Went to the store for a specific product that I knew you had because of my online search. The price you had online was different than the store price by almost $10. I showed the online price to the cashier and he immediately honored the online price. He was understanding and very courteous.

If I could give them a one star, i will. Terrible service and lack of professionalism!! Have been coming to Petco since 2020 and have never had an issue. Groomer refused to get my dog groomed and the store manager basically backed her up with no legitimate reason at all. Have now taken my services to another store where they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!

Store was clean & staff was friendly. No puppies but they did have some cats for adoption. I liked their fish selection and their ferrets were adorable!They also have the typical selection of small fuzzies, reptiles, and birds.

My husband and I came into the store today to get a fish. we waited over 30 minutes and asked an employee, who was playing with a ferret, by the register to call someone to the aquatics, she never called. Asked another employee for help and was told he was helping someone. we waited alittle longer and as we were leaving, we seen he was helping a different person, who came after us. The fish tanks were also dirty and two of the tanks had over 10 dead fish in each one.

I'm not sure if I'm only rating the Petco store or the grooming and vet services as well? Petco store is decent. Vet herself is awesome, but the support staff is awful. Groomers are typical. The only reason they get 4 stars is bc of all the cool events they have

I keep coming back to the Saturday adoption events here because of their large selection of cats and kittens. So far, I’ve seen Siamese and tortoise shell kittens here, but I’m still looking for the dream Calico!

We had our babies groomed with them and all the staff were extremely friendly and informative. They treated our pets as their own. They may cost a little more but you’re getting a good quality groom. We will definitely be coming back!

Jason is great!! Every time I go in he’s there with a warm smile. My Kobe got his hair cut here and got his latest rabies shots at the Thrive vet there & everyone was fantastic. 10/10 recommend!

Nice place to self wash your dogs! They have 3 stations. It costs $12. They give you shampoo,conditioner, towels, shampoo brush, comb & apron to use. The tubs are kept clean and have a blow dryer you can use as well. I definitely with be back. Best part it they say for you to leave the water/mess for them to clean up. That's nice not having to clean my entire bathroom because of bathing ones of my dogs at home lol

every saturday from 10-2, they have adoptable cats from second chance pets. I got my little scooter jr from there! he has been the most perfect addition to my little family. it’s a one stop shop because once you find your furever friend, you can grab everything you’ll need for them all at once. they have a huge selection of food from lower priced to high quality grain free stuff. I got the cutest pusheen food bowl too! if you do adopt a pet from second chance pets, you get a coupon book to help out with all the things you need to get

Today, we had the best customer service experience from any Petco we have ever been to before. Jacob was amazing. Super helpful and knowledgeable. We bought lots of little fishies for our new tank. He was able to give educated advice on what is safe to put in the tank with shrimp! We will definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs fish. Was extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of their tanks. Thank you Jacob!

This Petco location was very helpful in getting our dog Boston groomed. At first, they squeezed us in as a walk-in appointment, but when they said it would be two hours to finish, they rescheduled for another day.Ask for Paige, she was very professional.

We have tried several times to have my dog’s nails clipped and even tried the vet. The Vet Prescribe calming medication for her so she could have this done at any facility. We make an appointment with Petco AGAIN (because they couldn’t cut her nails before)… and they tell us that they can’t take her if she’s had medication. THAT’S THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE VET PRESCRIBING! We will not be utilizing Petco for any services moving forward. They have given us nothing but resistance the last few times we’ve scheduled with them. This is the last straw.

Raphael is good on knowledgeable fish stuff I want to create a tank or two for calming affects and he helped me understand the process to get my fish tank ready and what fish can and cannot habitat together.. This is probably the best Petco in the area. I little out of the way for me though. They do price match...even Amazon (sold by Amazon), so check. I bought way too much on Black Friday with very little crowd.

The vet clinic was closed, there was no signage to direct you to another area, register staff clearly avoided eye contact so as you wouldn't ask any questions. I finally wandered my way back and found a check-in desk, also not labeled. My 11 am appt, which I was told would be canceled if *I* were more than 5 minutes late, resulted in my dog not being seen until 12:20 pm (in an area marked "grooming", resulting in my having to cancel another, separate appt I had at 12:30. I was livid. I will not be returning to this location.
