Terrible service today - long story short I’m fostering a Samoyed dog which has long hair. I went to the self service dog wash and the manager “Mark” right away had an attitude towards the dog and me brining a brush to brush him out during the wash. First if you want to be discriminatory towards certain types of dogs don’t have a self dog wash shut it down. I can tell the store was in major help since it was empty and the times I’ve been in here before it’s mostly always empty. Please if you love animals, please do not come to the store it does not support a certain types of dogs. Oh and then the manager follows you out as an escort. Bad customer service.

The staff here is so friendly and they’re so sweet to my dog every time I bring him in. I love the self-service baths for the price and the convenience! Courtney groomed my boy yesterday and he looks amazing for the holidays. If you need someone experienced in double-coated grooming, go see Courtney!

The groomers are very good, but the best part aside from the quality of their work is that they have a good understanding of my dog’s needs. He has a bad back and they took care to ensure he was not in pain during his grooming session. 10/10 would recommend!

I took my two long hair corgis over to PSP. Angela did both of them and my dogs look absolutely fantastic. She was so pleasant on the phone. All of it was amazing. I’ve never been happier with a grooming job.. These type of people is what helps separate each store/company from all the rest. I will be back, no doubt about it. It’s nice being able to trust someone with my babies:) 10/10 service.

I brought my dog in for the self service dog wash first and last time here. I was wrongly accused by two employees of hitting my dog with the blow dryer at the station. Especially by the caucasian female employee, she didn’t even bother to listen to what I had to say. Customer service or not, you don’t walk off when talking to another person. Common sense of mannerism. I’m standing my ground on no where even thinking of hitting my dog. He was always scared of blow dryer noise even at home. I didn’t think through the bigger blow dryer would’ve scared him more, which is my fault. I was already busy concerning about his recent dry skin. I was trying my best there to find which product will help it and recommendations from the other employees. That female employee needs to be re-evaluate on customer service skill and not just see what she wants only with her eyes. At the end of the day, she doesn’t know me or my dog to quickly judge.However, I’m thankful for the female employee with glasses gave me some answers to my concerns before I left.

Came here a bit ago to have my mom’s dog groomed. I was looking around the store and when I went back, I realized that the groomer had kept my mom waiting and then proceeded to act like she did not understand what my mother was saying. My mom has a slight accent, but has lived here for over 20 years, and has never had an issue with someone understanding her English. The woman then tried to act like she couldn’t understand me, someone who has lived here her whole life. It left the worst taste in my mouth, and I tell everyone not to come here because this racist behavior was honestly quite disturbing and completely unnecessary. It’s such a shame too because this pet store is right next to my house and now I have to go elsewhere when it would’ve been so convenient.

Hands down, the best! In a world where customer service is a lost art, the staff at the Memorial location are top notch. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. The groomers are incredibly caring and do an amazing job. Our pets deserve the best and this is the place. Kudos Mark to you and your entire team.

Great neighborhood pet supply store but I wouldn’t go back to the groomer. They cut my dogs nail way too short and she was bleeding. Of course my dog ran around the car and stained everything. While I realize my dog is not very fond of the groomers, I would have much rather have them tell me “we cannot safely cut her nails” than have them nip her. My fear of cutting her nails is to hurt her and they did just that.

Boy, am I stoked Pet Supplies Plus moved into my neighborhood! This place has the best customer service (and they are all younger adults)!! The store manager must press the importance because it is very noticeable. Every time I enter, I am pleasantly greeted and offered assistance immediately. This is important to me and I very much appreciated. A lot of places now days don't focus on customer service. They have exceeded my expectations on all my visits. Prices are in line with other pet supply stores, but the location and service is what really sold me. I purchased some swim socks for my Boston this past weekend. I'm happy they care regular items (food, treats, toys), but also carry accessories like swim socks. Keep up the good work. There's no way I am the only one noticing and enjoying! You have my business for sure! Thank you all!!(side note: the swim socks work great! My 6-year-old Boston is 11.5 pounds, so I got the x-small size verses the medium recommended on the package. She's smaller than most BTs you see. Her paws were protected from the hot pavement around the pool when running after toys.)

When I went in it was because I had just adopted a cat from the spca and was having a hard time littler training him and getting him to come out from under my couch. The sales rep told me to entice him with snacks and I bought him a little jingle toy and some food. The reps were so kind and considerate of my budget and made sure I didn't buy anything I wouldn't need and reassured me he just had some adjusting to get used to. He's now coming out during the day and playing with the family. I'm still having a hard time litter training him but I'm sure he'll get it

We took Orbit in today, he is a small rescue dog but he would not let us touch his ears, eyes or mouth😠We talked to Ms.Kacey and she said she thought she could take care of him. He was matted and you could not see his eyes which were full of sleep that had matted. She was so gentle with him and when we came back to pick him up Kacey had worked miracles, he was a different dog, you could see his eyes and his ears were clean. The really weird thing is he now lets us touch his face! Kacey is totally amazing and we will be back. He must have been miserable and is now so much calmer and happy. Thank you so much for the amazing makeover not just on his fur but also his personality. Logan

I loved this store from the day it was open until today. Everyone there is usually very kind that even with the incident today I couldn’t give them 1 star for all the great things they have done for me. But it’s all changed today.Last Sunday I booked a 3.30 pm appointment for my dog bath and brush. Lindsay has always been a great groomer for us. Very accommodating. She said it will be about 2 hours. I got a call from them twice around 6.30. One voicemail said please come pick up Wiley asap we close at 6 but we are still here cleaning. I head over there. I even ask Lindsay why I got her voicemail at 6.30 and you close at 6? She didn’t make any notation… just a friendly sweet response like she always does. She told me to come back the next day to pay because the cashier is down.I came back two days later to pay. Kaydence was the cashier. She handed me a bill with $10 late fees. I asked what was it for? Thinking they maybe mistakenly charging me for late “payment” fees. She said because you came pick Wiley up late. I said no I got in the car as soon as I listened to the voicemail. I even showed her the call log and voicemail with time stamp of 6.30. She didn’t look at it. She said she “vouched” for Lindsay because she herself was calling me as well. I said I never get the call. Look at my phone! She again dismiss it and went to the back. When she comes back, she said “3 of us” Lindsay, manager, and herself stand by the late fee. And if I don’t pay for it they will not take Wiley back.I even asked Kaydence again “did Lindsay really said that? To not bring Wiley back?”. She then retracted and said no that was the manager that said it.I’m stunned. All of these over $10 fees. You are willing to lose a long time customer with this kind of manner? Obviously if I want to scam you I wouldn’t come back to pay the $48 grooming bill. I’m really sad because I liked this store. Wiley has been going there since he was a puppy. All I did was “vouching” for myself. I feel like I got kicked out of there like a piece of dirt.

These girls are absolutely wonderful the guys too. the short one who has like 3 dogs three cats she’s so knowledgeable on all the products. Dana is also very knowledgeable and super sweet best customer service i have seen in a while she’s knowledgeable and honest. And will literally help as much as she possibly can. Highly recommend affordable prices and they remember their customers. This store is definitely passed the vibe check

On a good day I would give this store 5 stars but I am giving this low review due to management. My boyfriend and I have come here for a long time and lately it has been really hot at the store. The AC has broken more than once and these young adults are working in horrible working conditions but yet put their best faces to help us. This company makes a lot of money for them not to be able to fix the AC. It’s even hot for us customers and the other pets that are for sell. I will be contacting OSHA to report them. This is not okay to have people working like this. Management, you can do better!

We took our Cavapoo Penny for a grooming and spa package this past Saturday. Courtney was so kind, explained all the services well, and did a wonderful job with Penny! It is so convenient to be able to call and get a same-day appointment also. We will continue to work with Courtney. Also, when we checked out Ryan was so friendly and helped us find some products we were looking for. The entire team at Pet Supplies Plus Memorial went above and beyond. I highly recommend this local business to take care of all of your pets needs!

We just found this place. We love it because they don't upcharge on most things. People are friendly and great clean stores. Self-service bath and blow dry. There is plenty of variety on foods.The only con is their beds and crates are on the higher end, price wise. If they keep their prices lower, I guarantee 💯 they could beat out Petco & Petsmart with ease. They do have grooming, but I didn't see anyone working. Raw food to bakery items. Customer for life here.

The two young men who were working were helpful, knowledgeable, and they asked about our cats and they cared. I had placed an online order but when I kept looking at their website I saw that they have Fancy Feast for the same price as the grocery stores and they had new flavors. My cats are crazy about liver flavor and there were 2 flavors not just one. The store is fully stocked unlike the grocery stores that run very low on cat food and especially the name brands. I bought 26 cans! I found Ever Clean cat litter at about half the price and a big bag of Iams in the variety they need. We're hooked and we'll never get our cat supplies anywhere else. My husband and I are so glad you are near our house. Tommy, Scampy, and Fuzzie are very happy we found you!

My man Jason (a fellow artist I met) does a great job managing the store. His employees have a great respect for him and all seems to enjoy their jobs. They are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and very polite. Not to mention they are having a CRAZY HIGH PERCENTAGE OFF ALREADY REDUCED PRODUCTS!!! I'm talking 40, 50, 60+% off the currently reduced prices!!!!! My wife and I were besides ourselves. This is the place to go if you are looking for GREAT service, prices, products. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Sales are always on point.....I purchase Stella & Chewy's product for my dogs and it's pretty high priced in all other stores but here,,,,there is no price gouging, they make it affordable and always have sales on S&C and alot of other brands as well. Love Love Love this place. Thank you for making it such a joy to go in there and affordably give my dogs the good stuff!!

Has a nice neighborhood, local feel to it. Fulfills most every need any regular pet owner would have. Large, but not overwhelming like your big box pet stores. Fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, a few small birds and small reptiles available for purchase, along with a small selection of supplies for each. The bulk food purchase option is great. Bring your own container and save some plastic from the world. The dog wash area is awesome!

This place is awesome. My dog eats a special dry food and this is the only place that carries it locally. The employees are always helpful and friendly.
