service was okay, wish it was discussed the total cost that there was going to be an additional service added, Also, paw pads were still very rough (no softener was added) and still was not smelling completely clean. I had to rebathe him that same day. Honestly, I would now only go to the groomer to buff his nails but even that is approximately the price of a whole bath which is crazy.

Finally, after 3 petco stores (including this locación) i find Royal Canin for POODLES, but in PETSMART! Always i go to petco like stupid and never they have this fotos! Petco you loose a customer and i AM sure you don't Care! And please stop sending my coupons that i can't use ! Bye

Hairdresser shaved my dog short due to HER mistake. Said she was knotted but she was not knotted. Also, when I confirmed the appointment it said the charge would be $55 but instead I was charged $100

Im very upset at the unprofessionalism for the grooming center. I booked an appointment for 1 pm on August 26 2022. Then i called ahead asking to reschedule at 2 and told me yes and then I received confirmation that it will be done at 2. Later to find out the stylist didn’t have a spot at 2 and wanted me to come at 1. I told them i had rescheduled and she was quiet and left. Im truly upset at this because if you are going to agree on a service dont back out and make me waste my time. Besides very expensive dog food, services. Dont come here they will mess the schedules up and go on there time and not the appointment time.

My puppy loves Janet, the groomer. He wags his tail when he sees and hears her, so I know he is well taken care of while being groomed at Petco. He leaves his grooming apts looking and smelling like a whole new dog 😅 We love his grooming services

Hair cut was good, but there was a extra charge that was not explained and my dog got cut on his leg. Couple of nails weren’t trimmed so I had to cut it when I got home. I’m not sure if I wanna go back for that price

I didn't recognize my sweet dog, she looked HIDEOUS instead of highlight the sweet face that she's got and making her look like a teddy bear face she cut a lot of her facial hair and left long in some other areas, she didn't do nothing to her ears and I'm just not happy with this. I want my money back!

Incredible that a store of this magnitude does not have enough staff for grooming, the people who have attended me previously are spectacular, they give very good service, I have been talking for days to make an appointment and they do not have staff.

TerribleNot even sure she bathed him. Cut was choppy and uneven. Still had mats. Ears and face were hardly touched. And he has cuts from the clippers

yes I popped in her got me some unusual dog food and some other stuff got me a nice dog harness for a Big Dog I was watching friendly friendly staff and an excellent place

Very disorganized, and slightly rude. My pet had an appointment, when I got there they say the groomer won't be in til noon. I get no call after 2 hours. They misplaced his rabies information and his collar.

Every time I visit they don't have what I need for my pet. Not recommended. If you check it online not guarantee they have it.
