I seriously thought they had given me the wrong dog lol! It’s his first hair appointment and they did a fantastic job. He was calm and happy when we picked him up so I know he had a great experience because he is one to hold long grudges. We will be back. Pictures are before and after.Update - came a 2nd time and even better. This time I got the groomer’s name- KARINA!!!. I promise not to take so long to come back to get Nube groomed lolThe 3rd and 4th photo and the newest before and after. I asked for a little bit shorter cut due to the summer approaching.

I'm a dedicated dog mom who tends to worry about my puppy's well-being, especially when it comes to grooming. After researching and finding Petbar, I met with Karina, who was incredibly friendly and patiently addressed all my concerns. Being a bit of a "crazy dog mom," I expressed my worries, and Karina reassured me, putting my mind at ease. She accommodated my schedule for the appointment and, on grooming day, provided updates, understanding my nervousness. Aria looks fantastic after the schnauzer cut, thanks to Karina's excellent work. I'm impressed and relieved, and I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I chose PetBar after reading the reviews - excellent choice. The staff and groomer Joel were very knowledgeable of my pups breed (standard poodle) and knew exactly how to take of him for his first grooming, since he’s just 3.5 months old and still has his pup coat. So fresh and handsome! Joel did an amazing job. Many thanks to him and petbar. Time for poodle cuddles!

I just tried this place and would not recommend it! It was very unorganized when I got there, and also when I picked up my dog. I was very clear with the groomer in terms of what I wanted and had showed her pictures and was left with a very choppy haircut. They also forgot about his sanitary area.

I love this location they always do such a great job and they are very reasonable with pricing. I used to take my dog to Yale street doghouse for grooming but they were outrageous! So glad I found Petbar

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and Karina is amazing. My dog Moose can be a lot to handle, but the staff has always been patient with him and always let me know how he does at his appointments. I highly recommend bringing your pups here for their grooming and baths!

friendly & knowledgeable staff and the facility was clean & very user friendly. prices are really reasonable (dependent on your dog's weight) and they even offer package pricing. I live in a high rise with a walk-in shower, so this is perfect for my pup's needs & I gotta admit, it's nice not having to fuss about cleaning afterwards. I'll definitely be returning for my pup's next bath!

The Petbar was just what I was looking for , a suitable place to wash my furbaby and I was pleased knowing if I wanted the professional pet groomers to help , they were happy to assist. If there’s a need to book an appointment for them to wash him, that’s also an option and it was all an easy process and at a good price. Wuvv the pet bar even though King does not like baths 😅 🏾

I was recommended to PetBar Heights by a neighbor.I have gone to Karina for grooming 3 times now, and am always happy leaving. She is warm, and great with my pups!I have struggled finding groomers that I feel comfortable with, and am happy I finally found one! I have had many groomers in the past that won’t handle my older my pup who is scared of getting groomed, but Karina always makes me feel like Cody is welcomed and not too big of a deal to manage.The only downfall is that pricing here is more expensive than I’ve ever paid, but I am willing to pay for a groomer that I feel comfortable with

The ladies at the front were very sweet and let me know how the visit went and any special adjustments that had to be made. I signed up for the membership because it's an amazing deal. They do take walk-ins, but appointments are preferred. They're also available on weekends. I did book an appointment and they took my Belle back immediately. She wasn't super anxious when I picked her which let me know she had a good experience. And the shampoo they use smells amazing. Highly recommend.

We took our foster dog here today for a full grooming service and we are THRILLED. We were worried he would lose all of his hair since he was a little matted from being an outside dog before he came to us but they salvaged what they could. The groomer, Gray, did an amazing job. Our dog came out fluffy, clean, and very happy. The staff was so kind and we felt at ease with the pup in their care. Well worth it and we will be back.

Such a kind and friendly atmosphere! Yday was my first time taking my dog here and they were so patient and good to my boy who is pretty timid. They did a wonderful job grooming and taking care of him! Definitely recommend!

Groomer Gray did a great job with our long-haired German shepherd pup! Kane is a rescue and was super scared going into PetBar, but she took her time letting him air dry (as not to scare him with the blow dryer). When we came to pick him up he was happy and wagging his tail. Best of all, his mats were gone and he looked handsome again :)

Really pleased with Wall-E’s grooming! He came out with a lot of energy and happiness as well. Groomer Gray did a great job brushing his teeth, cutting his nails, and making him look handsome. We’ll definitely be back!

I am presently providing temporary care for an 11-year-old girl named Bindi, who has recently experienced significant challenges. Her owner has been unwell for an extended period, resulting in Bindi needing an immediate grooming. Following a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Petbar and specifically requested the assistance of Karina. I am exceedingly grateful that I did. After conveying Bindi's circumstances to Karina, they accommodated us promptly, scheduling an appointment for the very next day. Karina demonstrated exceptional competence, displaying kindness and a genuine concern for animals. During the retrieval of Bindi, I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Julio, who exhibited both kindness and understanding regarding Bindi's current predicament. I took my fur baby to PetBar for grooming and asked for a "Teddy Bear" Yorkie cut and they cut alot of hair off of him which was shocking to me because he wasn't matted or anything. It was entirely too low and we've never had this issue at other groomers. I wish they would have asked for clarification on what I was requesting, especially for the price paid. I may give them a second chance since it's in the area and super convenient! I will definitely use them for his bathing services. Other than that, the staff was very friendly!

I decided to take my German Shepard mix here after a mishap at Petsmart where they traumatized my poor girl. Although my dog was super nervous, Karina took perfectly good care of her, and did exactly what I asked for! Although it’s a little pricey, you get what you pay for! We will definitely be back.

I brought my dog to Petbar two months ago for the first time. Prior to Petbar, I was overwhelmed after being told by three groomers he gets too exited and is hard to work with. I chose Karina based on the good reviews and am so happy we have found a permanent grooming place.

My doggo isn’t fond of getting her nails trimmed, although the experts at Petbar allowed me to accompany her back and were so kind, gentle, loving, with my big baby Pittie. Will absolutely return, the customer service was top notch. Also it’s very clean, and smells amazing which is a PLUS for a pet affiliated store! Thanks Petbar, you’ve got one happy momma bear!

Came for a quick self wash 40 minutes before closing and was turned away. If you are open until 6pm, your services should be offered until 6. You clean up after closed, not during business hours.Your business hours are bad enough and don’t accommodate busy professionals and now this. Very disappointed!
