Great neighborhood pet store. Been going there for years now. Staff is always polite and eager to help and have great stock of dog food and other dog needs. Take full advantage of the self bath. Wish it went back to being $25 for the bath card and not the now $40 bath card, but doesn't take away from the staff or store itself being wonderful.I recently moved to other side of town so planning visiting another location soon.

Not impressed, I will like to mention that the staff is nice except for the store manager. I had an issue with a transaction and I never got my money back even after disputing the charge. I just wish they were more accommodating to issues like this. And then used me as a lesson for her employees of “we need to put a sign to make sure customers don’t do this” which made me feel awful and then I bought a bag of cat food and I thought it was on sale and she went to go get the tag to put it in my face and tell me that isn’t the correct price and said “customers like to change the price tags and try to get a cheaper price and I’m not saying you did that but it’s what people do”In a very snooty condescending way and proceeded to say “ that food is never that cheap and it’s usually expensive so do you still want it “ and let me remind you on text it doesn’t sound awful but when I’m being told this in a condescending way in front of all her employees , yes it made me feel awful and I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. And even thought $30 isn’t a ton of money it’s still money that I’m not getting back, and basically money that was stolen for me and they have done nothing to help me. I don’t mind spending the extra money on cat food but I do mind the attitude and this was my first and most likely my last time here.

I came across Pet Supples Plus when the’Natural’ pet stores started closing down without notice. When I first arrived, I was amazed by the size difference as Pet Supplies Plus was much larger, cleaner and friendlier. I’ve enjoyed how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is here.Today, I came in to do an exchange in dog food as my dog didn’t like the version of Zognature that I got her. The staff was super nice about it and made the entire process so easy. You’ve earned a customer for life!

This place does not have the stock that the big box stores like Petco and PetSmart. However, they do have just about everything you need for your cat(s). I do recommend trying Pet Supply Plus due to their good product knowledge and good customer service.

Literally made my day their delivery service is second to none .That being said the reason I gave 5 star is thier store manager goes above and beyond to meet expectations of thier customers..Holistic food being one of the things they keep a priority and that stretches past other pet stores even big name stores we all go to .

UPDATE- Unfortunately, I have to change my rating as the company has significantly increased the price of pet washes. A wash card used to be $20, but now is $40 dollars. What a jump! I could understand if it raised to 25, but $40 is too much. Coupled with the fact they no longer offer scrub brushes, you have to request towels at the front, and the dryer blows cool, I just will wash my dog at home.Has a very large selection of anything you may need for your pet. I bring my dog here all of the time for this self-wash station. They provide all the towels and shampoo, as well as blow dryers for your dog, my only complaint is please bring back the scrub brushes. Washes are $10 for a wash or you can buy a washcard which makes every wash $5.

Their small pet temporary stays are REALLY small. Quality has gone down. Selections are slim, the fish and small animals are needing better upkeep, and customer service is.... slow.15-20 minutes waiting for feeder fish (I recounted upon getting home and was short about 20 which is unacceptable since they charged me) and they were not accommodating when it comes to coupons because their site won't load and glitches out. It's like they think customers using coupons will take from their pay. I want to assure them that it has no effect on your income. I haven't had this problem at other locations.⭐⭐❌❌❌

They always have what you need. I have a Bearded dragon and they help with supplies, and questions needed. I even got to hold a ferrer (and almost buy one 😂)

Fantastic store! They are always so helpful!! The store smells good when you walk in, and is super clean. I called because I had just picked my pup up from surgery and needed some pill pockets, but their curbside ordering system was not working for me (probably user error). The helpful lady had them waiting at the register for me when I got there so I didn't have to drag my poor buddy all through the store looking for them.

My pets are picky eaters so I have to buy some of the brands that have freeze dried raw meat inside and this store almost ALWAYS has good deals on these foods! As someone who is very poor I cannot thank PSP for always being the pet shop I can rely on to save me money while also spoiling my pet ❤️ love this location especially!!! Great selection and same day deliveries come FAST!

It was our FIRST time there. The staff was AMAZING. They were attentive and VERY HELPFUL in our needs. Our dog ( King ) loved the store also. I do want to say that when we got there it was close to closing the store we didn't know what we needed so it took some time. We were there past closing. One staff member did let us know they were closing in 2 mins but the one staff member who was helping my husband find a good harness for King didn't rush us whatsoever they were PATIENT with us. You do NOT see that anymore most employees would of rushed us out of the store because they want to go home. So A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff at Pet Supplies Plus!!!!

The place is really clean, big variety of products and availability of it. A little bit pricey but everything is high quality. I also really liked the bakery window with dog treats. It was also my first time there and the staff members who saw me roaming around all asked if I needed any help. 😊

So far so great! The employees have always treated us with care and always ask if we need help and when we did need help they suggested great products for our pups. They suggested the food our dachshunds now absolutely LOVE! And when we had to go on a road trip they suggested anxiety treats that our pup took to amazingly. Great neighborhood pet store and definitely recommend. Prices are reasonable and they always send mail that tells you about promotions. 💖

I've been taking my pet to get groomed here for years. Always happy but today I had an appointment to get groomed and the groomer acts like she doesn't like dogs. This is my second time going to her because she's new. I've tried to make appointments before and it looks like she's always calling in. The last time she groomed him she didn't do a very good job, looks like she needs more training. My dog is very playful, a little naughty, but not bad. He adapts to you if treated right. So anyway I ended up leaving because I didn't feel comfortable with her. If she don't like dogs, then she has no business working there.
