Over a month ago, I had a concerning experience with Petco when I dropped off my beloved Labrador mix, Mali, for a routine maintenance treatment. Shortly after leaving, I received a distressing call about an emergency involving Mali's nails getting caught in the crate and breaking off, causing significant discomfort on multiple paws.Despite the initial shock, I was genuinely impressed by the swift response and support from the manager, Brian, and the staff at Petco. They immediately took charge of the situation, covering Mali's entire treatment, which included a trip to the vetco at another location, antibiotics, and the infamous "cone of shame" for weeks until her nail beds healed. Mali's discomfort during this period was evident, and it was heart-wrenching to witness her struggle, especially with the additional precaution of wearing booties outdoors.However, throughout Mali's healing journey, Petco remained proactive and compassionate. They went above and beyond by compensating for her grooming treatment post-recovery, demonstrating a genuine commitment to accountability and the well-being of their furry clients.Despite the initial mishap, I am immensely grateful for manager Brian's unwavering support and Petco's dedication to Mali's care throughout the ordeal. Their actions not only rectified the situation but also reinstated my trust in their services. I will continue to entrust my pet's care to my neighborhood Petco, knowing they prioritize the safety and happiness of our beloved companions.Thank you, Petco, for taking such exemplary care of my baby girl.

Aubrey was so loving towards my Chip. She treated him as her own and was happy to trim him down just a bit more once I took him home and noticed his cut needed some tweaking. She did a great job, that was on me for not noticing when I initially picked him up. She is very professional and I felt safe leaving my fur baby with her, which is so important to me. I would recommend anyone go to her for grooming because of how loving she is towards the pets.

Really want to like and support this location.My hobby is in the aquatics esp planted tanks.Unfortunately, Petco either doesn't know or doesn't enforce how to better care for their aquatic plants in culture cups.They are almost always dead or going brown then dead because they are stored in dark area and/or far away from plant suitable lights.Truly sad as they do have some uncommon and rare plants.

Even though they did not have the product in stock that I wanted, the clerk was nice enough to take the time with me to pick another product that was comparable at the same price. Definitely would compliment them on customer service.

The staff here are very helpful. They find the best product for you which is not necessarily the most expensive. The groomers do a great job. They make our dogs the best they have ever looked.

Spoke to the groomer Danielle on the phone to make a nail trim appointment for my dog. She was so rude and inconsiderate. She does not know how to deal with customers at all. I cannot imagine how she treats animals. Just abhorrent. Avoid at all costs.

This store is so fun for little kids. They feel like they are at the zoo so we had a blast learning different animals and purchasing our pet food. Use your loyalty card for discounts and check their website to sign up for email updates.

This is a very nice store but you lack employees. I went to pick up some items in aquatics and waited 10mins while the associate was helping one customer before I went up front to ask for someone else to come assist. The girl up front seemed to have an attitude about asking for assistance as If I could have gotten the items myself from the tanks.I assume the manager was the one who came to the department to help and never said hello or may I help.

We are so disappointed!My family was so exited when we decide start a salted aquarium, so we worked so hard searching and even asking to the employees at petco store how to start our aquarium step by step. Everything was well, but I’m the step 2 when setup some live rock we notice that was some worms moving in the rocks, we trust that the rock that we buy at petco store was totally safe and clean of any pest. So at today we start to eradicate that worms (fire worms) we don’t know what’s next... if can we continue set up our aquarium? Is safe?

We are highly disappointed with the personnel at the grooming department, we took our pet for a bath and haircut, what they did was a disaster. they just cut the hair almost to the skin, when I specifically told them it was too short, and the end result it was shorter. I will include pictures of before and after, will never take my pet to this location. Please be careful with your pets personnel has very bad attitude and may also harm your pet. My poor pet came out dying of thirst and nervous, who knows what they did behind doors.

This place is amazing I love my groomer she takes such good care of my baby papa we were going to the one on Highway 6 but they refused to do service for me because I have cancer and missed a couple appointments so they would not take care of my papa anymore the assistant manager of that store call this store which I did not know and I found this one by myself and come to find out she had already explained to them what was going on it's sad that you have cancer and you cannot get around like everyone else but this store embraced me took me in with all their love and their care and most of all they could took care of my papa he loves going there I see the difference between that store and this store he really likes going there the other store I always had trouble trying to get him in there and he would always come out with a different haircut not like here this groomer knows what she's doing I would recommend them to anyone that wants a good groomer a good store a Welcome Store a loving store and a giving store this is the one for you don't go to the one on Highway 6 especially if you have an illness thank you

If I could give more stars, I would! I took my friend's dog Baba in for a spa treatment. RILEY, RILEY, RILEY! You are the coolest, funniest, most professional groomer I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone was great with Baba. He is an older gentledog (10 yrs old) with young and spunky gentledog energy. ;-) Their prices were reasonable, he smelled nice, his fur was satin soft, nails were nice and his haircut was absolutely adorable! My friend was extremely pleased and Baba has been strutting his doggy stuff and getting lots of compliments. He has a nice mohawk from head to tail! This is now his "signature look"! LOL! THANKS RILEY!

The store was well stocked and clean. The staff were friendly and seemed to be happy to help customers around the store (I didn't need any assistance, but plenty of other shoppers seemed to be getting help from associates). I'm not usually a petco shopper, preferring other stores due to ease of finding items and cleanliness of stores but this ne may have convinced me to shop here instead!

We had an amazing experience here. We went in to get a fish and Sam was super knowledgeable and helpful with finding what we wanted and how to take care of it. We even interrupted her cleaning another animal cage and she was more than happy to help us!

We made an online appointment when we took the dog we were told the appointment was next Thursday. They explained the online system bumps the appointment if they’re booked. The ladies at the counter rescheduled the appointment for Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday, again we were told the appointment was still listed for Thursday and it was never moved. The woman with purple hair was quite apathetic considering we’d been inconvenienced twice even when asked if there was a way they could honor their mistake. Terrible customer service and poor appointment booking. We’ll never know about the grooming service.

Petco's are generally ok. This particular place needed some maintenance and management when I visited (in late Aug 2023), and things were a little difficult to find. It may simply be due to lack of workers, which also seemed to be the case during my visit

Best place for me to get my dog and cat food. Friendly staff, love the atmosphere. I also adopted a cat from Petsmart :) She grew up to be fiesty.
