They need more customer service attentiveness. Nobody offered us help over the weekend as we looked all confused when we got inside. Instead of asking us if we need something as we came in, everyone was in their own situation not acknowledging us. They were nice when we had to ask for help.

I recently visited Petco and was incredibly touched by the assistance I received from Manny and Allison. They patiently helped me navigate the details of my purchase, including a prescription dog food mix-up. Their warm and efficient service not only solved my problem but also made my day. Truly grateful for such friendly and supportive staff!

BEWARE - they sell expired cat food - 6mo expired - when I told the guy at the front desk he just tossed it in the trash and said nothing - seemed almost annoyed I brought it up. I’m almost certain they did nothing about it and still have the expired packages. Never coming back to this store. Also Petco as a whole should do better.

It’s so nice to have a store with employees that are not only incredibly nice but more than willing to help you with questions or concerns about products. I visit this store usually once or twice a week for supplies and have yet to have a negative interaction. Definitely my favorite pet store to shop at.

I've come a couple times, a lot of holes on their shelves and very strange fake niceness. Very weird. First time the wife and I come in and are looking for "flea and tick" options for our cat. They didn't have what we were looking for, but the manager on duty was either coked up or adderaled out, he came running over and started asking what did we need have we found it yet very aggressively. Then he starts like following us around the store and hiding around endcaps and behind on diff aisles and like peaking at us. It literally felt like he was strung out and paranoid. It was creepy and very off putting. We didn't go back until this past week, our chewys shipment was late so had to pick up a bag of IAMs indoor cat food. They didn't have it. There is a big goofy dude putting stock away, it's like 4 pm ish, he sees me looking at the empty spot and comes running over..... "what do you need, I mean what are you looking for sir?" I tell him and say I see you guys seem to be out right. He bends over looks at the shelf all geeked up like and goes "looks like we're all out, it usually goes here." I said yep that's what I just said and he got like a super aggro look on his face like I'm bothering him when he came running over. Just a very strange location, pretty sure they're all on speed or some sh1t. Was a very peculiar couple of visits.

Tbh the review is low bec of the store manager there. My first impression of him of how I was treated as a customer I didn’t necessarily like. Maybe it was my melanin idk, but everyone else and everything else in the store was a treat, 5 stars. The store manager I’d give a 1.5 star. Honestly I think another new store manager would be a better choice. The salon manager CiCi is a sweetheart and Azul is a great dog trainer!
