service was great, the groomer was kind with my pet and used special products and time on him since the past few visits we have has sensitivity issues around his bottom when groomed.

Really nice groomers. Very caring for my dog. EXCELLENT hair cut for a shaggy golden doodle. They spent time consulting with me about my dog's condition and took the time to put on her new collar. Love this team! Thank you!

Everyone was friendly and reassuring and the grooming took exactly long as they said and they called us right on time. But mostly, they treated Rex so well. It was his first time being groomed and he was scared, but he came out happy and soft and they obviously treated him with a lot of love.

I had had a bad experience with Petco on Westheimer outside Beltway8; tried Wesleyan Petco even though I live near Beltway 8 because a good friend recommended your location. Perla was extremely patient and professional and did a beautiful job with a rescue country poodle who is learning city ways.

Terence is the best dog groomer in town. I can' t imagine bringing my special old dog to anyone but him. He spent almost two straight hours on my dog who is a special shih tzu. He even cleaned his ears when my dog didn't want it. Terence at Petco on Weslayne is the best and love his animals....

I love the past work the Petco stylist did for my dog, but yesterday was not a good experience. My dog still had excessive amount of hair around his neck area & didn’t looked nor smell like he had a bath.
